Nice hotel in a good location. Quality rooms and a good restaurant. The overall impression is spoiled by the almost non-flowing shower with no water pressure, making it very difficult to wash yourself. The staff does not smile at all and almost no one speaks English, which I would expect from a four-star hotel.

In general, our stay was enjoyable; however, our expectations were dampened by the wellness facilities.
Positive aspects included free parking, child-friendly zones, a gym, bars, and a good breakfast. The kids' zone in the wellness area was particularly impressive.
On the downside, the sauna area had restrictions for children (I understand it should be quiet place but it's up to parents and the guard there to keep them calm or leave the area).
The Bio sauna was out of order, and both steam saunas were not functioning properly, with no showers available. Additionally, the excessive lighting drew attention to the saunas, and loud conversations disrupted any chance of a relaxing atmosphere. Many individuals wore swimsuits, even in the Finnish sauna, contributing to the lack of information about healthy sauning. Furthermore, the slippery floor was a safety concern. It was 3/5 comparing to the other hotels in the surroundings.

Really perfect hotel for family with kids. It is slightly old according to date on elevator 2007, but the design is ok. The breakfast and dinner was perfect. Every day different selection and very tasty. There are two pools for kids so thumbs up. Tried the Restaurant in hotel and the food was fine. Overall perfect for us. Price was 2000 pln for 3 nights for 2 adults, 1 3year old and 1 8month old. Must order via hotel Stok website. Avoid booking, the price was higher

I loved our family holiday at this hotel and as a birthday treat my husband booked me a massage and a facial ,the only thing I could maybe bring attention to is that the robes are all one size so any woman or man with more fuller figure will not fit . I am still carrying baby weight and I felt absolutely humiliated and went away feeling worse than I went in . Maybe having sized robes to fit all body types would be an advantage.
Buffet breakfast was delicious and we ordered meals to put room.in.the evening it was all absolutely superb.
Can't wait to return again , and next time will come prepared with my own robe .

Very professional service, brilliant food, lots of things to do, only one minus you have to pay for bowling. With this price should be free.

It was a wonderfull, we enjoyed the weekend in this hotel very well. Meals, wellness and rooms were great! We will definitely visit this hotel once again. Thank you so much

I was really surprised by the quality of the hotel. Room were clean, breakfast, dinner and supper were superb.

At the reception speaks only Polish. Restaurant has a really good local meals.
Position of hotel is very good. There is a lot of to do around. I would call this hotel pet and children’s friendly.

What a great place to rest, it has everything you may want for a hotel, pool, bawling, kids play areas, a lot of organised entertainment. Taking one star off, for lack of them single use itemsthat hotels usually provide. There was no toothbrush nor toothpaste, no shower cap, no hair conditioner well the only thing there was provided was a shower gel/shampoo.
