This place is that nice I though I'd do a review before we leave as it is that nice,great service very friendly and helpful staff,if you like history and a very clean place to stay,you can't go wrong with hotel Santi,we were lucky enough to get room 107,which we are still in,👌👌

The hotel in the very center of a city with short walking distance to the main sightseeing and restaurants. Hotel has it's own parking place, so there will be no difficulties with that if you travel by car

Lovely hotel with massive rooms and a extremely near from the city center. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and tidy. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend and come back.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Santi , would like to have stayed in the room in the main photo, but the room we had was spacious and clean and I guess its luck of the draw Breakfast was good, and the staff helpful and friendly

Breakfast is delicious and has many options from cooked breakfast to cereal. Location is amazing and exactly what you want in a city. I fell in love with this hotel and will be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay

At the bathroom, there were no tools , such as tooth paste, tooth brush,cotton puds - literally anything. So , for the 5 start hotel it’s definitely inappropriate. My opinion- this hotel is overpriced

We had late check out around midnight. All was good and smooth, lady at the reception extremely nice and friendly. Our room was nice but the issue is the bar at the street next to the hotel

Centrally located within Old Town Krakow, there will be foot traffic and the sounds associated with it

We decided to book our wedding here and it was incredible, we are from the UK and the communication with Anna and the team was easy and open, the team made our day very special and nothing was too much

We arrived fairly late to the hotel (9pm), the guy at reception was very welcoming and knowledgeable about Kraków (we've been to kraków 3 times previously so have pretty much done everything but he still managed to suggest something we hadn't done which I found quite impressive)

The hotel has a lovely smell of cinnamon apples throughout, and felt very clean yet homely. The room we had was on the smaller side however was very comfortable. The bed was huge and had 2 duvets which was really nice

The service was dreadfully slow. We waited over 40 minutes for four hot chocolates! Breakfast had options to suit all, although no porridge. Sometimes, the pancakes and other hot items were cold but overall not bad

The location was perfect! You will be centrally located to all the places you'll want to visit. And the breakfast is well worth the cost. Overall, our stay was one of our best and favorite ever

Prime location near to the city center. The staff were professional and very friendly. The size of the room was good "premium room". The check-in and check-out process were fast

The only thing I would say needs improvement would be adding directions for the amenities in the room (including more detailed use of the refrigerator and heating/cooling)

Great location, just beside the square. Breakfast was continental ie: fruit, ham/ cheese , cereal but you can order freshly cooked pancakes, scrambled eggs or fried eggs. Irish pub just down the road was class

The breakfast was great, with the option of some cooked foods as well as continental and the usual fruits and granola etc. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the rooms were large

The room keys are all labelled with the hotel name and room number, which is a bit of a security risk. The lift only goes up to the 3rd floor so you have to carry your bags up stairs if you're staying on the fourth floor

many restaurants and bars in close proximity. after 9 you run the risk of non availability of hot items. buffet breakfast with items run out!!

Stayed at H15 Palace just after New Years with my partner for a few nights. An absolutely stunning hotel with stunning interior and the friendliest, most helpful staff

Our room was cleaned every day and had the most gorgeous decor - especially the bathroom! We had a drink in the bar every evening before going out into the town and the bar staff were so skilled at making the perfect drinks

I requested something that was not on the menu and they made it no problem. Overall I cannot fault this hotel and the staff definitely went the extra mile. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay in Poland

We were greeted on arrival with a glass of sparkling wine and helped out of the taxi with our bags. The staff on reception were very thorough and explained times for breakfast, where to find the spa etc

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect around 20 minutes from the airport and walking distance into town. The staff were the nicest people and super helpful nothing was too much for them

The beds were massive and the comfiest beds we have slept in. The TV for it too work you had to have a laptop to plug in which we didn't

My little boy loved the kids play area and my teenage Son loved the gym and the pool Such an amazing hotel. Food in the hotel was gorgeous. The kids especially liked breakfast

The location is good , but the road works outside make it much worse since all taxis need to take a pretty big detour to get there and the walking to old city is either on an obstacle course through the works or a long way thought the river (though with awesome views) Cons : - The room is a little bit too small and lucks enough shelves for clothes - Air con is not working ! I made sure to ask before...

The location was perfect for getting to the square and ideal for getting to the station for our airport transfer which was just through the Gallery shopping centre across the road

I have stayed at the Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto several times because it is in an excellent location just opposite the huge Galeria Krakow shopping mall, 5 minutes' walk from the railway station and about a 15 minutes' walk from the Old Town

3 tram just outside takes you to Kazimierz the historical and popular old Jewish quarter. I had a Privilege room with all amenities which was kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff

Indeed all the staff were approachable, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very satisfying with many locally produced items

We stayed in the double standard room, it was spacious and warm with pleasant decor and lovely bathroom with shower cubicle, the bed was really comfortable, we were situated on the first floor overlooking the court yard garden and had no noise disturbance

Nice hotel, they made us veggie breakfast boxes when we were on a guided tour that left at 5:50am. Breakfast is good for veggies too.. They serve prosecco at breakfast, which seemed odd, but when in Rome...

The hotel, based in the Jewish Quarter, is a 10 minute walk from the old town, there is plenty to see around there & there is a supermarket just over the street for any essentials you might have forgotten

The furniture is a mishmash, with no discernable theme, and no art on the room walls. The location, near the central square in Krakow, is excellent. But this hotel needs attention

It certainly deserves the five stars it has, because of its comfort and beauty, but its small size and the kindness of all the women at the reception made me think, in a good way, in a family owned B & B rather than in the fastuosity of a Grand Hotel

This is a beautiful hotel palace that is 420 years old. Its amazing and the staff is superb. Its in old town ,no need for a car. You can walk to everything.

I liked: The hotel is close to the city center. The price was OK compared to other hotels with similar location. The workers were kind and helpful, and they were speaking also English

Some people were shutting the door loudly in the night. It would be worth thinking about doors/ locks closing more quietly. On the other hand, the TV turned off itself around 23:15 even if you watched it very quiet

Although the room was not small, due to the layout it was hard to place things somewhere from the suitcase or pack. It would be worth to reconsider the layout leaving place for the guests belongings

I didn't like: The breakfast is only from 7, so you may not be able to eat if you plan to go to other city that day. The food selection is small, which can be a problem if you stay longer

Water, tea or coffee placed in the room could be consumed for free. The liquid hand soap had nice smell. The cleaning of the room was scheduled well not to disturb the guest

But front desk was hospitable enough to provide a table fan which is much appreciated. - shower area is quite small and needs care when taking bath. We had the best service at both check in and check out

For me, the hotel is in the best location in Krakow. Most amazing - jewish- district with cool restaurants and bars, everything near and not that loud like directly in the old town

- Uber taxis don't come near hotel as there are one ways and not every driver knows how to pickup from hotel. We had nightmare pickup to airport during our return journey. - air-conditioning could be stronger

A great place to stay at Krakow. The room was comfortable and large. The breakfast buffet was good and the general service was ok. It is not in the city center but well connected via the tram network right next to it.

Have stayed here a few times. Only really had breakfast. Misses hash browns- apart from that all good. I've never heard any of my party ever complain

A perfect hotel not too far from the center of Kraków. Rooms are perfect whit great air condition and shower.

I have no idea how much this hotel costs, because (in a perhaps dubious use of funds) an institution paid for it, but I'd definitely recommend it! The really impressive part was the breakfast--a true feast with different proteins, veggies, fruits, and different baked goods/pastries each day

Equally impressive was the helpfulness of the staff, especially the receptionist who was just as kind and cheerful to visitors who mistook this address for their actual hotel as she was to the paying guests

The best food in the whole of Kraków, and maybe the best burgers in the whole of Poland The staff were really helpful and welcoming and even helped us decided get where to go in Kraków to take some amazing sight seeing photos
