Hotel Wielopole in Krakow

This was our first trip to Kraków and I am VERY happy to have found Apartamenty Wielopole 17. The communication before arrival was quick and easy. Izabela was so accommodating; not only did she allow us to park our car early, she even messaged to inform us that the apartment would be available for early arrival as well. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything one might need(coffee, tea, shampoo, shower wash, etc)...even a lovely little treat upon arrival! The location of Apartamenty Wielopole is brilliant...it is, quite literally, a 20 minute walk to most places! As a final note, Izabela even messaged us the day before our departure to inform us that we could enjoy a late checkout as well;she could not have been more accommodating! We could not recommend Apartamenty Wielopole 17 enough!!!

The staff were friendly and the location was good, we were able to easily walk around the city from there and see everything that we wanted to see. They partner with the hotel across the street for parking, since they don't have any dedicated parking, which you can pay for at the front desk. The breakfast was really good, with plenty assortment of hot and cold food items, and the staff will bring you coffee however you like it.

The room was pretty small, but not a big deal for just one night. The fridge was really small as well, we could only fit a couple bottles of water in it.

I stayed at hotel Wielopole for one week at the beginning of my trip in Poland. I had a single room and it was located on the end of the hallway. It was near a stairwell and this is probably the quietest room I’ve ever ever had. It was well kept by room service and I would highly recommend this hotel.

A real, classic hotel with a 24H reception and a very nice and attentive staff. You can have the coffee you like freshly made with your breakfast. Walking distance from the train station and even closer to the old town but still very quiet and peaceful.

A lovely hotel, in a very convenient location and with a wonderful highly professional and incredibly friendly staff. No request from a guest is ever refused by the staff. All hotel employees are friendly and alert with clients, which creates an inexpressible atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. All services are at the highest level. The hotel is very clean. The breakfasts are plentiful and varied. Recommended this hotel to my friends. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit. I am very grateful to the hotel staff for their care and help in solving my problems.

Staff super nice. Good location between old town & JQ. Rooms are European size, though my bathroom was big. They will make you a real cappuccino at breakfast.

Perfect hotel close to Krakow Główny.
Rooms are very good, prices honest for being in city centre.
Receptionists and personal inside this structure is very kind and nice.
There's possibility to have breakfast there, and that's very various and tasty.
If I come back in Krakow again, for sure I will be there again.

Second time staying here. Clean, friendly, well run non brand hotel walking distance to old town. Worth mentioning the receptionist Karolina went out of her way by giving recommendations and just good old fun conversation during my two night stay. Highly recommend.

Walking distance to the old city and in the opposite direction to the river. The ONLY hotel with a smiling staff here in Krakow. Soundproof windows are good, had a good night sleep though facing the well trafficated road. Very good breakfast with lots of fruits and tasty hot and cold choices.

Magda the hotel manager was very attentive and is a genuine credit to the hotel. Myself and my partner felt very welcome each time we passed through reception and engaged in conversation with her. She was very knowledgeable about the area and had some amazing recommendations for sight seeing tours.
