The receptionist are very welcoming and positive. It was rainy and the staff came with an umbrella to protect us from the rain. Amazing ! Hotel is lovely, in a quiet area away from hussel of city centre with different restaurants located within it. If you want to book trips, you have to find the ones willing to come and collect you and bring you back if required but it's doable. It's a nice 40 minute walk to city centre but there are trams you can catch but we preferred to walk to see as much of the different parts of the city as possible

Hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto is well located in the city, just opposite the mall, good connected with train station, coach terminal and tram. It is just 10 min to the old town. A great place to stay at Krakow. The room was comfortable and large. The breakfast buffet was good and the general service was ok. It is not in the city center but well connected via the tram network right next to it.

I recently stayed at here for 2 nights and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The hotel’s wifi was extremely slow, making it challenging to work or stay connected, I suspect that this may have been exacerbated by my room’s location, as it seemed to be positioned quite far from the wifi router. Have had a full body massage at Vanilla Spa with my friend - loved the experience. We had access to sauna area 30’mins before the massage, followed by a relaxing massage. Loved it. Masseuses were very professional and nice. Would recommend

It was amazing! Strongly recommend SPA Complex for rest at the weekend. We have wonderful experience here. We took 'coconut sprint'. Hamam, tea, scrub & massage with bamboo. It was just the best choice for relaxation. It costs 340 zlotyh/person. But - believe my, it costs this money.

Located in Krakow old town. Plenty of food & drink options. Located within reasonable walking distance from the train station, Krakow Glowny, for transportation to and from the airport. Convenient location for tour pick up/drop off and is a ~30 minute walk to the Schindler factory

Very good hotel, nice and clean, although the bed sheets did have some black stains on them. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of options.

Our stay at the Hilton was generally pleasant. The staff was courteous and professional, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. However, the location left much to be desired. There were virtually no dining options within a 1 km walking distance, which was incredibly inconvenient. While a nearby bus stop provided some relief, the area itself lacked accessibility for those hoping to explore...

Opposite the ferris wheel, on the ring road, I was happy with the location. Buses within easy reach, a 20 minute walk to the Jewish Quarter or to restaurants. Typical Hilton Garden Inn - decent rooms well appointed, good breakfast, friendly staff, what's not to like? Baggage storage available if your flight is later in the day. I'd happily return.

Amazing! Location is great for walking to old town, etc. The service is remarkably outstanding, particularly to any Hilton Honors Diamond members. I want to give a special shout out to Natalie who went out of her way to make my stay special. In addition, Oliwia was awesome! This is the place to stay in Krakow!

The room is clean, there is a self-service laundry, and parking is free. It is far from the old town, so you need to take a taxi to get there. The service is not very good, cold, and the shower gel is gone and they don't refill it. I negotiated on the phone for a long time to send shampoo. Thanks to Ctrip for helping to negotiate

A nice, delightfully modern hotel with spanking clean comfortable rooms. The windows do open a bit which is terrific for those who like some fresh air. The buffet breakfast and the breakfast area are both quite pleasant, and the pantry in the lobby offers some snacks on the go. Ibis Budget hotels are just that - more budget experience - but comfortable rooms nonetheless - no tea/coffee facilities etc; the breakfast was quite basic but still did the job - fuel/energy for tourist exploring etc - overall - for a cheap hotel price - it did its job

Was a brilliant place just to put head down for the night. IF you are looking for more then this hotel is not for you. It is budget and friendly. There are fresh clean towels and bedding. It was a simple room with a toilet, shower, and twin beds.

The location close to the main station is great and easily walkable to the old city. The room was adequate for an overnight stay, with a comfortable king size bed, good shower and coffee machine. The room was compact but big enough for a short stay, I wouldn't want to stay for more than 1 or 2 nights as a couple. Although there were tea and coffee facilities, there were no cups other than espresso...

We were disappointed to come back to the hotel that housekeeping had not been. We were told this was because at 09.00 we had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. We had removed it by 10.15 when we left for the day. The room was also looking worn with small holes in the curtain and the flooring showing signs of wear and tear.
