We had late check out around midnight. All was good and smooth, lady at the reception extremely nice and friendly. Our room was nice but the issue is the bar at the street next to the hotel . We literally heard everything in the room, so noisy. So , it couldn’t be possible to stay there over night and we asked to change the room . The next room was smaller , no view. At the bathroom, there were no...
Here for 2 days on business. Hotel situated in the heart of the beautiful old town. Be prepared if driving by car as there is very little parking available… 3 spaces next to the hotel! The lobby area is very narrow and we were left to wait a long time before being attended to because the check in process isn’t fast and we were in a queue. With forms to fill, some digitalisation would be a good investment...
The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. While we experienced a minor inconvenience due to noise, management was very quick to offer us a change of rooms among other things. Centrally located within Old Town Krakow, there will be foot traffic and the sounds associated with it. Overall, our experience has been very pleasant and I can't say enough good things about the hotel staff and management
We’ve stayed at the hotel 3 times and every time we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The spa and rooms and incredible and the hotel has a really relaxed feel. Would recommend the hotel to anyone. We decided to book our wedding here and it was incredible, we are from the UK and the communication with Anna and the team was easy and open, the team made our day very special and nothing was too much. Super location, very nice rooms. The pool is amazing. They even have a parking. Overall great experience. The breakfast is beautiful but seemed a bit overpriced so we only took it once. They are many other options around ( Starbucks 2 minutes away).
Amazing hotel! The staff are very friendly and the rooms are great. The swimming pool complex is amazing. Perfect location too. My partner also left her necklace in the room, and the staff mailed it out to us in another country, can’t speak highly enough of the service!

Fantastic short stay in krakow. The hotel was very comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fabulous, bed very comfy and serviced every day. Huge selection of food available for breakfast. All in all loved every minute of our break in krakow.
Amazing hotel, polite and helpful personnel. Clean rooms, gym, area for kids with playstation. Perfect breakfast and restaurant. Comfortable place in the Krakow old town.
Prime location near to the city center. The staff were professional and very friendly. The size of the room was good "premium room". The check-in and check-out process were fast. The only thing that need to be improved is the breakfast. The breakfast was good, but they need to have more variety of food. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel.
The rooms were clean and the location was within walking distance of the old city. We had a reservation for an upgraded room. At first, we were put into an “upgraded room” that was directly above the car elevator which was very loud. We asked to be moved and our second room on the top floor was much quieter. We paid extra for the hotel breakfast. It was HORRIBLE! There wasn’t a lot of variety and...
The hotel is located in the very good location with a good accessibility to the old town and main city centre.. The hotel is always busy with customers because of its good service, location and hospitality. So that sometimes in the very peak time the staffs were little busy and thus might be a small delay happens. I prefer the hotel. And the staffs were very kindly, friendly and maintaining good manner
Right in the middle of the city. One can walk old city, kazimerz, river side. Old building constructed as hotel. Many of the amenities are old, corridors are gloomy this hotel needs renovation. Besides rooms are big enough to be comfortable, more important than that beds are in real bed sizes even for twin beds. I would like to add that breakfast buffet is magnificent with more than five cheese options...

We stayed here in a twin room for 4 nights and very much enjoyed it. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. The hotel’s location is very close to the river and the old town is only a few minutes walking distance. Also had dinner at the restaurant once and the food was excellent! Highly Recommend staying here.
The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect around 20 minutes from the airport and walking distance into town. The staff were the nicest people and super helpful nothing was too much for them. The beds were massive and the comfiest beds we have slept in. The TV for it too work you had to have a laptop to plug in which we didn't. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved it too. We ate at the restaurant and the food was lovely as was the breakfast. The selection was plenty and the fresh juice was a hit! The pool, sauna and gym were amazing and the massage I had was great too. We would definitely stay again in the future.
The best place to stay in Krakow. Good dining and very helpful workers. All welcoming and accommodating. I love the play place for kids right beside the dining area. Parents can eat and lounge while the kids play. Super fantastic 🔥🥰
It's 4.5 out of 5 to be honest. There are many prose and cons for this hotel : Pros : - Pool (or the main reason for arguing with our kids regarding what time we will get back to the hotel). The water temp. was too cold for me , but the kids didn't care . - Breakfast food was pretty good and varied , though missing some classics like bacon. Lots of drink options and nice variety of sweets to choose...

I have stayed at the Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto several times because it is in an excellent location just opposite the huge Galeria Krakow shopping mall, 5 minutes' walk from the railway station and about a 15 minutes' walk from the Old Town. The no. 3 tram just outside takes you to Kazimierz the historical and popular old Jewish quarter. I had a Privilege room with all amenities which was kept clean...
Spent four nights here this week. Location is truly excellent, close to station, shopping and only ten minutes walk from the beauty of the old town. So easy to get to station to visit the further afield sites such as the salt mines. Our room was a little compact but very clean, comfortable bed and lovely shower. Excellent AC too as it was super hot. Housekeeping were attentive and reliable. I have...
Excellent service! Big thank you to Daria and Martin for their great help and friendliness. The hotel is very well decorated and the rooms are clean. Delicious breakfast! Can’t think of anything to improve:)
The hotel lobby was spectacular. The room looked clean and was air conditioned - not too spacious but nicely decorated. But the towels and toilet paper (made from recycled paper, I believe) were very rough and cheap looking. The shower had 2 options - handheld or fixed - which was great, and I hadn't seen this before anywhere else. There was a recycling bin in the room, but labels for each section...
We found the perfect hotel in Krakow!❤️ This is an extraordinary hotel in the center of Krakow. Stylish, cozy, with excellent staff. I would especially like to note the restaurant's extremely delicious cuisine and the impeccable service of the waiters, especially Wojtek. Wonderful stay - received a very warm welcome and all staff were happy to help out with my queries. The beds are so comfortable and the location is perfect!! Wonderful hotel with very patient and kind staff. The breakfast each day was delicious. Multiple tram stations nearby. A stunning market just right at the front door wirh many amazing restaurants and pubs. Very easy to travel to the main bus/train station or walk to the centre. They let me store my luggage there before and after check in/out
We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel, it’s quite newly renovated and everything was fine. The head in my shower was slightly damaged, it didn’t spoil my experience, but is something that needs to be spotted by the hotel staff and rectified. There was a bit of building work taking place during our stay and some early disruption from clearing and deliveries, which, in all honesty is well out...
Nice hotel in the jewish getto. well soundproofed rooms, great location. We had breakfast once: nothing exceptional for a 4 star. Not very active staff, many dirty tables when we arrived in the room and very little variety of products. from a 4 star you expect much more! The two girls on staff did not replace the finished food. It’s a pity!
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—right on the main square in Kazimierz. The reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Stayed at the hotel for three nights in August. I need to sing the highest praises for the hotel's beds. We prefer a soft matress and this hotel had just that. Felt like we were sleeping on a cloud everynight and the bedding was extreamly soft. Often you have hotel sheets that are overstarched but not here. The resturant onsite is fantastic as well with a mix of fusion cusine, heavily leaning on Spanish...
They recommend you expensive parking option. Near by we got better price. Hotel has multiple coffee machines, but they don’t work or work incredibly slow. Made me mad every morning having to deal with that. Hotel has slow elevator, but anyway, to get to room you need to climb stairs. Was uncomfortable to my 75 year aunt and with our luggages.

This is a very nice hotel. It does have air conditioning something that was critical for me when I could find it in Europe. Great breakfast comfortable beds and a beautuful feel to it.
Positive emotions from the stay.
There is a small roughness. Wifi from time to time falls off. However, the Park outside is just gorgeous!
Nice hotel. Friendly personel but not worth 5 stars. More like a 3 star hotel. Too far from krakau center. The bar is expensive. Payed like 12zl for a small beer. Thats like 3 euro. Thats more then what i pay at home. So dont expect a luxery 5 star resort.
Far from town on a bussy road but its a nice hotel maybe to early 90s. Easy for the airport by car or taxi.

(+) Very tasty breakfast. Vast room. Espresso in the bar is amazing. (-) Lights above the bed are positioned uncomfortable
Good hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast assortment could've been better as for a 4-star hotel, but overall it is OK. Free parking on place is a big plus. Wi-Fi connection is a bit unstable.
Great place. Clean, comfortable, delicious Breakfast
Little small room, but very nice. Breakfast was full and tasty. I had luttle problem with bar. When you want order something, you was wating sometimes 10 minutes to comming some person
Beds were uncomfortable but were satisfactory, Breakfast was really dissapointing as all of the hot food was cold and the cold food was warm. The hotel isn't in town but taxis are cheap. There isn't a safe either but it's a nice hotel. If I visit Krakow again I'll stay closer to the city centre.

Everything was amazing all round lovely team and the room was lovely just to come back into and relax. To get to old town or anywhere you desire the Tramway is only a 5 min walk away from the hotel.

Very nice rooms. Very nice staff. Big breakfast area with everything you need. The bar offers good snacks for lunch. The cocktails are the best in town in my opinion. I accidentally left something in the hotel and Hanna from the front desk was so nice and sent it to me.
This place is especially great when you need to stay somewhere in the area for a couple of days or if you don’t need a lot of space. Very nice, modern and well maintained hotel in Krakow. Lovely roof top bar. We loved the people and service at this hotel and would highly recommend staying here if you’re in Krakow for a visit
Hotel is beautiful, our room was large and spacious with an amazing view, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! There was even a note from the GM waiting for us in our room, with some beautifully arranged snacks. Mr. Papatolios and his team made our stay unforgettable, it is clear that they care deeply about guests and their entire experience in Krakow.
My husband and I stayed for 1 night, we were traveling through. The room was clean, the locations is great, you can walk along the water, head to the city center, it’s perfect for exploring. The reception staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They also have a beautiful open restaurant in the middle of the hotel. We did not get to eat there given our short stay, but looked nice.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Grand. The location is ideal - central to everything. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The service across the property was excellent. As a compensation you can use saunas for free...
We book 4 bedrooms - they are large, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very good location: close to the city center (tram maybe 15 minutes, ride all night, stop very close, considerable parking. Nearby is a bakery, a lake Zakrzówek suitable for walking and supermarket near. And of course, very friendly staff. Disadvantages: Don't be fooled by the word SPA in the name. It is better to say that there is no SPA...
Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and tidy the room was great with aircon a modern smart TV and a comfortable bed. The food was very good and I loved the traditional Polish soup! The hotel also benefits from a pool and a spa. Overall a very high quality professionally run hotel. Highly recommended.
Very convenient for the tram into the centre. However there is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and the bar closed at 10pm

Good breakfast and not bed pool. The rest is not very good - old furniture in rooms, awful gym for 20 zl and not convenient location. You can find better place for the same money.
One of the most beautiful hotels where I were. Only the food isn't very good but if you love Polish food then it's good.
