Garni House 46 Plus in Belgrade

I'd like to start by saying that this is not a hotel, but an apartment. The pros are the location.
Everything else is a cons:
1. Reception is only open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you decide to arrive earlier or later, contact the reception in advance. Otherwise, you won't even get in, as the entrance is locked with a coded lock.

2. Breakfast. There isn't any, even though it's advertised. Lunch is available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. And if you're here for work, you won't get to try breakfast at all.

3. Room cleaning. There's none. Absolutely none. Even though both here and other websites list daily cleaning. Consequently, trash accumulates, humidity builds up, and there's black mold in the shower.

4. Amenities. There's a rattling refrigerator and an air conditioner behind the wall. To heat or cool the area with the bed, you have to use a hand fan, because the small nook in room 17 is warm, but 3/4 of the rest of the room is freezing. I had to sleep fully clothed under the covers. I caught a cold after the first night. There's no kettle, even though it's mentioned in the description.

5. Exterior. Everything is broken and battered. The bathroom door doesn't close, and you have to really try to close the shower door.

Conclusion: you can stay in these apartments for a maximum of 24 hours. And even then, only if you're really looking for extreme experiences. The price doesn't match the quality. The description is inaccurate, and you might end up with rooms in the basement.

P.S. It's impossible to heat room 17; if it's cold outside, you'll freeze in the room too. Thanks to the 5-meter-long window facing two walls.

No one on reception when we arrived at 6pm.. if it wasn’t for someone who lived in the building that let us in we wouldn’t have got in. When arriving in the room 2 radiators were not attached to the wall. The cushions and bed throws were dirty, there was damp on the ceiling in the shower, the door handle of the bathroom was falling off so you couldn’t lock the door. There was meant to be breakfast included in the price and there was NOTHING.. we seen no member of staff the whole time we was there and when you did try and contact them you could never get through or they would get back to you days later! Would never return!
