Metadee Concept Hotel - SHA Plus

Stunning rooms, a really cool pool that runs throughout the hotel, and the best breakfast we’ve ever had traveling. This place also has the nicest gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel. None of the TV channels are in English but you’re on vacation so you should be watching tv anyways, and almost all the staff speak perfect English (a few exceptions that are still learning English)

It’s not right against Kata beach but it’s an easy walk and they offer a shuttle every day. Amazing beach with great prices and quality for everything there

Stay in the resort side. It's well-maintained. The room is nice and clean.

Staff are excellent and friendly.

Breakfast got a good variety of food, even though there were lots of guests, they could manage to accommodate everyone smoothly.

Location is the only issue in Phuket if you choose to stay somewhere, it's better to explore the area rather than trying to go around with taxis. Anyway, there are public transport which is more adventurous and time consuming.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Breakfast spread was great and it even changes daily. Staff was friendly and nice as well. Pool is really large and it was nice to have a drink at the poolside bar as well. Our room was clean and very spacious and the toilet as well, with a bath included. I hope to be back soon.

Our stay in the hotel was wonderful. Very kind and helpful staff. Service was excellent. Room has been kept always clean and the staff went an extra mile to decorate our room when we arrived which was a such a pleasant surprise! Well designed rooms with all the furniture and convenient facilities available including USB charging sockets everywhere which is really appreciated. There is shuttle service available which is really nice and convenient to get to the main street. Pool is very well maintained and clean, always pleasant to dip in to cool off during heat. We have nothing but a 100% satisfaction with the service provided by the hotel. Definitely recommend and looking forward to come back in the future. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Nice and helpful staffs. They all had service mind. The room inside made us like we lived closed to the nature. The swimming pool and restaurant were very comfy.

OMG. I have just spent 2 nights at the stunning resort and villas, and when I say villas I mean villas, With the pandemic going on a lot fo resorts are doing cheer prices Metadee is one of them for what I paid and the room I got. I shod of been paying 10x the price .

set back from Kata beach road its a quiet resort with a small checkin reception area, which was very fast and excellent communication .

There a few different pools on site I have a villa with pool excess which was amazing, the villa itself was stunning just like it shows in the photos on there website, King size bed with big tv , numerous channel to watch I would say have more movie channels also a few more sports channels but that's my preference. There is ample room for your cloths to hang up and unpack .There is a mini bar and fridge where you can free water etc.

There a is giant free standing bath tub which I didn't use but look amazing . plus a very nice power shoer also .plenty you towels and pool towels also

The room service met was pretty good lots of options both Thai and western , The Wife was pretty good also I could stream easy enough which was the main thing.

You get all the small things which I liked, like slipper and dressing gown, etc, There is a walkway out to you veranda which leads to the pool with a separate out shower aswell, The pool was lovely and fresh , I was there in rainy season, so was raining but hey its warm rain, .

I didn't get to check out the gym or the onsite bar . But I did try the Spa , even though I little more expensive if you went and walked 5 minutes down the road, but it was a lovely massage must of been good I fell asleep.

All in all for the price i paid and what I got , it was an amazing stay wish I had longer as id would of paid for month .

Great place for couples. I spend honeymoon there. Staff is welcoming and very helpful. Place is clean and hygienic. Totally recommended.
