The resort is on a cliff overlooking Karon Bay, just a five minute walk from Karon beach. It features cosy accommodation and an outdoor pool with panoramic views. Simple hotel for a romantic or active holiday.

Location: over the Northern end of Karon beach on the slope, 250 m from the sea, 2.1 km from the tourist area of Karon, 5 km from the nightlife centre, Patong beach, 48 km from Phuket airport.

Consists of a complex of bungalows.

The hotel has 38 rooms, 2-story building near the road (standard room), 3-at the pool house downstairs and a 1-story Bungalow.

Beach: public sandy beach is 250 m from the hotel (2-coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Sun beds, umbrellas - for a fee. The beach is 3 km away.

Great relaxation combined with fitness!

You live in the jungle, and of course you will have pets (gikons). The nearest shops are 30 minutes walk away, there are a couple of delicious restaurants nearby. The view from the window is crazy. It is steep to go down to the beach along the stairs, and to go up too. But there is a shuttle, ask to take you. You get used to everything, and it was very sad to leave! 😘

The hotel did not accept us, despite the days we had paid for in advance back in November. They deceived us into going to another hotel on another beach for one day, supposedly saying that they would take us away. As a result, early in the morning they brought the money for the hotel and left it at the reception. Like we were even. The owner of this hotel, to which we were taken in a broken-down truck, was the sister of the owner of Baan. She pretended that she did not know him, and she also did not have any more rooms for us. Goodbye. This is how Phuket greeted us

The hotel is located on a mountain. It is quite difficult to walk to the beach and back.
The nearest shops are also very far away.

I paid for accommodation at this hotel in advance. A year later I arrived at the hotel and they told me that there were no vacancies! The woman at the reception started making up excuses, saying that the website through which I bought the accommodation was to blame.
Since they do not have Wi-Fi, I had to pay for expensive mobile communication to contact the booking website, they said that everything was fine with the reservation. This is the hotel's fault. They returned my money, but since this is high season, it was quite difficult to find new housing

The hotel is very old, but the staff tries - the room is cleaned daily, the floors are washed, which is rare for Thailand. Everything is falling apart, there is no cafe, you can even skip the breakfast - I have never seen worse. But all this is compensated by the view from the balcony. All the rooms face the sea. Every day there are magnificent sunsets as a gift. The balconies are spacious, you can sit and watch without rushing. But it is better to go down and see the sun off on the beach.
There is a wild cafe on the sand below. The prices are high, but the food is good.
You can only go up if you are in good physical shape. Although we were with 3 children, they went every day.

Excellent hotel, everything is clean and beautiful. Lots of greenery, a small swimming pool with a view. You can quickly walk to the sea. Good service and staff.

We stayed in mid-November 2024. Superior room. With a balcony, sea view. This is a building with rooms at the very top, where the lobby is. The room is spacious. The pillows and blankets inside the duvet cover are terrible. Stains, streaks. The furniture is in an antique style. Already shabby. This is in many hotels in Thailand. Living creatures in the form of one huge cockroach, centipedes were seen in the room. Ants on the balcony. Do not leave food. The staff is excellent. They try to help in any situation. Breakfasts are monotonous. Meager. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, but it is located in the middle of the hill. That is, between the lobby and the beach. The road to the beach and back is a steep climb. You can call a shuttle to get down. But only to the pool. Further, to the beach, there are also steep steps down. Passing the beach, you immediately pass 2 unpleasant-smelling streams of water flowing into the sea. Karon beach itself is excellent. But climbing back to the room in the fierce heat, of course, does not at all encourage returning to this hotel again.
