Awesome experience and delicious food. Had a wonderful stay at the Austrian Garden!

This is the right place to enjoy food and spend amazing time together. Had delicious Schweinemedaillons with Pilzrahmsauce, Knödel and glacierte Karotten. Kaiserschmarrn was also wonderful!

If you love Austrian cuisine, this is the right place for you. Whether it's Wiener Zwiebelrostbraten or Tiroler Käsespätzle, the dishes are excellent. Thai cuisine is also offered and these dishes taste very good. The managing director Robert welcomed us personally. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

I had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious and authentic. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. Robert was an excellent host, making us feel very welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a taste of Austria.

Advantages
Very good pool and clean room with new air conditioning also the water is warm and the bed comfy I really like it

Disadvantages
-The towel of the pool small and stinky
- if I am in my room I can't communicate with the reception no phone or WhatsApp number
- the room need tissue and trash basket not only in the toilet
- I believe this hotel for everyone not for a specific segment so I couldn't use the umbrella because of the colors and theme, specifically in July the umbrella very important because it's raining season but I prefer to get wet rather than using it, if the hotel want to support this community at least put one of them colored why both of them in my room same theme? I feel like I have to use and do publicity by force which is NO WAY.

Austrian Garden is located on a large landplot like an oasis in the heart of Patong in a setting of peace and relaxing natural environment. The Garden restaurant offers a great variety of European and Thai food menus and a high class selection of wines. The chef Robert likes to stay in contact with the guests and is always there to fulfill your culinary desires. It's definitely a must if you stay at Patong and normally requires a reservation especially in high season. ☆☆☆☆☆

We had a very bad experience with the attitude of the staff at IBIS HOTEL, so we cancelled out booking with IBIS HOTEL and came across the road to.look for this hotel.

The front desk staff, greeted us with warm welcome, and brought us to view the room (even we didn't mention if we are going to book the room). She then brought introduced us with other selection of rooms. Mom had walking difficulty, and she also opened up options that suit our request. She even gave us her opinion the comparison of both type of room to help us to make selection.

After reviewing the rooms, we happily booked two rooms with one additional bed in one of the rooms. She then worked with the housekeeping staff to help us to set up the bed (yes, she was in the room to see the extra bed done and arranged nicely). Even she was kind enough to provide advise on the pros and cons of having a bedframe or just having the mattress for the extra bed option.

She then explained to us on all the necessary information that we need to know, including breakfast, use of pools and others.

Happily paid the rental for 3 nights, and we are now ready for the Merry Christmas!

The environment is very good and quiet, relaxing and we are looking forward to a restful holiday.

If I were to make a comparison between the one we cancelled and this hotel, this hotel is cheaper, and the rate includes breakfast, better service and better environment.

Definitely a 5-star-service hotel.

Only visited the restaurant, friendly staff, pleasant surroundings and good food at realistic prices. Recommended.
