Ban Sainai Resort in Ao Nang

We are very happy with our stay at this hotel. The pool is big and beautiful, the gardens are very well maintained, the restaurant overlooks a small lake full of fish. It is a very quiet place not far from the centre and there are free shuttle buses all day until late at night to take you there or back. The bungalows are top notch and spacious, a big plus for the bathroom!!! The staff, all the staff without exception are very nice, they speak very good English and showed a lot of little attentions (banana chips, arrival paperwork, tasting fresh homemade tea by the pool), in short, we loved it and we don't want to leave!

Lovely hotel to stay in with each room as such being a little but to stay in. All the people working there were very friendly and everything was very reasonably priced which was great. Would definitely recommend staying there to people. The pond they have next to the eating area is also fantastic as you can enjoy your food whilst listening to the birds which is great. The road to the hotel can be a but bumpy but is worth it.

I would like to especially note this hotel. Since it turned out to be, perhaps, one of the best hotels in which we stayed in Krabi. And we tried many hotels. And most of them were very, very good. However, this one is special in its mood. It was here that we managed to combine all the necessary amenities, natural beauty and service worthy of its category. Nature. We stayed in a house on the lake. With a large terrace and a hammock. Fish were swimming in the lake. The sounds of nature immersed us in a restorative and relaxing sleep. It is indescribable. View. The location of the hotel at the foot of the hill creates a special impression from walks along the green and well-kept territory of the hotel. Peace and serenity at the highest level. Rooms. Very balanced, beautiful and comfortable. Terrace, jacuzzi, shower, spacious canopy bed. Spacious. Everything is there. Refrigerator, TV, work area, etc. Breakfasts are high quality, the buffet is beautifully decorated. Lots of fresh juices. The restaurant is located on a lake where fish swim in natural conditions. Swimming pool. Clean, with a great view and different depths. There is a non-alcoholic bar at the pool. The hotel complies with all the necessary rules in connection with the COVID-19 epidemic, everything necessary to prevent the spread of infection is available everywhere.

Ambiance, services are awesome. Natural beauty and pure Thai ambiance can give you an excellent experience. Quality of Food also too good.

Beautiful and and the staff. Here too, China is more noisy. Breakfast. Free Shuttle to McDonald's in AO Nang Beach, you can go to the next. Just walk to the hot weather.

Piece of paradise on earth. Lovely place. Superb service. Every single staff is friendly and cordial. Beautiful view of mountain over the pond. Playful fishes will dance around whenever you feed them. Ban Sainai will never let you feel bored. You can spend your life here.

Incredible views, infinity pool of salt water very cool, service is very attentive, very good breakfast and all very clean, excellent. Pay 58 euros / night for a coconut ccotttage.

Super friendly staff, lovely pool, quiet, 20m walk from beach. I paid $20 a night, amazing value. Got a whole bungalow with lovely bedding and big bathroom. All you want really! Definitely recommend this one.

Very nice and well kept place, in the evening when it's quiet you can hear the call of the gibbons from the forest nearby.
