My teen daughter & I had a wonderful time staying in the resort for 3 nights ! The rooms are spacious and the house keeping mates were doing the most pro efficient job to maintain the cleaniness!
The breakfast spread is a lavish one and got ample choices whether you're a non vegetarian, vegetarian or vegan! Mostly all the items are freshly prepared along with a distinctive choice of beverages. The swimming pool is maintained fine and overall I could see that this 3 star resort is rented by many Indians as well as other European guests!
The hotel has a tour guide at the reception & organises extensive excursions to popular places in & around Krabi!
Overall we had a great stay for the process paid during off season sojourn here!

A good property in the heart of Krabi! 7 mins walk from the main market! This property has everything you can wish for! Good and spacious rooms! They offer good breakfast. Even the house keeping is really helpful and polite! Pool view rooms are amazing! Overall 10/10 experience!

Absolutely the Best Hotel Experience in Thailand
I booked this hotel for a vacation with my girlfriend, and it was honestly the best hotel we stayed at in all of Thailand.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect — the atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail.
The room was incredibly clean and beautifully designed, the staff were warm and welcoming, and every request we had was handled with real care. The pool, the views, and the overall vibe made the stay unforgettable.
This place exceeded every expectation.

Overall, we had a nice stay at Hula Hula as a holiday resort/hotel. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to help. The view from our room was fantastic and calm😍. The room was spacious and clean sufficiently, though they could have checked the AC whether it's working properly beforehand. There was a TV but it's not a smart TV nor are we able to connect to the internet. The pool was nice and pretty decorated. Access to the hotel is better with vehicles and transport. Not very accessible as a pedestrian since there's no pavement.

Had a lovely stay here! We booked the Premier Pool Mountain View room with a king-size bed, and the view was absolutely beautiful — lush green mountains and a peaceful vibe all around. The location is great too, around 1.1 km from Ao Nang Beach and a 7-Eleven, so it’s easy to walk or grab a quick tuk-tuk ride.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. They don’t provide a dental kit or handwash, but everything else you’d need is there — plus, you can even borrow an umbrella if it rains (super thoughtful!). The free breakfast was surprisingly good and had vegetarian-friendly options, which was a nice touch.
Overall, a cozy and scenic stay — perfect for couples or anyone looking to relax in Ao Nang with easy access to the beach! 🌴🌺

Excellent value for money. Due to pandemic, No buffet breakfast. Therefore a very limited unappealing breakfast.Lovely pool good for a true swim.

The service here was absolutely terrible. Our room's hot water was not working, and they were entirely unhelpful in solving the problem. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

Very bad service. The tuk tuk service don't work good, I just spend a lot of time waiting. Workers don't speed inglish and they are not very kind. Rooms have a terrible smell, we have a lot of problems with the toilet.

Clean and tidy rooms, spacious lobby, great pool area. Some of the staff does speak good english and is very friendly and helpful (hotel and tuc tuc bookings, airline help, tourism advice...). Simple but good enough breakfast.
To improve: sewer smell in the toilet, technicians availability throughout the day to fix water issues

Beautiful, spacious and clean room. Amazing swimmingpool, which was very quiet during our 10 days stay this januari. Friendly staff. Walking distance to good restaurants. About 12 minutes walk to the beach, but the hotel has a free tuktuk drop off service.
