Jasmine Grande Residence

It is a 5-star residence hotel. Since it is a residence hotel, it may lack various amenities inside the hotel. However, it has an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a tennis court, a restaurant where you can have breakfast, a small bar on the first floor, and a convenience store. It is very good because the space is large enough for a family to stay. It is a bit far from the center of Bangkok, but it is easy enough to get around by subway. Rather, it seems like a quieter and better place to stay a bit far from the center.

Very nice hotel, lots of business people stayed there. Staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast had lots of items. Room and hotel was very clean. There are laundry machines for you to do your own laundry and a convenience store on the main level to buy necessities which came in handy.

I’ve been staying here frequently for many years. The staff are very professional and very helpful, and quick to respond or rectify any problems with the room. (Except maybe the sewage smell). It feels more like a residence than a hotel. Only downside is there’s no frequent stay loyalty programs or special discounts.

In a 5* category it falls out in comparison to market leaders but offers fantastic huge apartments with fantastic views.
We had a 120m^2 room with 3 bed rooms + bathrooms, kitchen, living room, some storage. Plenty of space for family. Master bathroom was even equipped with jacuzzi-bath.
The facilities in hotel are ok. There is a small swimming pool on 7th floor, rather for smaller kids; gym; some self-service washing/dryer; bar; breakfast restaurant; convenience store. Nothing to complain here.
The staff was really helpful and pleasant to interact. I could see some complains in other comments about cleanness - I guess it was rather about the overall worn state of the hotel as there was nothing to complain about cleaning service and the maintenance was paying attention and making sure everything was spotless. A big plus here.

Cons:
It's worn out and you can see years of usage and repairs but it's still ok.
It's pretty far from major tourist attractions but offers a shuttle to skytrain so nothing really problematic.

Overall we had a good deal and pleasant stay.

Spotlessly clean, all staff were so friendly. We had a problem with hot water not on in our room as soon as we reported it ,it was rectified so quickly. We stayed in a two bedroom jacuzzi suite, extremely spacious with great views.
Beds extremely comfy.

A cozy and family friendly kind of hotel.
They claimed that they're a 5 star hotel, but the breakfast place was look like a canteen. Also the swimming pool was just 'okay'. They need to upgrade it, I guess.
The staffs are amazing, especially Sao, the housekeeper and Sky, the person in charge at swimming pool.

They have a beautiful stone-themed jacuzzi.
Complete Fitness place, sadly their spa wasn't usable when we arrived.
The convenience store and the nail beautician integrated with the hotel is a big plus! Tried both and happy with both ♥️
A pleasant stay overall.

Good hotel. We took the triple bedroom suite and it had absolutely stunning views. Friendly staff. However the in-room dining kitchen closes too early, compared to other places that offer round the clock / later into the night meal service.

Overall a good stay and affordable too.

A nice hotel a little bit far from downtown Bangkok. The hotel is more geared towards a family hotel with a nice pool with a slide! I'm not sure if a non-temperature controlled pool is an industry standard in Bangkok. Not like UAE pools where 28 to 30 degrees temperature is maintained in the pools. Their pool is really cold!

Rooms are spacious and very clean! They are implementing the Green Hotel scheme where you can request not to change your bedding every day to minimise detergent impact on the environment. Which is really cool!

We took 2 Deluxe rooms, and it does not disappoint. Only down side is that there is no bathtub. Maybe in higher grade rooms, there will be a bathtub.

We were given high floor rooms, and the view of Bangkok is really awesome!

There is a supermarket at the lobby, and you can buy anything from beers to instant noodles and ready to eat foods that taste very good.

Breakfast has a lot of food choices from Western breakfast to the more heavy Asian breakfast with rice and noodles! Food tastes great as well! The staff were very attentive and helpful.

Overall, our stay was pleasant and hassle free. What an experience for a first-timer family to visit Bangkok!

I reserved a suite for my parents during their visit to Bangkok several years ago. The room was large and offered a lovely view of the river. However, the breakfast they provided could use some enhancement.

Nice hotel with good amenities, value for money and good location. The staff were very helpful with city information, spoke english and welcoming too. They also advise where to exchange currency, get cabs and airport transfers, routes to differents part of the city. Rooms were very clean.
Small issue with shower water getting to the entire bathroom though
