I recently stayed at here for 2 nights and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The hotel’s wifi was extremely slow, making it challenging to work or stay connected, I suspect that this may have been exacerbated by my room’s location, as it seemed to be positioned quite far from the wifi router. The location is very convenient for short stays, there is a mall if needed. 20 min to the Krakow center. Everything good, especially very kind staff and a fantastic breakfast. Clean and neat, quiet in the room. The only thing is that the pillows are a bit too big for my taste, so not slept very good. New and clean. Attentive and helpful staff, most speak a very high level of English. Food in the restaurant was great, both the breakfast buffet and the dinner. Located right off of a train that will take you directly into old town. Near a field and a park that are great for running. Stayed here on my first visit to Poland last week, and I'd like to come back again in the future. The rooms were very comfortable with a king size bed, a desk and a minibar too. Hotel is beautiful, our room was large and spacious with an amazing view, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! There was even a note from the GM waiting for us in our room, with some beautifully arranged snacks. Mr. Papatolios and his team made our stay unforgettable, it is clear that they care deeply about guests and their entire experience in Krakow.

My friend struggled to get service (blankets, food etc) after it being promised. Bed wasn't that comfy and AC seemed to not work on the second night. Was okay and seems to be fairly cheap, but it's a bit below expectation. Reasonable but not great, except the location is quite good.

The receptionist are very welcoming and positive. It was rainy and the staff came with an umbrella to protect us from the rain. Amazing ! The rooms are clean and nice and the staff are great. However, the hotel itself is severely lacking in amenities compared to other hotels in the area of a similar price. No coffee in the room, no business center. The rooms are basic but nice. After staying in several hotels in Krakow I'd only recommend this one if you wanted to be near the mall or train station.

Outstanding. Clean spacious rooms, amazing location. Beds were great. Zero complaints. They offered an upgrade to a suite based on our Wyndham status. I had a week-long stay and everything was perfect. Clean rooms, good control over temperature, good windows which block most of the city sounds. Also not every hotel provides you with a kettle and freezer in a room. I was impressed. Also large parking.

Excellent Hampton quality. Clean and good service with a delicious buffet breakfast. Gym equipment was in good condition too. Warning, the pool and jacuzzi gets busy and I saw many people lining up and waiting long time to get in.

This hotel is fantastic! Nestled in Krakow’s historic center, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city’s top attractions. The spa is excellent and provides a wonderfully relaxing experience. We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Galaxy. The room was nice, cleaned daily, and we received fresh towels. In my opinion, the bed is a bit too hard. The staff is friendly and service-minded. Vi had a suite. It was very good. Everything was working. Except for the bathroom door, that could't close.:-) Our kids had a normal room. Probably my favourite Radisson in Europe. As a VIP member, I’m allocated a room on the VIP floor, with a dedicated area of the restaurant for breakfast. Staff are all so helpful, approachable and friendly, especially Magdalena Mnich in reservations who ensured our group celebrating a 40th birthday were extremely well looked after.

The service here is excellent. Because I had some issues with my room I was upgraded. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh offerings reflecting local and international tastes. Comfortable, spacious and good rooms. Very nice staff. Room service menu is not the best. Can be definitely improved. Decent bar with very nice decoration in the lobby. Very rich and good breakfast. Quality ingredients.

Very nice short stay in the heart of the city center. Excellent facilities, the staff from the front of house, very helpful. We could not find any fault, amazing cocktails in the bar, efficient service and wonderful relaxing atmosphere, We are planning another trip back in Kraków soon and will definitely stay here again 10/10
