Everything was good only breakfast average . The Onsen and Spa very nice . For hotel guest we got a vouchers 500 bath per person so good

Great hotel with good restaurants. Clean and nice. Close to the town area with many shopping area around. Will recommend to stay in this hotel.

I stayed here for the first time and was very impressed! The hospitality was excellent, the room was nice, the bathtub just the right size, and the views from the 19th floor were amazing. There was a large TV and a comfortable sofa, and the workspace was also well set up. It was a great experience working while enjoying the beautiful Bangkok skyline through the windows.
The location is perfect for exploring Bangkok's nightlife. However, it’s not very close to the MRT, so getting around might require using Grab or a taxi. That said, there’s a massage and onsen facility right inside the hotel, which makes it super relaxing.
Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back!

My stay was good. This is my second time staying here whenever I travel to Bangkok. Unfortunately, this time the weather was rainy every evening, and the hotel couldn't provide enough umbrellas for guests. The massage at the fifth floor, called "Let's Relax," was excellent, and I enjoyed the free mango sticky rice after the massage. The location is prime, close to many food places and cafes.

The Hotel deco is classical Royal feel for British-Thai style. Comfortable and nice.

We had big family group and took three rooms for a week.
The rooms are reasonable size and clean with necessary things.
Facility level got gym, hot bath, dry and wet sauna, swimming pool and kids game room.
Very convenient location. Out of the gate turn left, you will have bunch of resturants and shops. Every 3 minutes walk have a shopping place.
We were there experienced the earthquake. The staffs of the hotel are very kind and very helpful. I saw a staff giving his own shoes to a bare foot old woman. That was very touching.
With so kind and warm heart staff there, we all rate the hotel with five stars.

Location is great. I was able to walk to the canal to be transported to the city, for a cost of $18 baht. When I reserved I informed them I was arriving early and there was an extra cost which I had no problem on paying but my room wasn’t ready. I had booked a double bed and they were happy to set us at a king size and they added an extra bed immediately.
