Very advantageous central location, cosy rooms and welcoming service. The only annoying item is extremely small choice of channels on the TV, neither local nor international. Breakfast is OK, though not the best in the city by far.

I recently stayed at here for 2 nights and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I stayed in Hotel Logos for three nights. The staff was so friendly and helpfull and make you feel welcome as soon as you enter reception. Hotel is lovely, in a quiet area away from hussel of city centre with different restaurants located within it. If you want to book trips, you have to find the ones willing to come and collect you and bring you back if required but it's doable. It's a nice 40 minute walk to city centre but there are trams you can catch but we preferred to walk to see as much of the different parts of the city as possible

The hotel was located near to "Rondo Mogilskie" tram station, which was near to city center. The response of the hotel staff was commendable. The breakfast was a decent one.

The location is fine although not at the main Krakow station, there is a tram nearby with lift and escalator. There is also a park nearby where you can hang out and relax in the morning. A great place to stay at Krakow. The room was comfortable and large. The breakfast buffet was good and the general service was ok. It is not in the city center but well connected via the tram network right next to it.

Very nice hotel with perfect location. From some numbers there is incredible view on Vizsla river. Very proficient and kind staff. The restaurant is wonderful with delicies meals. It was amazing! Strongly recommend SPA Complex for rest at the weekend. We have wonderful experience here. We took 'coconut sprint'. Hamam, tea, scrub & massage with bamboo. It was just the best choice for relaxation. It costs 340 zlotyh/person. But - believe my, it costs this money.

Opposite the ferris wheel, on the ring road, I was happy with the location. Buses within easy reach, a 20 minute walk to the Jewish Quarter or to restaurants. The room is clean, there is a self-service laundry, and parking is free. It is far from the old town, so you need to take a taxi to get there. Not very active staff, many dirty tables when we arrived in the room and very little variety of products. from a 4 star you expect much more! The two girls on staff did not replace the finished food. Stayed at the hotel for three nights in August. I need to sing the highest praises for the hotel's beds. We prefer a soft matress and this hotel had just that. Felt like we were sleeping on a cloud everynight and the bedding was extreamly soft. Often you have hotel sheets that are overstarched but not here. They recommend you expensive parking option. Near by we got better price. Hotel has multiple coffee machines, but they don’t work or work incredibly slow. Made me mad every morning having to deal with that. Hotel has slow elevator, but anyway, to get to room you need to climb stairs. Was uncomfortable to my 75 year aunt and with our luggages.

Loved our amazing historic king suite at reasonable cost. Walk 5-10 minutes to Wawel Castle grounds or to the beautiful and massive square for a horse and carriage. One of the nicest European hotels ever and we’ve been to the best. Love the dry sauna and little pool downstairs to refresh.

Really lovely hotel, so convinient for old town and what I wanted to see. Pool and spa are lovely too as is the roof top terrace. Staff are great and were really helpful in helping me make the most of my trip. Would highlt recommend

Wonderful reception staff both day and night. I was always greeted when enteribg the hotel. The building is beautiful and the roof terrace is a haven. Only thing pulling the wxperience down was that after a super long day I was looking forward to room service but despite the menu on the room stating it was available until 23.00, when I called at 20.55 I was told there was no food, only drinks. Hotel is beuatifully designed and well maintained, staff helpful and courteous. Location is perfect, next to Wavel and market. We did not have breakfast, so cannot comment. The only downside - Restaurant is highly priced for a restricted menu of over-the top fancy menu which was not disappointing.

Great location in the old, historic part of town. Classic, historic hotel with underground pool and sauna. Wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay and the hotel is excellent we would have no hesitation in returning to stay on our next visit. Thanks again
