Big villa with your own private pool! Huge kitchen, living room and dinning area. However, only 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Still, pretty big and amazing! Very close to nature. But be careful of bugs and rain! Service very good. Welcome drink is included!

great experience and friendly staff. well equipped rooms. washer and dryer really helpful. shared pool a bit small. recreational facilities seem limited and no activity centres around the resort.

Got upgraded to the 2 bed room suite for just the 2 of us. Room felt super empty, walls were decorated well but the furniture felt cheap. The ac wasn't cold and it overall felt horrible.
We had the vacation package talk and gave them our honest feedback and we were then upgraded to the 2 bed room villa. This room felt much better, well decorated still but the furniture placement just felt a lot better.
If you come here on a promotion where they will give a 2 to 3 hour talk, I would say it's worth it. Our sales person (May) was very informative. She didn't try to hard sell us but instead tried to really understand what kind of travelers we were. After finding out that we weren't a match, she didn't force anything upon us but just wanted feedback which I appreciated.

Great weekend get-away. 2 bedroom Villa with an amazing bathroom and complete privacy if wanted. The rooftop bar was great, but a bit hot. Amazing amenities to include: Kids play center, movie night at the community pool, buffets, gym, and even rock climbing. The only drawback is I had 2 small leaks the 2nd night there, but it was quickly fixed.

My family and I arrived here a couple of weeks ago for the Phuket Sandbox program. We don’t have words to describe the quality of service and standard presented by this hotel. They are a well seasoned team and the staff are absolutely fantastic. This is a wonderful place catered for children and families. Both my kids, aged 2 and 7 had a wonderful time every day. The private two bedroom pool villa is very comfortable and designed perfectly. We will all miss this place when we leave.

Very nice hotel. The pool area is now a bit too child orientated, but still a great place. Our 2 bedroom suite was great.

Could stay here for free if you sign up to opt for one of their 'preview' of the place. Didn't stay but looks great on the outside!

Best place to stay in Mai Khao, the villa is so nice with private pool inside, good for family vacation with children but still need to walk a little bit to reach the Mai Khao beach.. and you will need to rent a car or motorcycle to go anywhere, the place where you can reach by walking is the Mai Khao beach and Mai Khao Plaza
