Where to stay in Krakow

They recommend you expensive parking option. Near by we got better price. Hotel has multiple coffee machines, but they don’t work or work incredibly slow. Made me mad every morning having to deal with that. Hotel has slow elevator, but anyway, to get to room you need to climb stairs. Was uncomfortable to my 75 year aunt and with our luggages.

We stayed here the first 3 nights of our trip before heading to Zakopane. Great staff, clean rooms and was very conveniently located to Christmas markets. Our flight was delayed due to weather, so we came back to this hotel for two more nights, and the staff was extremely understanding and were able to accommodate us. We will be returning for sure!

Nice hotel to stay at.

It is a very good hotel located in the centre of Krakow. Just 15 minutes away on foot from Wavel castle. It is also close to Kazimerz. You can enjoy the walking by the river just in five minutes. Parking option is super and very secure. Room is comfortable. WiFi is very good. People are very friendly and helpful.

They charge about 49 Zloty for their janky breakfast. Shameful! (the parowki were cold and they ran out of cups when I was there). Bathroom had no ventilation and stank upon arrival. Staff was nice though and the location is good.

Location is not close to city centre (old town) but it is in quiet and green area. It is more affordable in comparison to same level hotels. The hotel is very well located and has stunning design. However, usability of the hotel is very poor as well as it feels low quality as well as not well maintained. I’m on the bit more expensive side when it comes to Poland. But their service and rooms are great. The facilities here are really good as well with possibility for swimming and spa. Also, a lot of good restaurants in first floor including breakfast buffet at one of the restaurants.

Everything good, especially very kind staff and a fantastic breakfast. Clean and neat, quiet in the room. The only thing is that the pillows are a bit too big for my taste, so not slept very good. New and clean. Attentive and helpful staff, most speak a very high level of English. Food in the restaurant was great, both the breakfast buffet and the dinner. Located right off of a train that will take you directly into old town. Near a field and a park that are great for running. The fitness room downstairs has great equipment too, treadmills also for if it’s cold outside.

A truly unbelievable location, right on the square, and if you get one of the Suites on the 4th floor, you get your own small balcony you can look down into it from. We had a wonderful stay at Park Inn Radisson Hotel! The location is a good 20 minutes walk to the Wavel Castle and also very close to the Old Town! The old town area is so beautiful as well! Really nice hotel, we paid the extra for a superior room which was fantastic. Sensible amenities available and the location is absolutely fantastic for city based sightseeing! Breakfast buffet available until 11am too, which allows you a little longer in their incredibly comfortable beds.
