A great option for relaxation. Quiet area, comfortable rooms. Not far from the city.

Was a great stay. Definitely would go back. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi

Everything was perfect. Great location, just beside the square. Safe, clean and tidy. Staff very helpful. Everyone spoke English. Breakfast was continental ie: fruit, ham/ cheese , cereal but you can order freshly cooked pancakes, scrambled eggs or fried eggs. Highly recommend this place. Irish pub just down the road was class

Older basic hotel but fine for the price. Staff were all very friendly. They offer breakfast but we didn't try that out. The beds aren't that comfortable and the blanket was a bit short for a tall guy like myself. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a short walk of the hotel so the location is perfect if you're there to check out the city. The room keys are all labelled with the hotel...

Liked the Location....touching old town...few min to get there....many restaurants and bars in close proximity...big rooms....clean....go early for breakfast ...after 9 you run the risk of non availability of hot items....they apparently run out....buffet breakfast with items run out!!

The hotel is located right near the city center. The room was small but very clean and nice. No AC, but the room had a fan, which was enough for the size. Beautiful balcony with view on the lovely courtyard. Friendly staff.

For me, the hotel is in the best location in Krakow. Most amazing - jewish- district with cool restaurants and bars, everything near and not that loud like directly in the old town. Friendly reception, old rooms but in a good condition and quality, good enough breakfast and nice prices.

Such a lovely hotel. Staff are lovely and always come back to a nice clean room. Lots of restaurants near by and only a 25 minute walk from the old town. Not such a fan of Polish food but there’s a lovely Italian only a couple of minutes away by walking.

A great place to stay at Krakow. The room was comfortable and large. The breakfast buffet was good and the general service was ok. It is not in the city center but well connected via the tram network right next to it.

Everything was amazing all round lovely team and the room was lovely just to come back into and relax. To get to old town or anywhere you desire the Tramway is only a 5 min walk away from the hotel.

Very nice rooms. Very nice staff. Big breakfast area with everything you need. The bar offers good snacks for lunch. The cocktails are the best in town in my opinion. I accidentally left something in the hotel and Hanna from the front desk was so nice and sent it to me.

Nice Hotel beside the Oldtown. The rooms are small but clean. You don‘t really have options to store your clothes, but it‘s sufficient. The service is really good, the reception is totally friendly. In our floor were a lot of teenager while we were there, but the staff managed to keep them calm after our call. Although the hotel is reasonably far from the old town in Krakow, I was quite impressed. The rooms are large and have a TV which offer English channels, the bathroom was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and the food was good. Only negative is that the WiFi signal is quite weak.

Clean, and the bowling alley is fun. The staff was nice also. However, the room was small, and there was no counter in the bathroom.

While the area it's situated in doesn't impress, it only adds to the surprise that you get once you enter the hotel. It's a very modern interior, with well decorated hallways. A perfect hotel not too far from the center of Kraków. Rooms are perfect whit great air condition and shower.

The hotel is close to the city center and in a quiet street. You are in the heart of the city in 10 minutes. Just 100 meters away, there is a Starbucks and a small market open until 23. There is also a nearby stop for bus transportation. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Air conditioning available.

I have no idea how much this hotel costs, because (in a perhaps dubious use of funds) an institution paid for it, but I'd definitely recommend it! Really nice hotel, we paid the extra for a superior room which was fantastic. Sensible amenities available and the location is absolutely fantastic for city based sightseeing! Breakfast buffet available until 11am too, which allows you a little longer in their incredibly comfortable beds.

Hotel Maksymillian is ideally located, a 5 minute walk to The Square in the centre of Krakow. The hotel is clean with friendly, helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, it catered for our needs. For breakfast there is a plenty of choice: fruit, pastries, cereal and warm food such as scrambled egg and sausage. So stayed three nights first impressions receptionist not the warmest of welcomes . Hotel room was massive room 309 triple room was the size of a living room lovely. So I thought, until we realized we couldn't turn heating down it was on full blast and the weather in Poland was hot in high twenties so radiators did not need to be on. We opened windows which didn't make a difference with curtains closed...

A nice clean hotel in a great location. It's a few minutes walk from the old town so a handy base for exploring. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great selection of items. If we visit Kraków again we would happily stay here.

Nice hotel to stay at.

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are all very friendly and helpful, they all speak English fluently as well. The location is perfect, being very close to the main square and many other sights. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would like to thank all the staff for some great memories. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, hopefully one day i will.

We all enjoyed our three nights stay in Old Time: friendly staff, close to the old town, good value of money, robuste breakfast. But also kitch, a bit quaint in need of some fixing and refreshing.

Lovely place, helpful friendly staff, the interior design is old world charm. Pretty room, comfy and clean. Great for someone who's looking for a quaint place with great breakfast in a quiet neighbourhood (sleepy area at night) but within a short walking distance to the old city.

It is a very good hotel located in the centre of Krakow. Just 15 minutes away on foot from Wavel castle. It is also close to Kazimerz. You can enjoy the walking by the river just in five minutes. Parking option is super and very secure. Room is comfortable. WiFi is very good. People are very friendly and helpful.

They charge about 49 Zloty for their janky breakfast. Shameful! (the parowki were cold and they ran out of cups when I was there). Bathroom had no ventilation and stank upon arrival. Staff was nice though and the location is good.

Good: The hotel is clean, well-located, quiet and the staff is attentive. The rooms are small but meet the needs for a few days. The price is also very good. There is a tram station in front of the hotel, from where you can go anywhere in the city. And the bus that goes to and comes from the airport stops in front of the hotel. Good value hotel, very close to the Exhibition Centre that is just across the road. Rooms are clean and have all you need, just a little bit spartan. Transit and 2-3 days is completely appropriate. Good transport to the city centre and relatively quiet place. The breakfast is not a big miracle d the standards relative to good and abundant. 1, the personal beds are good, but the 2 personal is very narrow. The reception only speak English, the Lengyelen addition, other languages ( German, Italian , etc ) they don't understand.

My favourite hotel I stayed in during my trip to Poland! The staff was very friendly and especially Agneszka! She offered a free breakfast for the inconvenience of not having a TV and a proper A/C system in our room. Hotel is within the old town and very close to the square. Rooms where spacious and had all that was needed. We are a young family with two kids and this suited us perfectly. Free carpark at another location and also the hotel offered us free pickups and drop off to said carpark.

This hotel is in a really great location in Old Town in Krakow. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was huge and everything was clean. Our room had a double bed and one single plus a desk, tv, and air conditioner. The bed was not the most comfortable and there was no elevator which meant carrying heavy bags up many stairs, which is why I only gave 4 stars

Stayed there for a night in the simplest room and was really pleasantly surprised. Nice service, very good price and breakfast included! Tidy rooms, all the essentials inc hygiene products (though no toothpaste), there was even AC in the room! Overall stayed happy with my stay despite the hotel being remote from the center. Will stay if again in Krakow!
