Consists of six 4-storey buildings 1 four-storey villas.

Beach: private beach platform on-site public beach in 40 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – a fee, towels – free of charge.

Room was a bit dumpy, but service great, food good, nice location. Would stay again

hotel sha +, which should provide conditions for patients with covid. But the administrators yelled at me on the phone to leave their hotel, they did not want to contact my insurance, a terrible musty number. All my requests to improve conditions for quarantine were ignored. I won't recommend to anyone

I just booked a room with my siblings at your Hotel. We are doing the one night quarantaine at your hotel. We were wondering if there is a possibility to do the PCR test at your hotel or should we go to the medical center ? Do you have any reliable references where we should get the test done ? We are looking forward chilling and relaxing with the awesome view. See you very soon !

We went on sandbox.
Booked 'Palm' room in the garden, we did late check-in
The resort upgraded our room to deluxe one which was very kind of them but it has view of other room balconies and was chemical smelly (maybe because it has been closed for a while), so we asked to change the room back to what we booked at the first place. We really prefer the Palm room. It's may be a bit small for two but it has very nice garden view, you can enjoy fresh air in the morning, access the beach easily. We love it!
Ps. The bar and restaurant at the resort are closed which is a bit too bad. If you wanna eat, you can drive around Rawai beach, it's not far from the resort.

Stayed here for Sandbox, the apartment/room was great, with kitchen and oven. Staff were great from the booking process to get the SHABA code to making sure I was comfortable for the whole 2 weeks. Pool and gym are great too.

Beautiful place, quiet and safe. Had a beach front house, with a view overlooking the bay. Definitely worth the price.

Without a doubt one of the best resorts on the South of Phuket, with staff that speak to you and really care that everything is correct. The pool is awesome.

They offer great breakfast and meals throughout the day.
A bar by the pool is always open for food and drinks.
The Pool is nice and decent in size.
Which is good since the beach is not really nice and one should drive a bit for a good beach on the west side of the island.
Service is great and all facilities are always very clean.
Even the cheaper rooms are quite comfortable in size.
They offer great breakfast and meals throughout the day.
A bar by the pool is always open for food and drinks.

Usually I stay at top level hotels but since we were passing through on a trip to all the little islands in Thailand we took this hotel because of the great pictures and the room with seaview and balcony!!!!!
we arrive to a hotel facade that is run down and tired looking- then the room had NO balcony and a view facing a run down cement parking structure!! I don't like to complain but this was just not acceptable- think it is false advertising, showing beautiful pictures of every single room and then we arrive and get the worst!! Not a great 1st impression!!! We now have 4 more days here in serenity cement jungle:-( :-( nice staff though, no complaints on that;-)

Been here twice and it was great for the price! The sun rise is a must do. Totally worth waking up for. We stayed in Penthouse unit and one bedroom with private rooftop pool. Great!
