Very cozy, cute. Beautiful green territory. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Recommend for a relaxing holiday.
Built: 2001
Renovated: 2005
Location: 45 km from Phuket airport, 10 km from Patong beach on the West coast of Phuket, in the Bay of Kata.
It consists of three 3-4 storey buildings and two 1-storey villas.
The hotel has 184 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 500 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

On the hotel territory: 3 restaurants, 2 bars, 1 meeting room (80 persons), 2 outdoor pools, SPA, Laundry, elevators, Internet corner (free)

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

We stayed in suite 820, Pool Access Room for 3 nights: $299.76 plus $ 56.35 tax total $356.11. Very convenient location, behind Kata Walking Street. Near all the convenience and walking distance to the beach. Breakfast is included. Don’t miss out on the omelette station, outside tables. We didn’t see it until it was too late. On our last day here after we had breakfast, on the way back to our room, we discovered the made to order eggs. Surprisingly, while having breakfast there every morning, the staff never mention anything about it. Lol
Because the location is ideal if we were to return to Kata, we would definitely stay here again.
Note:
The owner has breakfast at the diner also, not sure if it’s every morning. Before sitting down to enjoy his meal, he made a point to go around and greet everyone in their language. I thought that was a nice touch :)
Be sure to close the sliding door when go in and out of your room, otherwise you will get a lot of mosquito bite during the night. I did, at least 5 bites 😭

Lovely calm and quiet hotel just next to the busy Kata beach strip. Staff were super friendly and kind, especially to our two young kids. Loved our room. We stayed in a Deluxe Hideaway and it was easily big enough for 2 adults and 2 small kids with our youngest in the bed with us (The bed was huge). Bathroom was like a spa bathroom, with massive bath, shower and lovely vanity. The pool is amazing and everything was very clean. Breakfast was good, your usual Thailand breakfast with a mix of western and thai options. After i booked i read a few 1 star reviews on Google so i was nervous, but i have to say i think they are fake as we really did have a great stay here. Definitely one of the best value for money hotels we've stayed at too.

rooms were somewhat clean, amenities werent too good. service was ok, except this one time when someone from the reception came to the room to identify my complaints only to get visibly pissed. the pools are great and the location is amazing and family friendly.

The property looks dated but the rooms are spacious with very comfortable bed and direct access to pools. Breakfast was decent, the bathroom needs updating!

The facilities and staff here were great, and it's just a short hop to the beach, but we did feel a little let down by the breakfast offerings.
We'd done our due diligence in checking there was a hot vegan breakfast on offer, but we were duly informed that this only meant the fruits and cereals at the buffet, and no hot food available. This was disappointing.
The staff were unceasingly polite and helpful.

Great location to relax and enjoy good company with. Staff was friendly and funny. Easy excess to beach and for pick ups or drop of to different activities.

All excellent, service is up to par and location is good. Disappoint just not very stable Wi-Fi. :( And this is despite the half-empty hotel in the low season. The pool is super! In July, sea waves, so swimming and sunbathing under the palm trees in the yard.

Here is a beautiful hotel, breakfast is not bad, near the beach. However, If u dont care about the troublesome wifi, here is a good choice.
