We were not provided with water bottles unlike the other rooms we received significantly smaller water in less amounts instead of the usual 700 ml. Hotel is beautiful, our room was large and spacious with an amazing view, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! There was even a note from the GM waiting for us in our room, with some beautifully arranged snacks. Mr. Papatolios and his team made our stay unforgettable, it is clear that they care deeply about guests and their entire experience in Krakow.

My friend struggled to get service (blankets, food etc) after it being promised. Bed wasn't that comfy and AC seemed to not work on the second night. Was okay and seems to be fairly cheap, but it's a bit below expectation. Reasonable but not great, except the location is quite good.

Very friendly welcome from the personal at the reception.Rooms are nice and spacious and clean .I love especially that one can open the windows. Breakfast is nice even so I would love to have fewer convenience products.The freshly prepared eggs made to order are a big plus.

The receptionist are very welcoming and positive. It was rainy and the staff came with an umbrella to protect us from the rain. Amazing ! We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Galaxy. The room was nice, cleaned daily, and we received fresh towels. In my opinion, the bed is a bit too hard. The staff is friendly and service-minded. Vi had a suite. It was very good. Everything was working. Except for the bathroom door, that could't close.:-) Our kids had a normal room. Great location across from the river and a sculpture park. 10 minute walk to old town Square. The breakfast buffet is off the charts amazing with an incredible selection. I have stayed at the Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto several times because it is in an excellent location just opposite the huge Galeria Krakow shopping mall, 5 minutes' walk from the railway station and about a 15 minutes' walk from the Old Town. Stayed at the hotel for three nights in August. I need to sing the highest praises for the hotel's beds. We prefer a soft matress and this hotel had just that. This hotel is fantastic! Nestled in Krakow’s historic center, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city’s top attractions. The spa is excellent and provides a wonderfully relaxing experience. The few negatives were 1) The room air con made the rooms very cold. 2) The sleigh beds had a big gap where the pillows kept disappearing into. 3) The spa does not cater for people who have difficulties walking. It was amazing! Strongly recommend SPA Complex for rest at the weekend. We have wonderful experience here. We took 'coconut sprint'. Hamam, tea, scrub & massage with bamboo. It was just the best choice for relaxation. It costs 340 zlotyh/person. But - believe my, it costs this money.

We book 4 bedrooms - they are large, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very good location: close to the city center (tram maybe 15 minutes, ride all night, stop very close, considerable parking. Very worth place according to the price. We spent two nights. They have nice and healthy food in the breakfast buffet. Kitchen service is very good. Receptionists always very helpful and very nice. I highly recommended this place.

Just returned from Krakow, I stayed at Hotel Maksymilian for 4 days, the staff were lovely and so helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained, breakfast had a great choice with different varieties each day, my mum booked in for a hot stone massage with the onsite beauty therapist and said it was worth staying for the massage alone. Hotel Maksymillian is ideally located, a 5 minute walk to The Square in the centre of Krakow. The hotel is clean with friendly, helpful staff. So I thought, until we realized we couldn't turn heating down it was on full blast and the weather in Poland was hot in high twenties so radiators did not need to be on.
