I recently stayed at here for 2 nights and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The hotel’s wifi was extremely slow, making it challenging to work or stay connected, I suspect that this may have been exacerbated by my room’s location, as it seemed to be positioned quite far from the wifi router. The location is very convenient for short stays, there is a mall if needed. 20 min to the Krakow center. Stayed here on my first visit to Poland last week, and I'd like to come back again in the future. The rooms were very comfortable with a king size bed, a desk and a minibar too. Hotel is beautiful, our room was large and spacious with an amazing view, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! There was even a note from the GM waiting for us in our room, with some beautifully arranged snacks. My friend struggled to get service (blankets, food etc) after it being promised. Bed wasn't that comfy and AC seemed to not work on the second night. Was okay and seems to be fairly cheap, but it's a bit below expectation. Reasonable but not great, except the location is quite good.

We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Galaxy. The room was nice, cleaned daily, and we received fresh towels. In my opinion, the bed is a bit too hard. The staff is friendly and service-minded. Vi had a suite. It was very good. Everything was working. Except for the bathroom door, that could't close.:-) Our kids had a normal room. A lovely hotel that we stayed at for multiple nights on the extended Poland leg of our Viking cruise. Probably my favourite Radisson in Europe. As a VIP member, I’m allocated a room on the VIP floor, with a dedicated area of the restaurant for breakfast. Staff are all so helpful, approachable and friendly, especially Magdalena Mnich in reservations who ensured our group celebrating a 40th birthday were extremely well looked after.

The service here is excellent. Because I had some issues with my room I was upgraded. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh offerings reflecting local and international tastes. Hotel is lovely, in a quiet area away from hussel of city centre with different restaurants located within it. If you want to book trips, you have to find the ones willing to come and collect you and bring you back if required but it's doable. It's a nice 40 minute walk to city centre but there are trams you can catch but we preferred to walk to see as much of the different parts of the city as possible

I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure. It is not close to the centre but it is close to the Offices in the new area of town and you can still walk to the centre in about 30-40mins or take a quick bolt car. I have stayed at the Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto several times because it is in an excellent location just opposite the huge Galeria Krakow shopping mall, 5 minutes' walk from the railway station and about a 15 minutes' walk from the Old Town. The no. 3 tram just outside takes you to Kazimierz the historical and popular old Jewish quarter. I had a Privilege room with all amenities which was kept clean...

I had a week-long stay and everything was perfect. Clean rooms, good control over temperature, good windows which block most of the city sounds. Also not every hotel provides you with a kettle and freezer in a room. I was impressed. Also large parking.

Location close to quattro buildings, walking distance. Service is awesome, especially Karolina is always there to help.

We were invited for baptism celebration and the food was very tasty. They had perfect place to have music, dancing, separate space for kids. We enjoyed the party very much.

The hotel looks nice and all was clean, unfortunately we stayed at Saturday and as there are hotel weddings and we were given a room on the side above the wedding hall, we couldn't sleep without earplugs Also, we stayed with a dog, as hotel is pet-friendly 🙂

Mixed feelings! The hotel is pretty good looking, with spaceous clean rooms and the breakfast was nice. Good connection with the city center (bus 152 or 502).
