Location: 120 km from airport Bangkok, in the southern part of Pattaya, on the North coast of Jomtien beach.
Consists of two 6-7-storey buildings.
The hotel has 100 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach, 150 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds - fee, towels from the hotel free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

2) I booked multiple rooms, but they use an old system where each room’s payment must be settled separately.
3) Breakfast is basic, nothing surprising… hahaha.

5) The swimming pool has adventure floats, and kids really enjoy playing with them.

Cons:
Towels were very dated,
Object minimal breakfast,
70+% gym equipments are broken, or non-functional.
Overall it is good value, my stay has been very pleasant.
And the bathroom needs to be renovated especially the shower cabin.
Furniture is old but standard equipment.
Need more hangars in the cabinet.
Elevators needs to be renovated.
Sun bed‘s need some seat cushions.
More shower at the pool area necessary.
Aircondition runs perfect cool.
Room door key card opener is a bit tricky.
Friendly employees.
