Great location with view to the river, close to the bus station that connects with the airport. The rooms are fine, they were cleaned daily (towels replaced as well), the breakfast is fine but not many options. The staff are fantastic, I can’t stress this enough. They were helpful, informative, with an answer to our every question and available 24/7. They prepared a launch box for us when we visited the concentration camps (we booked the tour through the hotel), they gave us free drinks on the bar and a discount for our next visit. 5/5 service. Everything else was good and fair for its price tag. Would recommend.

Wow, an amazing diamond in the rough, this hotel sits in walking distance to all amazing things in Krakow, but aside from the rooms that were ok, very clean, and beds that we not that bad was the amazing people that work here, Patryk and Gavel ( not sure on spelling) were amazing, great to talk with, so accommodating. This is what makes trips amazing, the people. I'd strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an all in, amazing personal experience.

Visited in April with a friend, all the staff are welcoming and really can’t do enough for you. Rooms lovely, breakfast lovely and location with a view of the river was excellent, when I come back to Krakow, I will definitely come back here.

we stay in the hotel for 5 nights on April 2024.we want to recommend this hotel for 3 main reasons: the location is great and the view from the top roof restaurant is the best in Krakow. the breakfast is excellent and the attitude (thanks to Mr Bartosz)was 5 stars level

Perfect location, super views of the river and Wawel Castle. The reception staff and Bart in particular couldn't have done more to ensure the stay was perfect with suggestions of places to visit including the slightly more unusual like The Leaky Cauldron cafe! Room was perfectly adequate in size, large opening doors/windows. Just a 20 minute and short walk from the airport on Bus route 300. Convenience store next door for those little extras!

Great hotel, the location is great, 15 min walk to town centre, next to hotel you have a convenience store. The area felt very safe at night. The staff was very polite and professional. Cleaning was always impecable. We appreciated Bartosz how friendly and professional he was, and for upgrading our room to a river view. Breakfast has a lot of variety, and the croissants are to die for 🥐 Overall a great stay, great value for money.

Great location, just a short 10 minute walk to old town square. Stunning views from the rooftop balcony bar over the river and Krakow skyline. Trip made even more magical from the best front of house manager "Bart" who was amazing and could not be more helpful. Nice comfy rooms cleaned daily. Lovely relaxing daily breakfast and we also enjoyed an evening meal there one night.

I had a terrible room. A/C was loud. The only option was to shut it down but then there was no air to breath. Window had no option to open it.
Breakfast was great, good variety and delicious.

A Great stay in the heart of the city center with beautiful river view.ot has a beautiful rooftop sky bar and restaurant with lot of food options and varieties.
