The rooms could do away with the carpets that was quite outdated . The service was nice the staff friendly and courteous. The location is great .

Service and location - awesome, but the rooms are pretty worn out. Also for the first night we had rusty warm water and then no hot water at all. It was fixed after our complaint for the second night.

The location is very convenient. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast is good. The rooms are clean. Good value for money.

The state of the bathroom put it over for me. The light didn’t work. The shower was HORRIBLE. Unless you are shorter than 140cm you will have to kneel to get wet. The mechanism that raises the shower head up was broken. Barely any water pressure and Luke warm temperature. There is a massive gap when you close the shower door so water sprays all over the floor. Lovely.

Big old stone built hotel, close to the centre. Is a bit old in places but the room was fine, nice and warm with comfortable bed and everything working and clean. The check-in system is a bit slow as you have to type on a tablet, which is annoying, but staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was "old school" Polish, which to me is a good thing - more traditional things like ogorki and less stuff you see anywhere else in the world!
I think there are better value places to stay, but I had no complaints and it was in the area of the city I wanted to be so all was good.

Internet is a disaster. Several nights some guests in the room above me were playing music and signing songs after 11pm.
