The rooms are very big and spacious, there is everything from a coffee machine to a washing machine in your room☺️ The pool is clean, the massages are of high quality. The hotel is located in the center of Bangkok, there is a metro directly in front of it, so transportation is very easy. I 100% recommend you to stay☀️

Positives:
Rooms are 5 star. Clean, comfy, and a washer! Also comes with huge fridge, nice Japanese toilets, great couch, and drip coffee.
The pool area has a solid view, which many more expensive hotels do not have. The gym is solid too with a view.
Negatives:
The WiFi disconnects every time you stop using it, which is extremely annoying. You need to login every time…
Ice costs money (and not cheap). Never seen a hotel charge for a few pieces of ice. Quite disappointing. Was not expecting that from a nice place. Sometimes little things like this can make me not want to stay here again.

Best hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok. 10/10 on almost all aspects. The rooms are cosy but spacious. A washer dryer is included in all rooms. Breakfast is also available but better options are nearby. The rooftop pool and gym are breathtaking. If you wish to experience a luxury hotel on a budget this is the place to go.

Stay was decent, however I was met with a ridiculous towel charge 50 baht for a dirty hand. Been to 200+ hotels and never had this happen. A dirty towel is an unavoidable daily occurrence, it’s part of running a hotel.
If management is too CHEAP and struggling financially and needs to save money at the expense of the customer this badly, then at least say up front.

Very nice and well-equipped apartments with a good view (the outside windows could be cleaned for an even better view 😆). The rooms are also very clean. The rooftop pool is amazing, especially at night. Not many people use it, so sometimes you'll be all alone there 🙌. The gym is also located on a high floor with an amazing view while you're training. The hotel is also next to the MRT station, so transportation within the city is at your fingertips.

I rate this hotel only 3 stars due to the location. As a visitor to Bangkok, it is not near anything at all (apart from the MRT). But you need to take that or get a taxi to go anywhere at all, even nearby there are no restaurants or bars. You're still a 10 min cab ride from Sukhumvit, so you cannot walk outside or even stroll for 5 minutes to find something nearby which is a bit of a pain. The rooms themselves however are comfy, very clean and have every amenity you might need, and are serviced daily so I can't complain there. The breakfast on level 28 is very good every morning and lots of it. The rooftop pool is really nice and a great view but with only 4 sunbeds it can be a bit of a fight to get a spot. There used to be a rooftop bar, but this of closed which is a shame because the view is great from up the top, they said it's not opening until December. The reception & concierge staff are very helpful however, and the coffee shop downstairs does a very good coffee but unfortunately I would not stay here again.

35 m2 room .everything tightly together .problem that 1 big curtain was missing and staff did their best to solve with black carbage bags .hotel is on first 6 floors .view from the swimmingpool totally amazing

Amazing Room with all things that you may need: Oven, Fridge, Iron, Microwave and washing machine. Also, very welcoming staff especially Wisith who supported us in all what we need in Bangkok :)

Fairly new hotel, check in was slow but the staff are pleasant. The room was amazing large king size bed separate lounge area and a little kitchenette. There is a small pool area and gym on the 33rd floor. Breakfast is a La carte and served on 28th floor. Not the best location but MRT is 5 minutes walk from the hotel
