I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Kraków Old Town. The location is super convenient just a few minutes from the main train station and within walking distance to the Old Town, so it was easy to get everywhere

The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated how quiet it was. Breakfast was very good, with lots of fresh options to choose from

Hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto is well located in the city, just opposite the mall, good connected with train station, coach terminal and tram. It is just 10 min to the old town

As an English-speaking tourist, their fluent English and friendly greetings were much appreciated. Terrific location, walking distance to so many sights. Krakow is wonderful and a stay here will add to the experience

The hotel has a great location, being right next to Krakow’s central station and close to the historic center. The room was comfortable and very clean and tidy

Very good experience, not exactly close to the city center but it only takes around 15 minutes walk, and the hotel is not hard to be located.

WiFi worked well, breakfast with a wide range of foods and drinks. Public transport in front of the hotel and pleasant 15 min walk to the historic center. I liked the machines for a filtered water at each floor

Smooth check-in, hotel is well located near the train/bus stations and Old Town. The facilities are in good condition and have everything that might be needed. Maybe slippers would also be nice to have

Kind & Friendly Staffs. Hotel room is very clean and very close to the Krakow Clowny (Train Station) & 12 minutes slow walk to the Krakow Old Town Square. Highly recommended:)

Hotel has excellent location, near the river, train station, tram stations. We enjoyed walking in the morning near the river, then accros the bridges to the Kazimirec or the mearest tram station to old town

Rooms are clean, we got clean towels every day when requested. In our room we only had body soap, no shampoo,conditionet, body milk. I think it would be very useful for guests that are coming by plane on a weekend trip

The view was a little disappointing, but everything else was GREAT. Delicious food (Ribs, Pasta, Beer), good service, nice decor. We were looking for a place with a full view of the river. This has a partial view.

Qubus is a chain hotel. I have stayed in another Qubus hotel before. So I chose Qubus hotel again. The room is clean, the breakfast is nice. The dinner in the restaurant is also nice too.

Breakfast is very tasty and rich, we loved it, lunch was very good also. French fries is very special and simply great, my son loved it. Staff is very kind and helpful

The transportation is quite convenient. You can take the SKA1 directly from KRK Airport to Krakow Zablocie. You can also walk there by following the navigation

Location in the center of Krakow

About 15 - 20 mins stroll to the main square, a little less to Oskar Schindlers Enamel Factory Museum. We had a room at the rear of the hotel and it was very quiet but apparently it can be a bit noisy on the street side

Everybody is very polite, cleaning lady is very kind, second day of our stay they gave us all new towels and made the bed even if we didn't told them. Breakfast is perfect, a lot of food, everything fresh and delicious

Fab location, 5 minutes walk (flat) from centre. Lots of shops, cafes etc nearby. The hotel arrange taxis, tours and have a massage service too

Because I had some issues with my room I was upgraded. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh offerings reflecting local and international tastes. You can't beat the location, right near Old Town facing a park

We talked about this hotel and its food and compared it to everything that we experienced on the rest of our tour. Poland is a gem and so is Krakow and the Radisdon Blu hotel! We definitely will be back one day!

Appreciated the very short walk from the train station and the ease of seeing the hotel from the plaza. Lobby was easy to find! A few short sets of stairs leading up to registration and again up the first floor

It's very comfortable and convenient, with nearby convenience stores and a mall! I stayed in a single room, which was super comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! There are several convenience stores and shopping malls nearby, and it's less than a 10-minute walk from the train station

Hotel Maksymillian is ideally located, a 5 minute walk to The Square in the centre of Krakow. The hotel is clean with friendly, helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, it catered for our needs

We stayed across the road in serviced apartments but ate breakfast at the Atrium. A good buffet, kept well stocked by the diligent and friendly staff: excellent value at 60 zloty per person

If you find old-fashion interior charming, this is the place for you. It looks like a hotel from the 40/50's with the bed covers, old fashion radios, delicate china cups on the coffe tray, wall paper, curtains etc

Great hotel, even though I didn't actually go to stay there, but when I was forced to cancel my trip and had to pay a large amount of money for it, they gave me a full refund not long after I submitted my request

We stayed here last week, but arrived at around 3am after we had to land in Prague and endure a 6 hour coach journey due to the bad fog closing Krakow airport. I emailed the hotel about our delay and got a prompt reply

Even at that time in a morning they brought us a kettle and some tea bags and sugar. The lady on reception was very welcoming. Breakfast was also great, lots to choose from and good quality, very attentive staff too

Our stay at Hotel Polski Pod Bialym Orem for a week was excellent! The staff at the hotel was fantastic! The doorman and front desk gentleman were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable
