Hotel Estera, Krakow1 / 50
9.6
Krakow, Ul. Estery 6 🧭 Map
Hotel has slow elevator, but anyway, to get to room you need to climb stairs. Was uncomfortable to my 75 year aunt and with our luggages
My favourite hotel in Kazimierz. Great location, right in the heart of Kazimierz. Hotel Estera has lovely, clean and spacious rooms, a great bar in the reception area and really friendly, happy and helpful staff
The best place to stay in the Jewish Quarter! Right in the heart of the action, surrounded by bars and retaurants. Spotless and spacious rooms, very comfy. Fantastic breakfast. Total 10 out of 10.
Our flight was delayed due to weather, so we came back to this hotel for two more nights, and the staff was extremely understanding and were able to accommodate us. We will be returning for sure!
For us the rooms were a bit too hot, but this seems to be the case in many Polish establishments, so just open a window and you should be fine. The breakfast is really good with lots of options
The staff is very attentive and helpful, going above and beyond in every aspect to make our stay a wonderful amazing experience. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area

Krakow, Karmelicka 36 🧭 Map
Very friendly service, clean and tidy rooms, flexible check-in and out times when communicating with the personal, great location: around 5 minutes walk to the main square, however no loud noises from the outside!! It was very calm but central as well
Hotel Maksymillian is ideally located, a 5 minute walk to The Square in the centre of Krakow. The hotel is clean with friendly, helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, it catered for our needs
Hotel however is in walking distance to most things very central
A nice clean hotel in a great location. It's a few minutes walk from the old town so a handy base for exploring. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great selection of items
If we visit Kraków again we would happily stay here
For breakfast there is a plenty of choice: fruit, pastries, cereal and warm food such as scrambled egg and sausage. There is an Italian restaurant on-site or there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby

B&B HOTEL Krakow Centrum, Krakow1 / 35

Krakow, Monte Cassino 1 🧭 Map
It is a very good hotel located in the centre of Krakow. Just 15 minutes away on foot from Wavel castle. You can enjoy the walking by the river just in five minutes. Parking option is super and very secure
The next is the shower, the size is okay for Europe but there was no where to put the shower head so you had to hold it the whole time which was a huge downfall to me, the spots you would normally put it were too small to fit the shower head
This hotel is very nice and would be a good choice. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms nice, everything was clean. It didn’t get a 5 star for a few reasons which I think could really make or break someone’s choice
It just didn’t cool the room, occasionally you could feel it hit your legs if you didn’t have any cover on but after a week of no ac I was really looking forward to being comfortable at night
And we missed having a hand towel in the bathroom, we even asked at reception, but they said that the hotel doesn't provide hand towels, which I've never seen in any hotel
Their air conditioning was not great, I brought it up at the front desk and it was slightly better when I went up that night but both nights I was woken by being too hot

My partner and l wanted to change rooms for a bigger one with shower not bath and they offered us 3 choices to choose from. Worth the stay and value of money … blurry pictures cox my whole stay was just lit 😝😝
This hotel is very clean and has welcoming workers(reception, cleaners and people who served food) they helped me find nice chilling places around and suggested some tour things to do during my stay
Great place to stay. Clean, friendly and nice. I had a quiet room on the backside of the hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Lovely place, nice people definitely one to revisit
Excellent hotel, the best to recommend.

Krakow, ul. Wielopole 4 🧭 Map
The service was dreadfully slow. We waited over 40 minutes for four hot chocolates! Breakfast had options to suit all, although no porridge. Sometimes, the pancakes and other hot items were cold but overall not bad
Fantastic short stay in krakow. The hotel was very comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fabulous, bed very comfy and serviced every day. Huge selection of food available for breakfast
The location was perfect! You will be centrally located to all the places you'll want to visit. And the breakfast is well worth the cost. Overall, our stay was one of our best and favorite ever
Amazing hotel, polite and helpful personnel. Clean rooms, gym, area for kids with playstation. Perfect breakfast and restaurant. Comfortable place in the Krakow old town.
Prime location near to the city center. The staff were professional and very friendly. The size of the room was good "premium room". The check-in and check-out process were fast
The only thing I would say needs improvement would be adding directions for the amenities in the room (including more detailed use of the refrigerator and heating/cooling)

Krakow, Rynek Główny 19 🧭 Map
It seems as if the owners are unsure whether they prefer modern or traditional old interiors. However, this does not diminish the overall comfort offered by this hotel
Staff was friendly, and breakfast fine. Just a minor subjective note: The furniture and design of the interior is a strange mix of old and new
Nice hotel in the old town area with a great view to the central square. There are lots of good restaurants in a walking distance
If you're looking for the best view of Kraków's Main Square (Rynek Główny), I strongly recommend to make a reservation in Hotel Wentzl
Excellent hotel in the centre of Krakow. Walking distance to all places in old town. 2mins to tram. 20mis to bus and train station.. ..Very clean rooms. Nicely decorated and Very friendly staff. Would stay again
The location is excellent, and although the square is busy until late night, the room itself was fairly quiet. The room is spacious, and has everything you need even for a longer stay, including a very comfortable bed

They don't clean rooms unless you request due to a new "eco policy" The fitness centre and sauna are a bit lacking and was expecting a pool so was a bit disappointed
We had a wonderful stay at Park Inn Radisson Hotel! The location is a good 20 minutes walk to the Wavel Castle and also very close to the Old Town! The old town area is so beautiful as well! There is an underground parking if you would like to visit Krakow by car
Clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom had heated floor which is a big advantage. I traveled here in February, so hotel was pretty empty and quiet. Staff spoke English 👍🏻 Hotel located close to the airport
Very good hotel, with comfortable rooms. The old town is only 15-20 away. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Good atmosphere in the bar.
Paola was exceptional and she was very kind! Highly recommend this hotel!
For the price I prob wouldn't stay again but was an OK option for 3 nights in Krakow. Didn't have breakfast as 80zl is an absolute joke! Go to the bakery just next door. Offers really nice things a lot cheaper

I would rate this hotel as a decent 3 star business hotel, since I expect more from a 4 star hotel. Great central location: just 5 minutes walk to the Old Town and 10 minutes by tram to the Old Jewish Quarter
First of all i want to thank the beautiful Monika for everything . We enjoyed every moment in this hotel! A great view and near to the old town, great staff too! We stayed here twice and cant wait to come back.
Stayed for a weekend and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Very helpful staff, spotlessly clean and in an excellent location for shopping and transport. Would definitely recommend and will return
The hotel is located just 5 minutes away from the main square, town centre, and railway, making it the perfect location if you prefer a quieter place to stay at night
First of all I would like to highlight here an amazing customer service. All staff from cleaning services to the reception are very nice and friendly and willing to help you as much as they can
Our room is very nice and the clean bathroom is very modern. I would highly recommend this place as it's not only a great place to stay at but is in great distance to the train station and all tourist attractions

Krakow, Mikołajska 28 🧭 Map
It is about 1/4 of a block from the square. It has a free breakfast that puts most of the places that serve breakfast to shame. Eggs to order, danishes, meats, coffee, tea, fruits, cereals, cold cuts, etc
There is an elevator that covers the breakfast room up to the 3rd floor. You have a flight of steps more if your room is on the 4th floor. If we visit Kraków again, we would definitely stay here again
Really nice hotel, good location near market place in the old town, large rooms, cosy, clean and well maintained. Good breakfast in the basement restaurant. Very friendly staff.
The rooms are very comfortable with good blinds, AC, a safe, comfortable bed, hot water kettle with instant coffee and tea. They clean the rooms daily and replace what you use
Just did a mistake of not arranging hotel parking, but plenty was available on street (actually saved money). It is very positive to relax in air conditioned room
We also got free pass to see altar in church (10 zł saving per adult) and discounts to many places (20%), but we didn't use them so not sure how they work

A gem of a hotel situated in the centre of the Jewish Quarter in Krakow and directly opposite the old Synagogue. A BIG and comfortable hotel room, with an excellent choice on the breakfast menu.
What a great place! Friendly staff, great location and the service was amazing! Would stay again and recommend anyone that is travelling to Poland.
Hi exclusive place, I can only recommend this place. All is clean, nice and professional employees. Waiter's is not a younger students that are working for 8 zloty a hours. this place is adult professional people
Can't ask for a better place. No need to think, just book your room here. Very nice skybar, open til 22:00 but longer if there are people there.
A wonderful old hotel in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, facing onto a quiet square. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful
Lovely hotel and friendly staff.Breakfast great. There is a roof top bar with great views used it only once as drinks not competive

Good clean rooms with limited space. Everything is comfortable and all you need is here. There is a great breakfast at extra cost, and the hotel is within easy walking distance to the city center
Very good service, breakfast was nice. Really close to the center. Rooms were clean but bit small. There was a Sauna but didn't try it.
Good Hotel near the city center. Reasonable price and good breakfeast
Had a wonderful four night stay here, we were very impressed with the hotel overall. Staff were great and very helpful, rooms were all we could ask for, clean and comfortable. Walking distance from the main square
Beata is the best receptionist we met! Service was excellent, hotel quiet, breakfast fresh and abundant. Place to stay.
By advised there is no nearby parking. But then at nights the area is quiet

Hotel Copernicus
Krakow, ul. Kanonicza 16 🧭 Map
It’s a little too small to swim laps, but it does have a powerful jet at one end that can essentially be used as an infinity pool (think treadmill but for a pool), and doubles as a powerful massage jet
The staff at the hotel is superb, every request was gladly accommodated with a smile, from requesting a room change to a bucket of ice to enjoy wine on the roof to a late checkout
The rooftop, the only one amongst the neighboring buildings, has a breathtaking view of the Wawel castle and several surrounding church spires
I would hands down stay here again, and will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comparably affordable hotel in Cracow
There is also a sauna that easily sits 4-6 people, an excellent way to relax after a swim
Nice hotel with good breakfast delivered straight to your room. The rooms ale rather small but with original sealing and frescoes. I would recommend this for a romantic getaway but not for a longer stay

Krakow, ul. Floriańska 14 🧭 Map
They upgraded us to a junior suite and gave us our room at about 11am. What’s not to like? Lobby and restaurant are very attractive. Large with 7m ceiling! The walls were a bit dirty, needing a wash or some paint
Bathroom was very nice and large. Good water pressure and hot enough to send you to the hospital. (Why Europe allows this is beyond me. ) The hotel’s location on Florianska means it is central to everything
Breakfast was incredible with a number of appetiser plates prior to the hot course and a dessert. Despite best efforts, we never finished due to being so full! The quality of the food was exceptional
Our room was a luxury apartment which was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was very large with shower and bath. Water, coffee and toiletries were restocked daily
We had such an amazing stay at the Pod Różą Hotel and would most certainly stay again. The hotel is beautifully decorated mixing modern touches with the history of the building
Nothing but praise for Pod Roza

The apartment was very spacious, very comfy beds, great shower( hot with proper pressure with no so very common leaks from the shower cabin ) Breakfast was very tasty, wide range of foods, fresh and yummy
I saw some bad reviews on this hotel but none were justified for the stay I experienced. We had a lovely room with a river and castle view and I would recommend you book one of these as another type may not be as nice
It is a 20 minute walk to the main square 5 minutes to get over the bridge by a main road but once you move away from this the walk is very pleasant
The Hotel itself has a great location. Very close to the centre, yet so very quiet when it comes to bed times as it's just on the River opposite the Castle. The hotel staff are incredibly polite and friendly
A great place to stay very good restaurant although a limited food choice offer not great but OK breakfast Staff very co-operative and helping Rooms very quite and comfy Cleaning ladies are most efficient and top in service A great view from room and restaurant Over all a top experience and loved this place
Hotel for people who values silence and want to rest from noice of city traffic and not been woken up by noise of Krakow’s trams )) One from rare which has no any roads or railways behind the windows but only beautiful views for river and ancient castle with famous Krakow’s dragon

Krakow, Pawia 18 B 🧭 Map
The location was perfect for getting to the square and ideal for getting to the station for our airport transfer which was just through the Gallery shopping centre across the road
I have stayed at the Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto several times because it is in an excellent location just opposite the huge Galeria Krakow shopping mall, 5 minutes' walk from the railway station and about a 15 minutes' walk from the Old Town
3 tram just outside takes you to Kazimierz the historical and popular old Jewish quarter. I had a Privilege room with all amenities which was kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff
Indeed all the staff were approachable, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very satisfying with many locally produced items
We found the perfect hotel in Krakow!❤️ This is an extraordinary hotel in the center of Krakow. Stylish, cozy, with excellent staff
The beds are so comfortable and the location is perfect!! Opposite the shopping centre, short walk to the Old Town and convenient links to the train station for travelling to and from the airport

Krakow, Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 5 🧭 Map
The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect around 20 minutes from the airport and walking distance into town. The staff were the nicest people and super helpful nothing was too much for them
The beds were massive and the comfiest beds we have slept in. The TV for it too work you had to have a laptop to plug in which we didn't
My little boy loved the kids play area and my teenage Son loved the gym and the pool Such an amazing hotel. Food in the hotel was gorgeous. The kids especially liked breakfast
It also works as a restaurant in the evening and I managed to have diner which I loved too. The restaurant staff were very nice and the food tasty and with good prices
We stayed here in a twin room for 4 nights and very much enjoyed it. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating
The location is good , but the road works outside make it much worse since all taxis need to take a pretty big detour to get there and the walking to old city is either on an obstacle course through the works or a long way thought the river (though with awesome views) Cons : - The room is a little bit too small and lucks enough shelves for clothes - Air con is not working ! I made sure to ask before...

A wide ranging selection for breakfast: Tea, coffee, 3 different fresh juices. Various cereals, yoghurts, breads, cheeses, meats, jams, salads, eggs, sausages. Room was clean and reasonably spacious
However both tea & coffee were available free of charge down stairs, and the staff seemed happy to make it any time you asked them for some. Hotel seemed very clean in all the areas that I saw
Bed was very comfortable and the bedding plenty warm enough. There was bottled sparkling water in the room, but no tea/coffee

Krakow, Plac Kossaka 1 🧭 Map
After our recent visit to Krakow, our party enjoyed an excellent stay at Hotel Kossak. First of all I would like to compliment the whole staff for their professional and Friendly demeanour
I would recommend visiting Wieliczka Salt Mine, Wawel Royal Castle, Schindlers Factory, Zapapane and of course Auschwitz-Birkenau, but split them up over your holiday as there's alot of walking involved
But especially Anna and Paulina on reception being the most customer facing you would hope for this. But at this Hotel, the high service continues, Kasper, Claudia on the roof top Bar
The only slight negative is the upgrade to the Tram system nearby, but this didn't really impact us much, Krakow and Poland is a beautiful place we hope to visit again soon
Items provided were as follows great WiFi, TV, mini bar fridge, aircon, bottled water with glasses, an iron with board, hair dryer, shampoo, and towels
Also, at Breakfast, Kinga and the team were also great. Breakfast was very good, cooked and cold options. Our rooms were spacious and clean
