Location wise, its near convenience stores if you want some drinks and snacks to take to your room, and about 10 minutes walk to the main town square. Not to also mention wawel castle is right on your doorstep!

Hotel is beautiful, our room was large and spacious with an amazing view, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! There was even a note from the GM waiting for us in our room, with some beautifully arranged snacks

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Grand. The location is ideal - central to everything. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The service across the property was excellent

i cant say much about the rooms, but the people in the restaurant are so friendly. kudos to them for letting me stay there since my Dad banished me to study more italian. wish they had more accessible outlets

Excellent service, very good breakfasts and good Italian restaurant. Visit Sport bar for some beer after dinner. Location is just good for everything. Do not rely to sped more than 10 minutes inside of it

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. I also participated in a workshop held at the hotel, and the conference facilities were good

Very friendly welcome from the personal at the reception. Rooms are nice and spacious and clean. I love especially that one can open the windows. Breakfast is nice even so I would love to have fewer convenience products

The receptionist are very welcoming and positive. It was rainy and the staff came with an umbrella to protect us from the rain. Amazing ! The room is very spacious, was very clean and has a very high standard

We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Galaxy. The room was nice, cleaned daily, and we received fresh towels. In my opinion, the bed is a bit too hard. The staff is friendly and service-minded

Fab location, 5 minutes walk (flat) from centre. Lots of shops, cafes etc nearby. The hotel arrange taxis, tours and have a massage service too

Great location across from the river and a sculpture park. 10 minute walk to old town Square. The breakfast buffet is off the charts amazing with an incredible selection

Rooms were lovely, very comfortable beds and extremely clean. There are cold mini fridges and a jug to fill with water so you can keep it cold in your room

The restaurant food is delicious and the staff is beyond d friendly. The bar is quite relaxing and the bartenders are eager to please

The hotel in the very center of a city with short walking distance to the main sightseeing and restaurants. Hotel has it's own parking place, so there will be no difficulties with that if you travel by car

Breakfast is delicious and has many options from cooked breakfast to cereal. Location is amazing and exactly what you want in a city. I fell in love with this hotel and will be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Room was very spacious and was in a brilliant location to get to everything. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They even let us borrow a plug adapter. The hotel is very clean and reception is 24 hours

Stayed here the weekend of 1st March. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Staff can not do enough for you, rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious

There is a shop just round the corner where you can find drinks and snacks as well as ready made rolls and sandwiches. There is also a nice restaurant on the other corner serving traditional polish food

Hotel location is excellent 5 minute walk into the centre of things. Trams run outside and it is also walking distance to the main train stain and a lovely shopping centre

The rooms are clean and nice and the staff are great. However, the hotel itself is severely lacking in amenities compared to other hotels in the area of a similar price. No coffee in the room, no business center

After staying in several hotels in Krakow I'd only recommend this one if you wanted to be near the mall or train station

An excellent stay for 4 nights located next to the railway and bus station, and shopping mall. Very professional, easy checkin. Service from the bar staff and breakfast staff was fantastic

A great place to stay at Krakow. The room was comfortable and large. The breakfast buffet was good and the general service was ok. It is not in the city center but well connected via the tram network right next to it.

Big breakfast area with everything you need. The bar offers good snacks for lunch. The cocktails are the best in town in my opinion

I'm a big fan of caesar salad so I chose this dish. It's very good but the portion is ridiculously small (4 little bits of chicken and 2 grams of salad) and the price is ridiculously high

Good price. Not too central (30 min walk) but good connections. The swimming pool has amazing viewes of the river and the city

The view was a little disappointing, but everything else was GREAT. Delicious food (Ribs, Pasta, Beer), good service, nice decor. We were looking for a place with a full view of the river. This has a partial view.

Personnel are nice, quick and helpful and they speak good English. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant, too. I do not have any dietary restrictions, can’t speak of the options in this regard

All is perfect I stay with them for last few years. Now biggest issue are customers who do not respect Covid 19 regulations. But this is common in Poland.

Amazing service, rooms and location. The bar next to reception has an extensive drinks menu and the team provide excellent cocktails at a good price. We used the hotel bar often as it was generally quiet and good value.

The hotel has a lovely smell of cinnamon apples throughout, and felt very clean yet homely. The room we had was on the smaller side however was very comfortable. The bed was huge and had 2 duvets which was really nice

It is a transit hotel with flights at all hours, how can you not offer room service until later in the evening? I checked in at 2056 or so and went to my room, immediately called for room service at about 2103 and was informed of this

We asked the person running the front desk (did not catch her name) for recommendations on places to eat, which was the best decision we made on our trip 🤣 We went where she suggested and had the BEST TIME! The breakfast served in the morning was better quality than most hotels I have personally stayed at and included a cappuccino machine! We had drink one night and were very impressed with the bar...

This was my last day in Poland for my business trip, and since my next destination was Slovakia, I decided to stay here. It was an excellent experience

We chose this for the location of the city center. It is walkable, but we chose to use an Uber. Easy access to A4 so we could go travel around

The best food in the whole of Kraków, and maybe the best burgers in the whole of Poland The staff were really helpful and welcoming and even helped us decided get where to go in Kraków to take some amazing sight seeing photos

Very easy to travel to the main bus/train station or walk to the centre. They let me store my luggage there before and after check in/out

My room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable. However, there were a couple of drawbacks

The air conditioning unit in my room made a dripping sound when it was turned on, which was quite distracting, especially when trying to go to sleep. I reported it to the reception, but unfortunately, the issue persisted

For us the rooms were a bit too hot, but this seems to be the case in many Polish establishments, so just open a window and you should be fine. The breakfast is really good with lots of options

There was a bit of building work taking place during our stay and some early disruption from clearing and deliveries, which, in all honesty is well out of the hotels control

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—right on the main square in Kazimierz. The reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating

I usually opt for the coffee (plain Americano for 14 zł), which I don't mind paying more than usual for compared to more casual outlets, because their staff are always quite attentive and seating spaces are usually plentiful

The rooms themselves are excellent, the standard double room is cute, modern, clean. The bathroom is very good and, utterly clean. Their café, where they have breakfasts and lunches, is awesome

I haven't tried their rooms, though their restaurant and bar section is great for occasions when you would like some place comfortable to relax for a while

The prices can be too expensive for an occasional meal if you are not someone who is on business somewhere, though their drinks are more affordable

They need to upgrade their routers or something to be able to handle the large conferences they claim to be able to do. The meeting spaces themselves are nice and the catering was tasty, so not a terrible experience

They don't clean rooms unless you request due to a new "eco policy" The fitness centre and sauna are a bit lacking and was expecting a pool so was a bit disappointed

Hotel a good 15 minute walk to the centre although it is close to the Jewish quarter. Wouldn't recommend room 101 as it on the main road and tram line. Breakfast is good if you get there early.

Hotel is located at the Kraków-Kazimierz centre, but behind the walls separating hotel rooms from the street noises you'll find a small measure of peace in your modern room with very cozy ambience thanks to the selections of lighting modes

Wonderful accommodating staff. The room has an electric kettle and bags of tea, coffee and sugar. The only negative is that there is not a single Russian channel, but there is absolutely no time to watch TV

And some people were ordering omelettes from Kasia who kept the buffet full and attractive and tended to every need. I loved the way they scramble the eggs keeping them moist

Liked the hotel very much. Great location, clean, rooms are good, food is a bit repetitive every day but tasty. Polite and responsive staff. I recommend without hesitation

Beds are quite comfortable! Their entrance is located with a walkway between 2 streets, so it’s on a tram line and right in the Kazmirez district
