My experience at this so-called 4-star hotel was utterly dreadful. The “standard room” is not even part of the main hotel building. Instead, it’s a detached structure located far from the beach, right in the parking lot. The view? Either a bleak wall or the parking area itself – truly uninspiring for the price they charge.

The room was heavily overpriced and failed to meet any standard expected from a reputable 4-star chain. The mattress was unbearably hard, with springs poking through. It was so bad I’ve had better sleep in budget hostels. When I complained, instead of replacing the mattress, they stacked three toppers, which did little to improve the situation.

The facilities were equally disappointing. The pool is outdated, with broken tiles that pose safety risks. Worse, there are no umbrellas by the poolside – only loungers – meaning you’re forced to endure direct sunlight all day long.

As for the room itself, it had only three electrical plugs, but two were non-functional. Even after complaining, they fixed only one, leaving another unusable.

This place has absolutely nothing to do with the standards of a 4-star chain hotel. It’s overpriced, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained. I cannot recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing or enjoyable stay. Avoid it at all costs.

We stayed at this hotel for the Christmas holiday. We paid a premium price for an ocean front room. It was difficult not to notice that this hotel has not cleaned the property in several months. (My photos / videos speak for themselves) Reception and pool areas were stained with food splatter and bird poop. It was not safe for the children to walk barefooted. The bushes and trees have been terribly neglected. Grass and weeds were growing in unusual and aesthetically unattractive locations. This hotel is about ready to go on life support. The staff and food were ok. The beak fast buffet was good.
