Plaza Boutique Hotel

I had a very good stay here, it’s in a perfect location to get around the City and the room was always clean, I never had to request anything thanks to Adit’s attention to detail and eye for perfection. Muhammad and Adit are very friendly and provide meticulous service and attention to the customers needs. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to a chance to return, highly recommended.

We stayed here during our trip to Krakow and from the first moment it felt like home. The location is beyond perfect because everything is walking distance. The rooms are warm, spacious, and heated (always clean). However, what stands out the most is Mohammed's treatment because during the first few days in Krakow I had a hard time trying to find an open pharmacy with no success. Just by asking Mohammed, he gave me complete boxes of medicine for my well-being. In addition to being a very approachable person and it shows that he likes what he does. Thank you very much for making us feel at home during Christmas, I hope to come back!

Currently staying here, perfect location, fantastic service, Mohamed here is always on hand to help whenever we need him - one thing which we’ve loved, even though it’s small it matters is this image which we come home to every day, a freshly made bed which my girlfriends cuddly toy. Little things 😊

A lovely little Apartment, right in the Center of Old Kraków between the main square and the castle. Room was clean, bed comfortable, although a little noisy at night if the window was left open, due to the central location. Mohammad the receptionist was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely return on my next visit to Kraków 😀

Great location and room. Great host.

The studio rooms are clean, light and airy with beautiful high ceilings. The kitchenette was more than adequate with a fridge, sugar tea and coffee replenished daily. There was a TV and Digibox, however, no english speaking channels or radio stations, not an issue as there are so many places of interest to visit we did not stay in the room for long periods of time. Would advise taking tablets or laptop particularly if you are traveling with children as they do provide free WIFI.

The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, polite and could not do enough to help.

It was between 35° to 42.5° during our visit and with no Air Con (a pedestal fan was provided in the studio would have rated 5 stars if rooms had AC) was a struggle as we were unable to open the windows at night as the street noise was extremely loud between 23:00 - 03:00 and again from 06:00 when the worker would start their day cleaning the streets and taking deliveries for the day ahead.

Planning a return trip in the winter for Christmas Markets.

We had a lovely 2 night stay which we booked through groupon. Mohammed was really helpful from the moment we arrived, asking us if we wanted to book any trips and kindly sorted our trip to auschwitz. The location is ideal and the rooms are lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Review of hotel experience at ‘Boutique ApartHotel & Apartments’

We can highly recommend the hotel ‘Boutique ApartHotel & Apartments’ when choosing to visit the city of Krakow in Poland.

Our reasoning comes from the fact that we first come to Krakow in the middle of the night. We inform the hotel a few days before that we arrive late at night and the hotel staff informs that it is not a problem. We arrive at the hotel at night and are well received by the friendly receptionist. The receptionist explains a bit about the hotel, the rules and how keys and cards work as well as WIFI. It's a good experience for me and my girlfriend. During the days we are in Krakow, we experience a good room service. When we have been out and experienced Krakow, meanwhile, the room that we were assigned has been tidy and clean. The receptionist, who was at the hotel every day, has been incredibly nice to talk to and very open and welcoming and also very helpful if we have had some questions. The room we got was very large. We had a huge bed, couch and also a small place where we could storage our drinks and food but also place our stuff. There were also a TV but we didn't use it because we don't understand polish, but it is there and useable.

Therefore, in the big picture, we only had positive experiences by staying at Boutique ApartHotel & Apartments and therefore we also think that many others should book a trip to Krakow and rent a room at the hotel. It was worth the money and the experience. We will strongly return and experience much more of Krakow and the great service.
