Extremely Disappointing Experience
I recently stayed and was appalled by the poor service and unreasonable charges. We accidentally got a small stain on a bath towel, but we managed to clean it with shampoo, and the stain disappeared. Despite this, they still charged us 500 THB for it! Their excuse was that they couldn't use the towel anymore, which is absurd considering a hotel in the hospitality industry should be equipped to handle minor stains.
The reception team was incredibly rude and unhelpful, showing no understanding or flexibility. It's clear they are more interested in squeezing money out of guests than providing decent service. Avoid this hotel if you value respectful treatment and reasonable policies.

Had an excellent one day stay here. It is located somewhere in the Pattaya city itself. Rooms were clean enough with a beautiful balcony view. Have swimming pool and gym facilities available. Last but the best, they offered a delicious and rich rich buffet breakfast. It was really nice one.

Very bad service. The hotel was luxurious and also the room was good but the behaviour of the staff is so bad. We stayed almost 3 days and if we ask something they are not providing in a right way. We didnt have any experience in other stayed hotels.services are not upto our expectation…

On your last day someone will come clean your room even though you have the "do not disturb on" and they will take something from you and it won't just be THB. Make sure to take anything that is important with you at this hotel.
We had all of our money stolen. We stayed on the 3rd floor and checked out on April 9 at 1100. Money was stolen the day before we checked out. Protect yourself. Stay some where else, I highly do not recommend.

Nice hotel with all amenities. The rooms are maintained well. Breakfast was excellent, but the same menu got repeated every day

Room: very humid and hot. If I turned on the AC, the room is extremely cold. If I don’t turn on the AC to a lower temp, the room is very humid. Room is not sound proof. You can hear people talking in the hallway, door alarm ringing from next door, and door slamming all the time.
Pillow is very hard and uncomfortable.
Service: bathroom does not come with basic toothbrush and toothpaste. Shaving kit is not available upon request. Shampoo and shower gel are terrible in quality. The bathroom doesn’t get cleaned during the next day.

Beautiful boutique style hotel.
Rooms were clean and comfy.
Extremely friendly staff always willing to help. Their recommendations were amazing.

Will give neagtive star if available only because of the very bad attitude of the front office reception staff. Almost all of them don't even know how to smile at customers. Don't know whether they have received any training from the hotel management in this regard. Only big list of fines have been displayed throughout the hotel which gives a highly negative impression. The stupid front office staff behave as if we are staying at their stake. Even their front office Manager is a waste. Rules that they explain include " Don't eat with your hands" which is an insult to Indian community. Only the Security staff and one of the baggage handling staff was good. The reception staff didn't even provide any staff to take bags from our rooms for check out. We had to carry 7 bags on our own. The room is spacious and has a balcony.

I don't like to write bad reviews, but the manager is running a scam when you check out, charging people for keys. The maid took ours and they charged us for it. Two guys next to us, different rooms, different situations, same thing charging them for keys.

It was a very good experience while staying at this hotel. Rooms are neat & clean. I checked in late. I made a request for that. They politely accepted it. The only thing i was not comfortable with was that security deposit of 1000 bhat at the hotel while checking in. I got the refund after checking out.
