Great location, friendly staff

Was there with my wife and our four year old child. The room was large enough though we found one or two spots that weren't as clean as we expected. Service at the reception was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is at the center of the town and everything is close by foot.
For taxi I recomend the Yandex Go App. It's like Uber for eastern europe.

The location is perfect, a 5 minutes walk from the center with countless bars, caffes and restaurants. There is a cash exchange and a supermarket right outside. The rooms are spotless, warm and cosy and the breakfast is great as well!

Hello, I am writing this review in contrast of the one night we stayed at your hotel; I know this might not be the purest review because of our short stay but I am willing to criticize the poor sound blocks because it was frustrating. Also to emphasize the fact that certain rooms are not big enough to fit three beds and certain spaces are very tight. Other than that the room service was great and the breakfast was very rich. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and the receptionist was really kind and helpful.

The single room I stayed in was very comfortable overall. The bed was narrow, but the mattress was soft and the quilt was thin. The temperature at night in early September was just around 23 degrees. Bath towels and shampoo and bath products were provided, but no toothbrushes or slippers were provided. Tap water can be drunk directly. There is a minibar at the bedside. The internal beverages and water are charged high, so don't open it. The front desk service attitude is good and English communication is convenient.
The breakfast is rich, but I am still a little tired of it after eating it for several days. Bread, various cheeses, ham, meat slices, scrambled eggs, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, a typical continental breakfast.
Secondly, the location of the hotel is amazing. It is very close to the business center and the Fortress Park. There are convenience stores and supermarkets downstairs, which is very convenient for buying water and snacks.
However, although the sound insulation between the rooms is good, the sound in the corridor is not very good, and the sound of the linens can be heard. The hair dryer in the bathroom is low-powered, so you can ask the front desk for one. Remember to bring European or German plugs

I had issues though trying to sleep in one row during nights as rooms do not isolate very well the noise from other rooms and from the hallway. Perhaps with a pair of sleeping earplugs would have been enough.
Overall, a great stay!
