Great cozy hotel in the center of Pattaya, nice interiors with a touch of a national style, beautiful green area. Good service, friendly staff. For a comfortable stay.

Location: 120 km from airport Bangkok, in the southern part of Pattaya, on the North coast of Jomtien beach.
Consists of two 6-7-storey buildings.
The hotel has 100 rooms.
Total area: 4800 m2.
Beach: public sandy beach, 150 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds - fee, towels from the hotel free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

This hotel is a really good option located right on the beach front in Jomptien.
The rooms are nice and spacius. They're kept clean and tidy by the excellent housekeeping. The outdoor/pool area is pretty good and spacious.
The general staff seems a bit unorganized/lazy, but are very friendly.
I would love for the staff to be more vigilant on clearing sunbeds no longer in use and impose a ban on weed on the hotel grounds or confine smoking to a designated area. The pool area experience could easily have been elevated with drink/snack menus and some better audio equipment.
With a room rate of 1200-1500 baht/night it is still a lot of value for your money.
7eleven located just down the street and a lot of street carts/restaurants within walking distance.
This is not a shopping district, you stay here for easy beach access and relaxing in the sun!

This hotel management is very bad. we told them we want to stay 1 more night they say yes we got a price and that we maby could stay in same room but then they change and after that want 1200 extra for us check in early . Never experience this in Thailand never can't recommend this

I really liked my staying (room 9207)in your hotel for the past 4 nights.Nice room, good bed, perfect bathroom and your breakfast with many choices every morning. Walking distance to restaurants/ bars/nightlife. Very quiet at night, I slept very well. Whenever coming back to Jomtien, for 100% sure I'll visit your place again.

This cozy hotel by Jomtien Beach is the best It's super handy, close to 7-11, currency exchange, and transport. If you want a chill stay with all the basics nearby, this is it. With three swimming pools and the beach just a stroll away, the picturesque surroundings make it perfect for capturing moments. Rooms on the higher floors boast a splendid partial sea view, especially enjoyable from the balcony. Hotel premises itself is very big and full of beautiful flower trees, you can spent couple of hours just roaming there and taking beautiful pictures. The buffet breakfast offers a diverse selection, and the staff and management are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Bad management cos the customer before us checked in late so we had to wait for the room for around 30 mins. We went around 2.20 pm which we expected the room to be ready.
Otherwise the management issue, room is new and clean. Toilet is also clean but they don’t provide toothbrush unless we request which i find ridiculous.
The location is no wonder the most convenient and the beach is adjacent to the hotel.
The pool is in the middle between two buildings and isn’t hot at all cos the buildings block the sun even at noon time.
Wifi in the room is annoyingly sloooooooow

I was there during long holiday weekend, the room is a bit pricey, but over all, the service was great as well the location. The small selection on the breakfast, walking distant to Jomtiem beach, the hotel is situated right next to the beach just small road to cross. Convenient store just about 100 meters away.

This is a great hotel, with lovely staff. The reception made us feel so welcome and the cleaning of the rooms was so good.
The location is just perfect and the sunbeds on the beach just in front of the hotel are just the perfect place to spend the day.
The pool area is huge and nice the only thing that is weird is that the breakfast is just bad. The coffee is undrinkable and there is no yoghourt and there are just too few choices.
By far the best hotel i've stayed in on this beach.

Stay in deluxe front face sea view room. The room is very big, clean thou it may be a bit pld style but still in good condition. Pool is big and in center of two wings room. Every room can see the pool and sea from balcony.
