Krakow, Ul Westerplatte 15 🧭 Map
Very advantageous central location, cosy rooms and welcoming service. The only annoying item is extremely small choice of channels on the TV, neither local nor international. Breakfast is OK, though not the best in the city by far.
As usual, the staff is super friendly and very helpful. The location is fantastic. The room is spacious and clean. Delicious breakfast.
A very nice and clean please The room was very spacious Lovely staff Great location
The square pillows weren't to my liking, but everything else was great. The location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat.
No air conditioner. Asked for an additional fan and they refused. 2 star hotel, although service and employees were fine.
1 night stay. Check out suppose to be 12:00. They hounded me to leave early. In the end I left at 11:20 because they were very annoying. Service is not good.

Kind & Friendly Staffs. Hotel room is very clean and very close to the Krakow Clowny (Train Station) & 12 minutes slow walk to the Krakow Old Town Square. Highly recommended:)
The hotel has a great location, being right next to Krakow’s central station and close to the historic center. The room was comfortable and very clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and greet you in the hallways. However, the cordiality in the dining area could have been better. I had a small baguette that I was planning to take with me because I didn’t have time to eat breakfast...
Very good experience, not exactly close to the city center but it only takes around 15 minutes walk, and the hotel is not hard to be located.
Nice stay in a great location, breakfast was good. There is water dispenser on each floor.
Stayed 2 nights there, was very impressed with the state of the art decor, similar to those Japanese hotels I have stayed before but more spacious. Facing train tracks though but not really affected. 15mins walking distance from Krakow Glowny. Will stay again if visiting Kraków.
Very good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. You can see some signs of age in the bathroom, on the carpet or walls but nothing really serious or repulsive. WiFi worked well, breakfast with a wide range of foods and drinks. Public transport in front of the hotel and pleasant 15 min walk to the historic center. I liked the machines for a filtered water at each floor. Limited...

There were some guests which were noisy and aldo there is another sister hotel nearby and one of the nights was very noisy
The breakfast is perfect and abundant. Very good service. The only true downside was the bed which was really narrow for 2 people and blocked by a wall on one side
The hotel and it staff was exceptional! We were taken great care of and felt really accommodated for such a cheap price! The only downside was the location. It is pretty far of from Krakow centre and the old town but it was nothing unmanagable.
We stayed 1 night and were really satisfied with this hotel. Very friendly staff, helpful and kind service. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and it was good to sleep after a long walk in the city. We dined in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent! Big portions, fresh vegetables, and the prices are very convenient. I recommend this hotel to everyone who isn't scared to walk a bit...
The property itself was amazing. If you are looking for something that’s in and around touristy places, I would recommend more central locations. The staff there were ever so accommodating
Budget option for Krakow, suited myself as i had a car & was travelling alone , rooms a bit dated but bathrooms modern? Polite & helpful staff, could do worse but a no frills hotel.

Breakfast buffet is worth the price (50 zł). Everything is fresh, lots of different options. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Good breakfast, loved the local options. Rooms were really nice but a little noisy: Trams on the street were pretty noisy. Location was perfect
Started here one night, the first of our trip. We arrived on our flight into Warsaw and took the train down to Krakow, arriving to the hotel shortly after 10 pm. Appreciated the very short walk from the train station and the ease of seeing the hotel from the plaza. Lobby was easy to find! A few short sets of stairs leading up to registration and again up the first floor. The person at the desk was...
I love this hotel. It’s a perfect location near the main train station and across from the town square. Great rooms and great staff.
Perfect location, 200m from the main train station, (can't fault the train to/ from the airport). 200m the other way is the heart of the old town. Hotel was clean, crazy high ceilings, v modern ensuite bathroom. Not sure about disabled access, as the lifts were up 8 steps.
Great location, amazing breakfast. Low points: wifi is terrible, basically no internet. Also noise from the road could be loud. Staff is very friendly.

In the heart of the city. Superb location. Decent breakfast. Clean room. Recommend.
A lot of sunshine came into the room very early in the morning even if the curtains were closed and I could hear all the noise from the outside as well until late at night. Annoying but not super expensive so I guess excellence isn’t expected.
A lovely 15th century building with all the interior you'd expect. A little effort on the stairs, but you get over it. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room is restocked each day without having to request. The breakfast is continental style, hosted by good staff, in a beautiful brick arched cellar. The hotel room was very spacious, with an old timber beamed ceiling. Location is...
Nice , clean oldschool hotel. Very friendly and serviceminded staff. Great location in the old town of Krakow.
Great location for old town/ sight seeing. In the centre of all the cafes, shops ,bars.very close to main square and 5 min walk to wawel castle. Rooms are adequate for a long weekend with tea and coffee/ kettle/cups but no milk or fridge. Breakfast is cold ham/cheese/ etc with warm scrambled eggs and mini sausage. There is also a luggage store for your last day. We would go back.
The location was Amazing , I can see the central square from my room . Really few steps no from everything. Well equipped room , with kettle , mug , soluble coffe and tea . I love this kind of stuff in the room . The bathroom, the shower was clean and new . The receptionist nice . The breakfast is weel filled ..you can chose between salty and sweet stuff . Nice hotel, clean, very good breakfast. A night without a good sleep On March 29, there was a quarrel in the next room 202 all night. As soon as I entered the room, my next door neighbor started. Originally, the two drunk people were happily chatting and singing in the room, but then a few more people came in and started shouting loudly, which lasted for about two hours before they left. midnight...
The positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice. The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made...
Clean, comfortable room, there is a fridge and a kettle with coffee and tea. Close to the Old Town. I could not use the breakfast, instead I got a package with provisions.

We arrived late on Monday night after our flight from Edinburgh. A great central location for the old town. The staff were very welcoming and the twin room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Great location, great staff, great value. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Clean, quiet, good breakfast, friendly staff. Didn't use the restaurant or bar as we were out all day but it all looked good. Very knowledgeable on attractions and tourist advice.

The room was great we was 4 people two parents with two kids but... in the check in we asked to park our car in the hotel parking but they said that the parking is now out of service but clearly that was a lie!! We saw the employers cars get out and in! Also the breakfast was such a dissapoitment!! There was barley anything to eat!!
We stayed across the road in serviced apartments but ate breakfast at the Atrium. A good buffet, kept well stocked by the diligent and friendly staff: excellent value at 60 zloty per person. The vibe of the place was welcoming, and the hotel guests we spoke to seemed very content with their rooms and the service they received
We would highly recommend this hotel. All the staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring the best quality stay. Great hotel, even though I didn't actually go to stay there, but when I was forced to cancel my trip and had to pay a large amount of money for it, they gave me a full refund not long after I submitted my request. Quirky hotel, not to my taste. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Front hotel man was lovely
If you find old-fashion interior charming, this is the place for you. It looks like a hotel from the 40/50's with the bed covers, old fashion radios, delicate china cups on the coffe tray, wall paper, curtains etc... But very modern bathrooms, tv, kettle and fridge so nothing is lacking. A huge back yard filled with with plants and even a small fish pond.
The staying is comfortable , starting with the warm welcome of the front desk . Love the decoration of the hotel , it’s giving European royalties vibes .

A very neat and clean hotel that is the repurposed Polish Priests of the Sacred Heart monastery. The rooms are simple with well planned bathrooms. The staff is very polite and helpful. Each floor is decorated with tasteful antique furniture and one floor has a mini museum dedicated to Pope John Paul II and Cardinal Stanislaw Nagy. The garden is beautiful and peaceful. This is a Holy place.
I have organized 5 or 6 European conferences at the Domus Mater over the last years, usually during the springtime. The location is very good, close to mass transportation and with on-site parking. There are a couple small convenience stores very close. Easy to arrive from the main station and quick access to Krakow center. Very pleasant and competent staff - many speak English well. A very good place to stay in Krakow. Though not in the city center, it is well connected with mass transportation. Parking on-site. A very affordable and nice alternative, which I would highly recommend. Good for singles, couples or small groups. DM is a great place to have a small conference or a banquet. Friendly staff, especially the manager and the staff at the front desk, which is open 24/...
Welcoming, clean and comfortable hotel. Meeting room was excellent with refreshments served on time with delicious biscuits. Meals were good. Would recommend Domus Mater, it's very near a tram stop although the taxis were very cheap and convenient to use.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is easy to get to public transportation or call a taxi or ride share.
Great place to stay. It is a Catholic hotel situated in a monastery. There is a chapel for prayer and Mass inside the building, and a parish church attached to the building. It hosts Mass at 7am and 6pm on weekdays. I came here to spend some time in fasting and prayer and it was the ideal place. If you are not Christian, please consider if this hotel is appropriate for you. You might not enjoy it

I wanted a hotel with parking and a quick one night stay. This is located 30 minutes walk from the centre in a quiet suburb. Nice large room, with decent facilities in an older style but modern hotel I liked
Nice people, but apparently no knowledge about the hotel surroundings .. we found a good bistro and store in the next street and also a bus stop and ticket machine close. Breakfast was included and very good.
Big parking, calm surroundings (no noise from street), building has some high ceilings, breakfast is simple but it did it's job.
The staff were very good, especially Gabriella. Check in and out was straightforward and easy. Getting there was tricky as it is 7km from the centre of krakow. The hotel was very clean, but a bit tired in places. Our room was satisfactory but I would rate it as a b& b as opposed to a hotel.
We found this hotel to be modest but very clean and comfortable. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast is very good - a great variety of delicious food and plentiful. It was in a very quiet area.
Lovely hotel, our room was on the first floor it was nice, has to ask for a extra pillow which came straight away. Only problem was finding the plug sockets. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Getting to the old town is easy we used bolt which is really cheap, I would recommend this hotel for your visit to Krakow

The hotel may not have the best views of the city, however, it is a great place to stay and rest. For each meal, one could choose between numerous types of delicious food. One thing that may be improved is the availability of food for vegans - almost no proteins of plants' origin. The rooms were nice and the swimming pool enjoyable. The access to Wi-Fi was great. Let's get something clear right out of the gate, this hotel is generally filled with families who come here because it is advertised as "child-friendly" and that brings with it a certain sense of what to expect.
