I loved my large apartment. It's a shame they charge an extra 1,300 baht for cleaning and separate electricity bills. When you're on vacation, you don't want to think about that.

Frankly speaking I would like to call it do mot do place. Everywhere they put a sign do not do this do not do that or you will be fined . Feels like the management is managing a primary school not a property that dealing with people from all over the world. Horrible. Stay away . Price maybe cheap on the website but you will be ended up paying 3 times .... avoid it... ah I forgot to mention the security guard who looking after the pool is always angry never greet anyone and slapping things like pool umbrella and chairs like he is telling the people why you here wondering why he is so upset of the non locals here .... the place is a nightmare

Do not be fooled by fake reviews either from the owners if the unit or hired people. This place is a nightmare. No cleaning in the rooms we paid almost the price of 2 nights of out stay as cleaning. But no one ever showed up during that time . Don't expect cleaning towels nor water . You are on your own..... also paid a big amount of money for electricity at the end of the stay . Total extras is almost 3 times of the rented price value.... stay away from this scam service 😒 the worst ever I encounter in Thailand.. ps. This place is far from everything unless you have a car you will ended up paying 5 times more what you pay..... ah not to mention horrible noisy air-condition ... this place is rip off

I stayed at this condo for a couple of nights on my business trip. The condo is located in the center of Laguna Phuket so everything which Bang Tao might offer is pretty close. The room was clean and well designed. The area around the condo is beautiful and well maintained. There’s a nice swimming pool available and a laundry room downstairs. I arrived late in the evening when there was no one at the reception but it wasn’t an issue as I informed them via WhatsApp and they put a room key into a small safety box hanging on the room door. Highly recommended this place for a short visit but keep in mind that cleaning and electricity fees are not included and you will have to pay them upon checkout or they will be deducted from your cash deposit you are required to submit at the reception when it’s open or upon checking in.

Absolute 1st class service, from check in to check out, staff were welcoming and friendly, the accommodation was really superb, with everything you need and by the pool, the surroundings were relaxing and tranquil.
I will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel with our friends. The only issue was that we were moved to a worse room, which was not very comfortable. It’s unclear why we were relocated.
