Pro: The massage lady call Norm was the best massage person I ever had. There was a moment I thought I was in heaven (not smoking weed). I will come back just for the massage. Villa with plunge pool was nice, breakfast was decent, staff was nice. nice gym. Island have cheaper shops compare with other tourist places.
Con: We also stayed in the family room in the apartment. The design is very poor and whole room was so wet with constant noise of the water even when it's not raining. Everything felt very wet and uncomfortable specially in wet season. We also had phone ringing at 3 am twice to wake us up. Not sure if phone malfunction or prank calls. Because its the wet season, waves at long beach is very high, hard to swim. and lots of rubbish get washed up, not as clean beach compare with other island I have been on. I saw avoid the rooms in the apartment complex.

I love this place so much. It was such a steal price I got it at S$99 for 4D3N. The rooms were exactly as the photos. The resort was well maintained. The staff was lovely. They greeted you everytime! They were so helpful and kind.

I’d like to mentioned I lost my bag upon waiting to check in, however the staff were so swift in providing assistance I got my bag back within 2hrs because a driver accidentally took it. They were so apologetic about it and assured I was going to get my items back. Prior to my return, my pick up bus was late than stipulated timing, they were kind enough to offer to call the driver for me. Super super kind people.

However, around the vicinity if you do not ride a scooter can be a challenge to get around. But the hotel offers rental & packages for island hopping etc. I went around mid July — per the staff it’s low season so prices are generally low however due to that current may be bad to swim + shops are closed.

However still have ample of cafes around that’s quite walkable albeit the dark road at night.

Nevertheless the resort was a lovely place the beach bed and the vibes were immaculate. The room with plunge pool was very well maintained and clean.

Point to note the shower inside pressure isn’t as strong but the outdoor shower works fine. Still very private.

Can’t explain how much I love this place. Hope I’d have an opportunity to come back.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very kind.
We stayed in the villas. They were lovely and had everything we could have wanted.
The pool was murky and we didn't enjoy going in it. It didn't look clean at all.
The hotel is right on the beach. Excellent location for the sea.
The cafe was basic but had what we needed. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment.
All in all we enjoyed a few days here.

I loved this resort. It's modern, clean, with great amenities. Beach chairs are kept in great condition. There are two pools close to the beach. Villas with plunge pools are a great choice for a family.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and all lunches and dinners off the menu tasted great as well. I loved getting lemongrass chicken wings every day.

The only disappointing part for me was that the massage quality wasn't consistent.

Loved my time here. Stayed on my own for a few nights and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. The location is perfect and directly on the beach!

Overall, we had a great stay here! The service was great, all staff members were kind and helpful. The resort itself is nice - lots of cabanas and lounge chairs to sit in and lots of shade. The room itself was very clean but is a bit old and worn and could use some renovations. It looks nicer in the pictures than in person. The shower heads should all be replaced as the water pressure is variable with half the holes in the shower head never working. The water also sometimes has a strange smell but it goes away quickly. Based on other reviews, it seems to be an ongoing issue with the water shutting off completely. The last morning we had no water for about an hour but this was across the entire resort and was resolved quickly.

The food at the resort is pretty good. Breakfast was great and on Sunday night they had a Thai buffet dinner which was amazing (even my Thai husband approved)!

Bottom line: you’re paying 4-5 star prices for what should be listed as a 3 star hotel with cheaper rates.

Perfect location but lacking in other areas and surprised it is a 4 star hotel. Rooms are dated so it was quite disappointing on arrival. Aircon doesn't seem to be able to actually keep the rooms cold enough and with a baby this wasn't acceptable (we had a room thermometer with us for the baby and with the aircon on full power all day it was still 27 Celsius in our room at the end of our first day). We moved rooms and it was marginally better but still not ideal. It feels like the hotel needs a spruce up but breakfast was decent and the location couldn't be better so overall our memories will be good!

Location is incredible, right on the beach. The layout and facilities are great,the gym, the Spa center is very good, a wide selection of treatments, good prices and happy hours. I have a couple and they were the best I had in Thailand. You can choose to have massages indoors or outdoors right in front of the beach. There are various pools to swim in and sunbeds overlooking the sea. Nice and quiet restaurant area with great cocktails and beers and amazing views to relax and have the best time! Lovely spacious room, very clean, peaceful and comfy bed. They provided very handy beach bags and beach towels. Outstanding staff always ready to help, super lovely and friendly and always with a smile! I highly recommend this hotel! Definitely coming back if I had the opportunity!
