Absolute 1st class service, from check in to check out, staff were welcoming and friendly, the accommodation was really superb, with everything you need and by the pool, the surroundings were relaxing and tranquil.
I will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel with our friends. The only issue was that we were moved to a worse room, which was not very comfortable. It’s unclear why we were relocated.

Renovated rooms are quite fine (we stayed at Allamanda 3). Perfect window view. Apartment are spacious and cleaning was also okey.

They added a "cleaning fee" at check in, which was more than the room rate. Crazy.

The service is very good despite power failure at the hotel on my last night resulting in no air condition.

I didn’t know that I had to pay for cleaning cost 1300 BHT and for electricity used 888 BHT for 4 nights and she only came to cleaned one only for about 20 minutes .

Amazing accommodation, peaceful and quiet surroundings. Nice pool, rooms are spacious and staff are friendly and helpful
