We had a great stay here for over a month. The staff were amazing. The cleaning team was super friendly and catered to everything we needed. If anything went wrong with any equipment or air conditioning etc. the team were super quick to respond and put things right. One slight negative we felt regarding the spa was the fact that we had to pay for sauna time etc. which seems a little much, considering this should be an included part of any resort of this standard. Also, the same goes for classes in the gym and yoga classes. At least, as a minimum there should be an inclusion of 2 or 3 classes a week for paying guests. However, having said that, we really felt lucky to have picked here for our stay in Phuket and will surely be coming back if we visit. Five starts all around despite the slight negatives mentioned.

Had horrible experience. Located in a very remote place, walking to any place is not possible - only taxi all the time. Also rooms are very noisy and you can hear everything from outside, AC was broken for us, when we came the room was +30 and very humid. The entire stay it was problematic with AC and humidity. Also the hotel gives a cheap 3 stars impression - cleaning takes ages, bedlinen is constantly wet from humidity, reception refuses to take delivery and you have to walk to some sketchy parking lot to pick it up yourself. Yoga class or any other class is also at extra charge, everything at mini bar is at extra charge. And on top of that there are constant noises from scooters from all sides. The hotel truly ruined our stay.

Top-notch hotel. Probably one of the best hotels in Thailand. Book it and you won't regret it. Lots of beautiful pools. The room is also top-notch. The only downside is the location of the hotel. You need to get to a good beach by transport.

I had an amazing experience during my 3 days stay at Stay Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort in Phuket.
My room was spacious, modern and clean, and the breakfast had a variety of options.
The location is also great, with easy access to the beach and local attractions, yet the resort feels like a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Stay Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort.

Helpful friendly staff, probably the best hotel gym on Phuket, chill atmosphere, clean, nice design.
Secluded but everything is accessible on a bike.
Some swimming pools were on repair, cleaning happened only after we asked directly, although we left cleaning demand button turned on for 2 days.
Overall pleasant experience 👍👍👍

I felt completely rested during my stay here. The service was impeccable, from the attentive concierge to the restaurant and spa staff. The station 10 workouts were a fantastic way to kickstart each day, and the yoga instructors were incredibly patient. And the food? Simply superb—everything tasted amazing!

STAY Resort has some nice features but also a few major downsides.
Firstly, they don't bring delivery food to your room. Instead, you have to pick it up in the parking lot, which is a hassle, especially since the resort is very large. The room service isn't available all the time either. It's not 24/7, and sometimes they aren't available because of "events."
You also can't smoke by the pool, even though it's outside. This might be frustrating to some.
The food inside the resort is quite expensive. If you're on a budget, this can be a big downside.
Lastly, the resort is very secluded and far from everything. While this makes it peaceful, it also means you have to travel a long way to get to any nearby attractions or conveniences.
In summary, STAY Resort is nice but has some significant inconveniences. If these issues are important to you, you might want to look for other places to stay.

A wonderful place to stay. Makes you never want to leave the hotel. Huge swimking pools, three floor gym, huge spa. Overall a great place to stay if you are looking for a retreat to exerxise, relax and have spa but also for couples or families who want to have a good time.
