Elegant and modern building, with great customer service. One thing to note about this hotel is that the temperature controller in your room is dependent on the hotel. One day it is (manually) set for cooling - meaning there is not going to be an option to heat your room. The other day it is set for heating - meaning there would be no way to cool your room. This meant that it would be very cold during the evening and there would be no way to warm up, unless you have warm clothing/blankets/duvets.

Apart from this downside, the hotel itself is very nice. Has a sauna/hot room and a massage service too.

Customer service is brilliant and prompt, as it is 24/7 (all times of the day). If you want to ask a question (any point of the day) - you can call downstairs and ask a question for a prompt and reasonable response.

It seems like a great choice for hosting any kind of event, whether it’s a cultural celebration, corporate function, or family gathering.

Hospitality at the highest level. The staff speaks English at a high level. Luxurious rooms, the shower is amazing, the bed is soft and comfortable. There is parking (paid, but not expensive and reliable, constant surveillance). You can always contact the staff if you have questions, the only question we had was the window. To open it, you need to sign a document about your safety (nothing complicated). We were very happy with this room and the staff. The hotel itself is very stylish and worth its price as well as in comfort. The rooms have a hair dryer, kettle, cups, tea, coffee, air conditioning, any lighting to your taste. This big and modern hotel is easily accessible from the highway and it has a wide parking (for extra cost).
It is a good solution if you want to sleep in the outskirts of Krakow: reception always open, large and elegant room with comfortable beds, very low price for a four stars hotel.
It is far from the centre and there aren’t coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We had the dinner at the hotel: tasty dishes, slow service, honest prices. We didn’t try breakfast.

Everything was good for the price. The room was spacious and bright.
Both the room and bathroom were very clean.
The staff were nice and friendly.
There is outdoor parking available and it is paid, it costs about 7 Eur per night. You need to get the parking ticket validated by the reception whenever you need to get out.

Very good hotel, placed on a nice location, on a green area. The place is quiet. You may sleep with windows opened until the birds start chirping (a little bit early, at about 4AM). The parking lot is very large and is for fee. There is a weekend market near the hotel and also stations for public transport.

The rooms are cozy and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety of items, with changing items every morning regarding sweets. The distance to the city (more than 20 minutes by car or tram) makes it hard to choose over other options in town. The hotel spaces are welcoming. The restaurant has good quality service and food, although the offering of local cuisine could be better focused. The bar has a good choice of options and good service. The staff of the hotel is super friendly overall. Regarding the room furniture, it is comfortable and modern but some stains could be seen on the fabric of the chairs.

Very nice hotel with good service. Four stars only because of carpet on the floors. They have a design like there was a flood in the hotel, and like they are full moisture. Please change carpets, they give a bad impression.
