The Natural Resort

We booked the room for 4 night but we instantly regret when first time we entered the room. The room is old and seems didn't use for long time (maybe because of low season). We really can tell from the odor when we just entered. The room was in first floor with less sunlight so there are so many mosquitoes when we just came. Spider webs in the wardrobe.We found a cockroach in the toilet, then another cockroach on the wall when we open the curtain 😱😱😱. So we thought that we couldn't sleep in the room that they gave. We asked to change the room, second or third floor where get better sunlight so probably less mosquitoes and other insects. They only can change the room for next day. So we booked another hotel for a night, because we really couldn't sleep there especially we were with a kid. The staffs seems unprofessional. When we complain about mosquitoes and cockroach, their response were unhappy but no sorry. They said that the cockroach won't give disease. I understand, but the point here is about the cleaness. I asked them about spray bug, they just simply said "we don't have". So careless. The next day we could move to other room which was on the 3rd floor with sunlight as we asked. It was better than first room, without old odor as previous one. But again we found centipede creeping on the toilet rug😱. Also another bug larva on the bed probably fell from the ceiling. We shocked! We didn't even want to say it again to the staff because we knew how they would response. We bought the anti bugs spray and stay for 3 night. It was horrible and nightmare. The resort concept is good, back to the nature with green garden, so maybe they just let the insects to be part of their nature concept 🤷.
