The good: -The hotel is located in the heart of Krakow. -The staff are helpful and speak English. The bad: -The first room on arrival was in the attic with small windows and mold in the shower. Upon request the room was changed, but the original room was far cry from what was advertised. -The tram (they mention this and provide earplugs) is a bit more noticeable than you would expect. - There was...
A great hotel for the price and in a fabulous location. We try and stay in places within walking distance from the places to see, the problem often is you either pay a lot or have a crummy hotel this is neither. I wouldn't think twice about staying here again.
This place is that nice I though I'd do a review before we leave as it is that nice, great service very friendly and helpful staff,if you like history and a very clean place to stay, you can't go wrong with hotel Santi,we were lucky enough to get room 107,which we are still in,👌👌
Stayed here the weekend of 1st March. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Staff can not do enough for you, rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. Breakfast is delicious and has many options from cooked breakfast to cereal. Location is amazing and exactly what you want in a city. I fell in love with this hotel and will be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Lovely hotel. Room was very spacious and was in a brilliant location to get to everything. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They even let us borrow a plug adapter. The hotel is very clean and reception is 24 hours. Lovely place to stay would absolutely recommend!
The hotel in the very center of a city with short walking distance to the main sightseeing and restaurants. Hotel has it's own parking place, so there will be no difficulties with that if you travel by car. Personal is very kind and definitely knows what hospitality and good customer service means.

Location close to quattro buildings, walking distance. Service is awesome, especially Karolina is always there to help.
They have low preasurre of water in the showers. And Wi-Fi sux.
We were invited for baptism celebration and the food was very tasty. They had perfect place to have music, dancing, separate space for kids. We enjoyed the party very much.
The hotel looks nice and all was clean, unfortunately we stayed at Saturday and as there are hotel weddings and we were given a room on the side above the wedding hall, we couldn't sleep without earplugs Also, we stayed with a dog, as hotel is pet-friendly 🙂
I stayed here with my wife and two girls aged 5 and 7 and we had a nice time, we booked into a family room so we were given adjoining rooms with good and clean facilities. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful with anything we needed like check in and getting wrist bands for free access to the park play area next to the hotel. The location is a bit out of the city centre and about a...
Mixed feelings! The hotel is pretty good looking, with spaceous clean rooms and the breakfast was nice. Good connection with the city center (bus 152 or 502). Unfortunately the compliments stop here: the windows aren't properly sealed so you get a nice cold breeze over your head :) and I also had the feeling that the heating wasn't working properly Water pressure in the sink and shower were weak, especially...

Amazing hotel, rooms are perfect, restaurants are really good and a rooftop bar👍🏻
Can't ask for a better place. No need to think, just book your room here. Very nice skybar, open til 22:00 but longer if there are people there.
What a great place! Friendly staff, great location and the service was amazing! Would stay again and recommend anyone that is travelling to Poland.
Very nice hotel, very spacious but our room 305 was noisy due to the trams passing every 2 minutes. Staff breakfast good 😊
A wonderful old hotel in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, facing onto a quiet square. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated, for easy transfer to and from Kraków Airport, and for those who don't mind a short walk to the old town. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone considering a visit to Kraków, which I would also highly recommend.

We had late check out around midnight. All was good and smooth, lady at the reception extremely nice and friendly. Our room was nice but the issue is the bar at the street next to the hotel . We literally heard everything in the room, so noisy. So , it couldn’t be possible to stay there over night and we asked to change the room . The next room was smaller , no view. At the bathroom, there were no...
Here for 2 days on business. Hotel situated in the heart of the beautiful old town. Be prepared if driving by car as there is very little parking available… 3 spaces next to the hotel! The lobby area is very narrow and we were left to wait a long time before being attended to because the check in process isn’t fast and we were in a queue. With forms to fill, some digitalisation would be a good investment...
The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. While we experienced a minor inconvenience due to noise, management was very quick to offer us a change of rooms among other things. Centrally located within Old Town Krakow, there will be foot traffic and the sounds associated with it. Overall, our experience has been very pleasant and I can't say enough good things about the hotel staff and management
We’ve stayed at the hotel 3 times and every time we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The spa and rooms and incredible and the hotel has a really relaxed feel. Would recommend the hotel to anyone. We decided to book our wedding here and it was incredible, we are from the UK and the communication with Anna and the team was easy and open, the team made our day very special and nothing was too much. Super location, very nice rooms. The pool is amazing. They even have a parking. Overall great experience. The breakfast is beautiful but seemed a bit overpriced so we only took it once. They are many other options around ( Starbucks 2 minutes away).
Amazing hotel! The staff are very friendly and the rooms are great. The swimming pool complex is amazing. Perfect location too. My partner also left her necklace in the room, and the staff mailed it out to us in another country, can’t speak highly enough of the service!

Beautiful rooms, excellent location, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Krakow.
Excellent hotel. Very good located just outside the old city, in walking distance to main attractions. Cosy and cleanrooms. Very good breakfast, with wide selection of food. Staff is welcoming and assisting. Highly recommended
This is a lovely small boutique hotel in a great, quiet location next to Wawel Castle. A 5 minute walk from the airport bus station and situated on the park. The buffet breakfast was lovely. Bar area was also nice. Rooms were nice and very clean. Worth paying the extra for a superior room. Walkable to the town and felt very safe.
Amazing service, rooms and location. The bar next to reception has an extensive drinks menu and the team provide excellent cocktails at a good price. We used the hotel bar often as it was generally quiet and good value.
Excellent facility, well situated for the castle and main square. Very tidy lovely spacious room, excellent selection for buffet breakfast, fantastic staff on reception very welcoming helpful and informative. Well worth a visit would definitely stay again.

Everything good, especially very kind staff and a fantastic breakfast. Clean and neat, quiet in the room. The only thing is that the pillows are a bit too big for my taste, so not slept very good. Asked for a smaller one but they don't have it. It could be a little colder in the room during the night. Lightning at the swimmingpool is aggressively strong.
New and clean. Attentive and helpful staff, most speak a very high level of English. Food in the restaurant was great, both the breakfast buffet and the dinner. Located right off of a train that will take you directly into old town. Near a field and a park that are great for running. The fitness room downstairs has great equipment too, treadmills also for if it’s cold outside.
Highly recommend the hotel for staying in Kraków. Really liked to spent some evenings at the bar with bartender SOFIA, very friendly and pleasant girl, was happy to met her, wish all the best for a new visitors!
This hotel is amazing! Booked this for a 4 night stay in Krakow and it was absolutely perfect. Even the smell of the hotel lobby is beautiful. The whole place is so aesthetically pleasing, clean and modern. We booked the deluxe room with a balcony and it was so big. The view from the balcony was great, especially during the snowy evenings. We used the pool, hot tub and sauna which were all great too...
I recently stayed at this AC Marriott in Kraków Poland. I have been staying at Marriott around the world for 30 years and would rate this hotel very high on my list. Fantastic short stay in krakow. The hotel was very comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fabulous, bed very comfy and serviced every day. Huge selection of food available for breakfast. All in all loved every minute of our break in krakow.
Amazing hotel, polite and helpful personnel. Clean rooms, gym, area for kids with playstation. Perfect breakfast and restaurant. Comfortable place in the Krakow old town.
Prime location near to the city center. The staff were professional and very friendly. The size of the room was good "premium room". The check-in and check-out process were fast. The only thing that need to be improved is the breakfast. The breakfast was good, but they need to have more variety of food. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel.
The rooms were clean and the location was within walking distance of the old city. We had a reservation for an upgraded room. At first, we were put into an “upgraded room” that was directly above the car elevator which was very loud. We asked to be moved and our second room on the top floor was much quieter. We paid extra for the hotel breakfast. It was HORRIBLE! There wasn’t a lot of variety and...
The hotel is located in the very good location with a good accessibility to the old town and main city centre.. The hotel is always busy with customers because of its good service, location and hospitality. So that sometimes in the very peak time the staffs were little busy and thus might be a small delay happens. I prefer the hotel. And the staffs were very kindly, friendly and maintaining good manner
Right in the middle of the city. One can walk old city, kazimerz, river side. Old building constructed as hotel. Many of the amenities are old, corridors are gloomy this hotel needs renovation. Besides rooms are big enough to be comfortable, more important than that beds are in real bed sizes even for twin beds. I would like to add that breakfast buffet is magnificent with more than five cheese options...

Good hotel but next to very main and loud street so in the night if you want to leave window open you will hear traffic. Rooms as described with a bath which was nice! Very nice place to stay in Krakow. Highly recommend for business to vacations. Great rooms and great service by any standards. It is very close to everything downtown you want to see. One issue we have discovered was Uber cannot come to the hotel due to some local restrictions. They could drop you off but cannot come to pick you up.
Beautifully designed, combination of old world and mid century modern creating a great atmosphere. Bravo to the architect! The staff was highly professional, accommodating and friendly …. I spent one week there and will make this my stay next time I am in town.

It's 4.5 out of 5 to be honest. There are many prose and cons for this hotel : Pros : - Pool (or the main reason for arguing with our kids regarding what time we will get back to the hotel). The hotel lobby was spectacular. The room looked clean and was air conditioned - not too spacious but nicely decorated. But the towels and toilet paper (made from recycled paper, I believe) were very rough and cheap looking. We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel, it’s quite newly renovated and everything was fine. Best friendliest welcoming obliging cleanliness 110 %. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Will return ASAP. Not a large hotel but peaceful and quiet. 10 minutes into Krakow centre.
the hotel is not new, in some places the paint is peeling off, the door is broken, but it is neat and clean. The breakfast is delicious. The location is very good, there is no noisy and busy city street nearby.
Location is not close to city centre (old town) but it is in quiet and green area. It is more affordable in comparison to same level hotels. Breakfast is fulfilling but not a something luxury (I don’t think there is a chef in hotel to make a food). Room and bathroom are very clean and staff are really nice and helpful.

This is a small, welcoming, simple, hotel. It certainly deserves the five stars it has, because of its comfort and beauty, but its small size and the kindness of all the women at the reception made me think, in a good way, in a family owned B & B rather than in the fastuosity of a Grand Hotel. Great old European Hotel. This place has wonderful bones, and the staff tries. But it badly needs a face lift and remodel. The rooms are small and chopped up, or large and ungainly.
