Where to stay in Krakow

Very advantageous central location, cosy rooms and welcoming service. The only annoying item is extremely small choice of channels on the TV, neither local nor international. Breakfast is OK, though not the best in the city by far.

As usual, the staff is super friendly and very helpful. The location is fantastic. The room is spacious and clean. Delicious breakfast.

Hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto is well located in the city, just opposite the mall, good connected with train station, coach terminal and tram. It is just 10 min to the old town. Very nice hotel in the old town. Friendly staff, nice lobby, and nice rooms. The check in and check out process were super simple. The rooms were also very nicely designed. Probably my favourite Radisson in Europe. As a VIP member, I’m allocated a room on the VIP floor, with a dedicated area of the restaurant for breakfast. Staff are all so helpful, approachable and friendly, especially Magdalena Mnich in reservations who ensured our group celebrating a 40th birthday were extremely well looked after.

The service here is excellent. Because I had some issues with my room I was upgraded. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh offerings reflecting local and international tastes. You can't beat the location, right near Old Town facing a park. The side street offers markets and an array of foreign restaurants.

I've booked here several times, and it's been pretty good in all aspects. The only downsides is the hotel breakfast, which is just average, and the location is a bit far from the city center, though it's about a 20-minute tram ride away.

This is the third time I've been here. The Wi-Fi network was broken during the first two days of our stay. After reporting it to the front desk a few times, it improved a little. Other services are still as good as before. You can borrow an umbrella on rainy days. There is an Aldi nearby, a large Carrefour, and it is the terminal for many trams.
