There is a shop just round the corner where you can find drinks and snacks as well as ready made rolls and sandwiches. There is also a nice restaurant on the other corner serving traditional polish food

We had room only so cannot comment on breakfast. Rooms were spacious and very clean with comfy bed and a small balcony. Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the main square but is next to a very busy road

Excellent hotel - immaculately clean. Lovely helpful staff and brilliant location too. Breakfast caters for all needs - large variety of choice. Highly recommended

Hotel location is excellent 5 minute walk into the centre of things. Trams run outside and it is also walking distance to the main train stain and a lovely shopping centre

We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to people wanting to be in the centre near the old town

Hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful, we had an issue with our private taxi back to the airport and the staff were brilliant and helped us to sort it out. We would definitely come back here

I'm a big fan of caesar salad so I chose this dish. It's very good but the portion is ridiculously small (4 little bits of chicken and 2 grams of salad) and the price is ridiculously high

Good price. Not too central (30 min walk) but good connections. The swimming pool has amazing viewes of the river and the city

The view was a little disappointing, but everything else was GREAT. Delicious food (Ribs, Pasta, Beer), good service, nice decor. We were looking for a place with a full view of the river. This has a partial view.

Personnel are nice, quick and helpful and they speak good English. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant, too. I do not have any dietary restrictions, can’t speak of the options in this regard

All is perfect I stay with them for last few years. Now biggest issue are customers who do not respect Covid 19 regulations. But this is common in Poland.

I stayed here on a 4 day break before Christmas. Excellent service and friendly staff. They were very good at keeping the room in check and the hotels facilities were great

Location wise, its near convenience stores if you want some drinks and snacks to take to your room, and about 10 minutes walk to the main town square. Not to also mention wawel castle is right on your doorstep!

Hotel is beautiful, our room was large and spacious with an amazing view, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! There was even a note from the GM waiting for us in our room, with some beautifully arranged snacks

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Grand. The location is ideal - central to everything. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The service across the property was excellent

i cant say much about the rooms, but the people in the restaurant are so friendly. kudos to them for letting me stay there since my Dad banished me to study more italian. wish they had more accessible outlets

Excellent service, very good breakfasts and good Italian restaurant. Visit Sport bar for some beer after dinner. Location is just good for everything. Do not rely to sped more than 10 minutes inside of it

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. I also participated in a workshop held at the hotel, and the conference facilities were good

Very friendly welcome from the personal at the reception. Rooms are nice and spacious and clean. I love especially that one can open the windows. Breakfast is nice even so I would love to have fewer convenience products

The receptionist are very welcoming and positive. It was rainy and the staff came with an umbrella to protect us from the rain. Amazing ! The room is very spacious, was very clean and has a very high standard

The rooms are clean and nice and the staff are great. However, the hotel itself is severely lacking in amenities compared to other hotels in the area of a similar price. No coffee in the room, no business center

After staying in several hotels in Krakow I'd only recommend this one if you wanted to be near the mall or train station

Clean spacious rooms, amazing location. They offered an upgrade to a suite based on our Wyndham status. You are within a short walk to the square, the mall, the train stations I’d give it ten stars if I could

An excellent stay for 4 nights located next to the railway and bus station, and shopping mall. Very professional, easy checkin. Service from the bar staff and breakfast staff was fantastic

I usually opt for the coffee (plain Americano for 14 zł), which I don't mind paying more than usual for compared to more casual outlets, because their staff are always quite attentive and seating spaces are usually plentiful

The rooms themselves are excellent, the standard double room is cute, modern, clean. The bathroom is very good and, utterly clean. Their café, where they have breakfasts and lunches, is awesome

I haven't tried their rooms, though their restaurant and bar section is great for occasions when you would like some place comfortable to relax for a while

The prices can be too expensive for an occasional meal if you are not someone who is on business somewhere, though their drinks are more affordable

They need to upgrade their routers or something to be able to handle the large conferences they claim to be able to do. The meeting spaces themselves are nice and the catering was tasty, so not a terrible experience

They don't clean rooms unless you request due to a new "eco policy" The fitness centre and sauna are a bit lacking and was expecting a pool so was a bit disappointed

The hotel is well located with buses and trams at the corner. Staff are really friendly and room is big. They have a water fountain in each floor where you can fill a jug available in the bedroom

A bus stop was only 400 meters from the hotel, making it very convenient for exploring the wonderful city of Krakow. The staff was exceptional—polite and helpful

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The rooms were a bit small but manageable. The breakfast was decent, though not outstanding

The location was great, with a beautiful riverfront just 200 meters away, perfect for morning/evening walks

Our first night was an issue with a collage party and the youngsters shouting and slamming doors until 2am The second night was good The third night drunk people arguing and security not dealing with them promptly Generally good though and these issues with guests are not a reflection of the hotel staff who spoke great English and were very accommodating

Fantastic hotel located 2 blocks from the main square in Krakow. The rooms are spacious by European standards. My room had a mini couch for watching TV and a nice desk for working

We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Galaxy. The room was nice, cleaned daily, and we received fresh towels. In my opinion, the bed is a bit too hard. The staff is friendly and service-minded

Fab location, 5 minutes walk (flat) from centre. Lots of shops, cafes etc nearby. The hotel arrange taxis, tours and have a massage service too

A lovely hotel that we stayed at for multiple nights on the extended Poland leg of our Viking cruise. Beautiful hotel in a fantastic part of town with the university park across the street and Wawel castle up the hill

My wife and I adored walking in the peaceful surroundings and green spaces. I must say that the food served in the lounge was some of the best food that we had on our trip from Germany to Paris

We talked about this hotel and its food and compared it to everything that we experienced on the rest of our tour. Poland is a gem and so is Krakow and the Radisdon Blu hotel! We definitely will be back one day!

Stayed here 02/03/23 until 05/03/23 This hotel is absolutely amazing great location short walk into the centre and tram stops right outside the front door, I can not fault anything, very modern, rooms are immaculate the staff are all very pleasant the breakfast was amazing free Wi-Fi which is also brilliant

Rooms clean and comfy, if there was a slight criticism, for us, it would be the lack of good light in the bedrooms, there's lots of lamps etc, but a main light would have suited us too

Great location across from the river and a sculpture park. 10 minute walk to old town Square. The breakfast buffet is off the charts amazing with an incredible selection

Rooms were lovely, very comfortable beds and extremely clean. There are cold mini fridges and a jug to fill with water so you can keep it cold in your room

A great place to stay at Krakow. The room was comfortable and large. The breakfast buffet was good and the general service was ok. It is not in the city center but well connected via the tram network right next to it.

The breakfast in the morning was amazing & the food was fresh, there is tea & coffee available in urns but if you ask at the bar you can order barista style coffees included in the price of the breakfast, I can wholeheartedly recommend the flat white

We stayed in the double standard room, it was spacious and warm with pleasant decor and lovely bathroom with shower cubicle, the bed was really comfortable, we were situated on the first floor overlooking the court yard garden and had no noise disturbance

Nice hotel, they made us veggie breakfast boxes when we were on a guided tour that left at 5:50am. Breakfast is good for veggies too.. They serve prosecco at breakfast, which seemed odd, but when in Rome...

The hotel, based in the Jewish Quarter, is a 10 minute walk from the old town, there is plenty to see around there & there is a supermarket just over the street for any essentials you might have forgotten

As was the breakfast - I ate way too much, but I just couldn't help myself. The hotel is perfectly located for the short walk to the centre of the city, so it was easy to pop out for dinner in the evening

Very nice hotel, close to the center and the railwaystation. Has good food and breakfast. Unique rooms with all technology working. A clear recommendation from me.

Also close to the train station (for intercity travel) and plenty of street car options for getting around the city. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very bright and comfortable

But especially Anna and Paulina on reception being the most customer facing you would hope for this. But at this Hotel, the high service continues, Kasper, Claudia on the roof top Bar

There is a good variety at breakfast and the eating area is very clean, all staff are helpful. There is a small gym and Sauna. I used the treadmill and sauna twice whilst I was there

The only slight negative is the upgrade to the Tram system nearby, but this didn't really impact us much, Krakow and Poland is a beautiful place we hope to visit again soon

Amazing service, rooms and location. The bar next to reception has an extensive drinks menu and the team provide excellent cocktails at a good price. We used the hotel bar often as it was generally quiet and good value.

Excellent facility,well situated for the castle and main square. Very tidy lovely spacious room, excellent selection for buffet breakfast, fantastic staff on reception very welcoming helpful and informative

The hotel has a lovely smell of cinnamon apples throughout, and felt very clean yet homely. The room we had was on the smaller side however was very comfortable. The bed was huge and had 2 duvets which was really nice
