Best possible hotel service: extremely friendly staff who is extremely well trained!!!
Got a free room upgrade to a wonderful luxury king room, 3 great pools (ideal for swimmers with 100 m swimming lane, but also very good area for kids), wonderful gardens, several restaurants (quality of food mixed, but we also did not try all of them), great lobby bar, entertainment program …
Beach is good, but can be difficult for walking barefoot. Did not try out swimming in the sea.
Anyway, had a wonderful stay here!
I will definitely stay here again and will recommend the hotel to all my friends.

Located in a quiet relaxing family friendly area of Phuket away from the hustle and bustle. They even have a tennis court and offer lessons. There’s also a turtle shelter and offer turtle feeding 5 days a week.

Great place to stay when you don't want to travel much but still experience phuket vibes.
Customer Service - can't complain on anything. Clean maintenance, responsive and supportive staff.the resort itself will need 2-3 days to enjoy all their services - services are affordable and worthy
Food - WOW & WOW. The morning breakfast had such a wide variety and they serve special asks to their best . Cloud and team make everyone feel comfortable and ensure they are contented before leaving the breakfast place. And this isn't just on Day 1, it is an everyday ritual for them . Siam Deli was another amazing place. Nothing short of 'The Best'.
Location - the grandeir and amazing ambience cannot be missed. But being located in the outskirts of phuket city, takes time to go places outside the resort .
Overall there will be no regrets if you choose to stay here !!!

So many people recommended this hotel to us, and they were absolutely right! It was the perfect spot for a family vacation, and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel is very family-friendly and thoughtfully equipped for young kids, with essentials like high chairs, kids’ cutlery, plates, a sterilizer, cot, and bedding.
The hotel isn’t the most modern, but it’s far from run down – everything is pristine and well-maintained. The staff was experienced and incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home.
We loved having a 7-Eleven right outside for quick snack runs, and each of the hotel’s restaurants offered a unique experience with delicious food. Breakfast had something for everyone, with a wide range of options.
The bed was super comfortable, and the quality of the sheets and pillows was top-notch.
The hotel location was ideal – close to the airport yet secluded enough to feel like a real getaway, with easy beach access.
We honestly couldn’t find a single negative thing about this place!

Went here with the family and stayed in one of the 2-bedroom apartments. It had 3 TVs. It also had a sofa bed. The room was perfect for the 5 of us.
We got to enjoy the pools. It's great that they have the "Quiet Pool" for those who want to just chill by the pool without music and loud noises.
The breakfast buffet was also great! I got to try the famous French Toast - 5/5.
The SPA was really great! Pricy but worth it!

My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon, the hotel was amazing. They walked us to our room when we checked in and had special treats waiting for us. They even had a handwritten note for us. The views, food and staff are top notch. The only downside is the resort isn’t close to the city, but they offer shuttles. So if you managed to make to the resort, a quick shuttle to the city shouldn’t be a deal breaker. The lobby view feels like a screen saver.

The highlight of our stay was the food, we have been dining in since we arrived. We started from Andaman grill, Deli to Benihana. It was all delicious.
The front desk accommodated our request accordingly & made our week more memorable.
Korn was very helpful assisting my son when he needed to find us. The people at kids club were always making sure well being & safety is priority. We appreciate this.

Excellent resort - very good service, great facilities, pools and activities for kids.
The rooms were comfortable, the morning breakfast lavish.
The only drawback is the some what remote location - which means no abundant small restaurants, massage parlours or laundry service nearby.
I prefer to eat outside the hotel for lunch and dinner & there was nothing except for a few beach shacks around the resort and 1 or two restaurants at the small turtle village shopping area nearby.
The beach shacks have good food & views, but are expensive for the ambience and constant flies is a problem.
There are none of the massage parlours where one can get a daily foot massage except a few beach massage huts that are not very good.
The isolated beach is pretty. If you want a stay where you don't venture outside the resort, then this place is perfect for you.

Can't comment much about rooms as didn't stay here but one of the affiliates nearby.
Clean beach, a great pool, a great game space and there's even a place for turtle viewing.
Service is great as the staff on-site brought complementary refreshments to customers (even from affiliates) to enjoy beside the pool.
