Consists of two 3-storey buildings and twelve 1-storey buildings.
Total area: 700 m2 24.
The hotel has 163 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy beach 1 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds - fee, towels from the hotel free of charge.

Upon check-in, we immediately noticed that the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly. We promptly informed the front desk about the issue, and a technician was sent to fix it. However, despite their efforts, the air conditioner continued to blow warm air, failing to provide the comfortable environment we expected and paid for.
To our disappointment, your staff did not offer any alternative solutions or suggest relocating us to a different room. We were left to endure the sweltering heat and discomfort for the entire duration of our stay. This lack of prompt action and consideration for our well-being is highly unacceptable.
After enduring two hours of discomfort, we reluctantly made the decision to check out and seek alternative accommodation. This unexpected turn of events not only disrupted our plans but also resulted in a significant financial loss of $100, which we had paid in advance for our stay at your resort.
Furthermore, I must express my disappointment with the unhelpful attitude displayed by your staff members. Their dismissive behavior, refusal to acknowledge the severity of the situation, and apparent lack of concern for our satisfaction only added to our frustration.
Cleanliness of the room is very bad.
Traveling with a family we’ve experience the worst stay at this hotel.
Don’t expect your room neighbors to be quiet and respect your peace as you’ll find some “French” delinquent drinking, smoking and shouting outside your doorstep and menacing you to fight you as you’re asking them to be quiet and unfortunately I couldn’t reach the front desk as the telephone in the room was not working, even complaining to the reception nothing is done.

The hotel remains beautiful in general and if you must stay there, ask for a room at the back of the complex.
The staff is a very weak spot for this resort and needs to be trained better on how to handle customers.
We booked through travel agency for 3 people in a room with extra bed and breakfast for all but on arrival they said it's a very common issue where agency don't select right options during booking from 3rd party website. If it's so common issue why have such confusing options and why not fix the issue instead of customers facing problems.
Also any requests made with reception at one shift will not be passed to next shift staff...no proper communication .
The resort is spacious and rooms are good. Breakfast was fine
