The hotel is situated in the southern part of the island directly on the seafront, on a quiet beach of Chalong. It offers cosy and spacious rooms, which have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Good service and nice atmosphere. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Location: in the South of Phuket, by the sea (Chalong Bay), on a secluded beach, 8 km from Phuket town, 17 km from the centre of the nightlife of Patong beach and 50 km from Phuket international airport.
Consists of one 4-storey (no Elevator) of a building, one 3-storey building (no lift) and villas.
Only 44 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel, affected by the tides. The first coastal line. Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee.
Accepted credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard.
Pets are not allowed.

Stayed for nights. We had a 5mo baby with us and the first night we had an accident some poo poo got on the bed sheets. After we notified the staff the resort sent multiple persons to remove, the sheets and provide new clean sheets. They also immediately replaced all bath and pool towels. They were friendly and kind. This is what good service means. The facility is well kept a the on site cafe/restaurant was delicious.
There are 2 sets of rooms. 1 larger quantity around an inner large pool and one set of bungalows near the ocean and separate pool. The property was beautifully landscaped in a tropical setting.
The pier by taxi was 10 mins away. The pier is to go on island excursions. I will return.

For the money excellent value, cheap rooms are cheap... which is fair... decent buffet breakfast, lovely beach front location, lush tropical grounds. Rooms at the front look nice, besides the beachfront pool.

A great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of busy (noisy) Patong Beach. Very comfortable room with comfortable beds, good size tv and a balcony to the busy street below. (Depending on room choice) We stayed on the top floor with views out over the roof's to the beach and awesome sunsets. Only complaint was the sliding doors to balcony have lost their plastic wheels, very hard to open and close without pushing them out of the tracks.

Average room, great air con and staff. Housekeeping every day which was fab. Location is quite out the way and quiet, we spent a lot of money on taxi’s around because of this. Breakfast buffet was disappointing as it was only continental and then you also got to choose 2 eggs cooked your way and/or chicken rice/noodles. The swimming pools are nice and clean! Also a lovely view from the pool opposite the beach.

The hotel is the perfect spot to escape from Phuket’s busy tourist spots. We stayed for four nights and used this hotel as our base for exploring the old town and nearby beaches while also relaxing by the pool later in the day. Scooter hire is available just by the main road and the hotel staff were very helpful in arranging. Our room had good AC, a large balcony and a mini fridge. The bathroom was slightly dated. It overlooked the ‘jungle’ pool which was incredibly peaceful (perhaps a few more sun loungers could help?) and fairly shady too. The breakfast selection was strong and we also had lunch twice but note that the food is probably not the best value. All in all though, we had a relaxing time here and the staff were incredibly accommodating.

Sha+ 3* Resort. Courteous & friendly staff, helpful with Covid swab arrangements, a family & young couple oriented resort. 2 beautiful swimming pools, groundsmen work hard everyday to keep resort tidy and clean, room attendants trustworthy and keep the rooms spotless! Lovely breakfast in the mornings, new restaurant currently being built, afterwards this place really should be a 4 star hotel. Feel like I’ve made friends with everyone!

It was nothing like the photos. Everything was old, dirty and dingy. Eventhough we paid for 3 days we ended up leaving straight away. This was 2 years ago. I'm not sure if the place has improved now.

A nice hotel. We got a free upgrade to a small "villa" with Jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet was good, and food offered later was alright, but it could take them a LONG time to make the dishes. Sometimes we almost left without eating to go somewhere else because it took so long. When it finally came, it was alright. We're pretty sure they sprayed to keep insects away, since we saw none except for a single cockroach that almost died too. We even saw small birds fall from the trees sometimes.
