Good hotel, nice staff. Good activities. Very suitable for families with children. And swimming pools and playrooms, and there is something to do for both children and parents.

We were looking for a cafe and accidentally got on daypass. We were pleasantly impressed. Firstly, the price. 499 baht for 2 adults and one child. (In general, up to 4 people are allowed). This price includes a room for three hours, beds, towels, a bath, a hair dryer - everything is there. The room was given with access to the pool. And also, for this amount, you can eat in the cafe. Secondly, the hotel itself. Beautiful, clean, there is a pool with sand, you can ride SUP boards, there is a pool with a separate children's area, with different levels, which is suitable for any kids. Thirdly, the cafe. The prices are low, the food is not bad. That is, for this money, you can really buy 2-3 dishes. They brought everything very quickly, as requested - for the child immediately, for us later. The child was brought warm water, for us cold, although we did not focus on this when ordering. In general, only positive reviews. We will come again, with friends. Thank you.

Great, we were the only ones in the whole hotel. Pools are clean, rooms are comfortable. Beach is one minute walk away.

I love this place. We are celebrating New Year here for the second year in a row. This is the nicest place in Phuket for a weekend getaway! There is a wonderful pool, good food and just ridiculous prices! Thanks to this place, I have never seen a warmer attitude even in the most expensive hotels. I will come here more and more often and post photos and videos. The season is just super.

I stayed there for 2 nights before my outbound flight from Phuket. And for a short stay like this, the place okay. The rooms are definitely old and you can smell these years. But it’s really not too bad and everything was really clean and comfortable.
The surroundings of the hotel itself are really nice and the areal is quite big. You can also find some nice restaurants, a little supermarket and, last but not least, the beach right next to the hotel.
What I had issues with was the restaurant (service). The food has been not good and was very tasteless overall. Also the service was rather poor.
If you don’t mind feeling like you are in Russia and if you are not annoyed by lots of kids and other loud human beings around the pool, go for it. At the end of the day you get a solid price/value level.

I thought the service at the front counter was very mediocre. When I arrived and asked for food recommendations around the area, the two ladies simply said to eat at the restaurant in the hotel and that they wouldn't recommend anywhere nearby - strange?!
When I headed to the restaurant downstairs, I stood next to the waiter who simply handed me the menu and continued calculating something on the side, completely ignoring that I was next to him.
The lamp in my bedroom broke in the middle of the night and kept flickering on and off. When I called the receptionist to call an engineer, she did but for some reason he didn't show up so I had to call again, at around 1am.
It was all in all an underwhelming experience and it was overwhelmed with tourists. I think it's one of those issues where the property is overrun with people and the facilities, service and amenities are just old, tired and strained. That's what it felt like.

Out of the way and quiet location. Convenient to surrounding areas. Very nice swimming pools and quick walk to the beach. The hotel has very old TV's, No smart TV's cannot wifi to your phone. Nice staff and super breakfast buffet.

Exceptional hotel , all staff are excellent, any problems, it's sorted ASAP, can't do enough for you. Food is spot on, no complaints at all highly recommended

Terrible hotel. The worst hotel in all Thailand, where we stayed last 30 days.. definetly not 4 star resort, I would give not more than 2 star. Everything is old, dirty, I even did not want to sleep there… far from normal stylish hotel for that price. Do not want to walk in room without my flip flop.. veeeee, terrible. DO NOT STAY THERE!

The local area is very chilled, not heaps going on.
