The garden view is unbeatable, the room is old, but it is acceptable, after all, the price is cheap, but the bathroom is unacceptable, not modern enough.

Booked a family room for 3 people and 7 nights. The day before we arrived they sent a message saying they were out of family rooms even after already confirming. They said we could have a mattress on the floor but could not give a discount. We accepted and got on with it, this was not an issue as we couldn’t have found anywhere else on the island for 7 nights last minute. After the first night I woke up absolutely covered in bites from what I would guess is bed bugs. I’ve been traveling for 3 months and never had any issues or bites like this and this was the most premium place I had payed for. After letting the manager know they said they couldn’t refund the money and if my 2 friends wanted to stay for the rest of the time they would have to pay the full price. The staff were very rude and reluctant to help. One of the men at the property was refusing to admit the bites happened there. After me and my friend spoke to them for about 20/30 minutes explaining how they had messed us around and that we wanted a full refund they finally accepted and let us out to find a stay for 6 more nights on a busy island with no accommodation

The rooms could do with a little “new”… and mattresses on the deckchairs by the pool would be much appreciated!!!

The hotel is good, the houses are located away from the road, there is no noise - birds sing in the morning, helpful staff, there was an early departure - they made toasts on the road. What marred the stay - this biting nastiness, I could not identify whether it was on the Chai Chet beach, which is nearby, or someone in the hotel bit. Before that I stayed in a hotel on White Sand beach - no one bit.

On short notice after our hotel reservation was canceled we found this place after earching and searching. This hotel is in a good place location wise in koh chang because it's in the middle of the main villages right on the main rd. The good, AC IS nice and cold, walkable, food everywhere including restaurants and bars and 7-11 , THE BAD , the beach is not close, is a beat up place that needs TLC, the cleaning is not very good, you can easily hear doors banging as people close them but overall quiet, good hot water, can see light through the cracks on the doors, very flaky door locks. My take, if you're on a budget yes but if want to impress your wife girl no. Happy travels folks.

The place was pleasant to stay at. It is weathered to be polite. I do not have problem with that, but some people might. Staff is friendly and always have towels and water for you. Location is good. Not too touristy, and access to food, scooter,and laundry a walk away. Beaches a 5 minute ride away.Hotel also has rentals and laundry service. Pool is nice and clean. Some missing tiles,but not an issue for me. Especially at the price point of my stay.

Don't stay here!!!
The staff is very rude and not welcoming at all.
The room is very very old, like from the 70's, not clean. You couldn't use the balcony because there were no chairs and very dirty.
If you only are here for party and don't mind how it looks were you sleep then you can stay here in the uncomfortable beds with a filthy blanket stucted in between two sheets.
Breakfast is very very bad!!
