The Natural Resort

They cancelled me 3 weeks before my vacation because of overbooked. I booked already in February, so that's hard to believe.
Okay, I got a full refund + a little extra, but in this period I had to downgrade from a resort to a hotel and it cost me 550€ extra. I just can't believe this is possible a hotel/resort can do that without being fined

Room: had black mould in the shower, sink was unsealed and also clogged with mould. There were bugs in the shower, black marks on the shower walls and the place smelt BAD.

Service: Reception was intially unkind. They didn't seem to believe us when we complained about the smell/mould; they sent someone to "approve" it. After we told them we were just going to leave, they offered us another room. I believe the manager spoke to us after as well and kept offering us the room and offered to drive us to our new hotel as well. We didn't stay longer than 2 hours in the room but weren't issued a refund.

Location: it's on a main road, very sunny, not much shade. Stores all over the street, cash exchange directly across the hotel which was very useful! Oh, and some of the rooms are very far away from the entrance of the hotel, ours was one of the furthest away.

NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. THE STAFF AND THE MAIN LADY AT THE COUNTER IS VERY RUDE. BASIC AMENITIES LIKE DRINKING WATER IS NOT AVAILABLE ON CHARGEABLE BASIS ALSO. THEY LITERALLY DON’T CARE. PICTURE SHOWN AND ACTUAL ROOM PICTURE DIFFERS. ROOM PICTURE SHOWN ON WEBSITE ARE EDITED!

I want to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the poor experience my friends & I encountered during our recent stay at your resort. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a series of issues, primarily the malfunctioning air conditioning in our room, which was not adequately addressed by your staff.

Upon check-in, we immediately noticed that the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly. We promptly informed the front desk about the issue, and a technician was sent to fix it. However, despite their efforts, the air conditioner continued to blow warm air, failing to provide the comfortable environment we expected and paid for.

To our disappointment, your staff did not offer any alternative solutions or suggest relocating us to a different room. We were left to endure the sweltering heat and discomfort for the entire duration of our stay. This lack of prompt action and consideration for our well-being is highly unacceptable.

After enduring two hours of discomfort, we reluctantly made the decision to check out and seek alternative accommodation. This unexpected turn of events not only disrupted our plans but also resulted in a significant financial loss of $100, which we had paid in advance for our stay at your resort.

Furthermore, I must express my disappointment with the unhelpful attitude displayed by your staff members. Their dismissive behavior, refusal to acknowledge the severity of the situation, and apparent lack of concern for our satisfaction only added to our frustration.

Do not book here. Plenty of better places to stay. Staff is very rude. Waste of your money.

THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL! TO AVOID AT ALL COST!

Cleanliness of the room is very bad.
Traveling with a family we’ve experience the worst stay at this hotel.

Don’t expect your room neighbors to be quiet and respect your peace as you’ll find some “French” delinquent drinking, smoking and shouting outside your doorstep and menacing you to fight you as you’re asking them to be quiet and unfortunately I couldn’t reach the front desk as the telephone in the room was not working, even complaining to the reception nothing is done.

Never coming back.
