Price was good, the service was good and friendly. The location is near to the boat mall and beach. However walking around the hotel is quite challenging very narrow roads, no good pedestrians track and there was some lose dogs! Transportation mainly by car or trying the free shuttle to the beach.
However I have major concerns:
1. Bed sheets were stained.
2. Towels also stained.
3. Air conditioners are located in very bad areas so it is very easy to get hit by cold air.
4. The battery of my hotel room door goes dead and they replace it.
5. The total cleaning of the room floor was poor.
6. As you typically in the forest be prepared with mosquitoes spray to protect your self.
As i mentioned the service and staff was great however I was very concern from these stained towels and bedsheets.

This place is truly amazing. My husband and I went for our anniversary. Very close to the airport. The hotel does offer shuttle services to a nearby beach, beach club and shopping centre (which is close to 7 eleven). You can book taxis to go to other locations as well as book tours and trips at the front concierge. The food was amazing and the cocktails were worth it. The staff was very attentive and helpful when needed. We got locked out twice.

Nice variety of breakfast, the rooms are apartment style with a kitchenette, sofa and bed. Spacious enough.
Pool is nice size and they have a free shuttle to the beach which is not more than 20 mins walk too .
U don't have too many things nearby, u need to go a bit further if u want some life.

Had the best time in Phuket, all thanks to you! The room was spacious, comfortable, and always clean. Great food and coffee as well at the Infuse restaurant. I have also appreciated the free shuttle bus.
All the staff was super helpful and friendly. But special thanks to Mr. Ton who always helped me find the best places to visit.

Staff are lovely and the vibe is chill. Rooms and pool were always clean. Smile welcomed us in and was very warm and helpful, as were all the staff. Thank you as well to Ton for giving me some great advice on places to visit. The customer service here is really wonderful and I'm very grateful to all the staff for looking after us. Thank you!! ❤️😊

Great place and decent location half way between Bang Tao beach and Boat Avenue.
The complementary shuttle service to both areas is AWESOME and is, in our opinion, a must. The road is very busy to walk on with no pavements.
Hotel good overall...a few little things probably ensure this is still 4 star than 5 hotel:
On arrival we were given only one room key and informed that we will need to pay a penalty if we lost it.... ? Also during check in, having to pay 1000Baht/night security deposit and then having to wait 10 minutes at checkout until housekeeping check the room was not damaged in any way...? All very odd and not very trusting. We are 2 adults + 1 kid what exactly do they think we will do...
Housekeeping: only one toilet roll per day (we ran out twice in two days)...shampoo and shower gel not replenished daily or quantity increased to take account of room occupancy.
Other than that, daughter loved the pool, we loved the cocktails and the staff really friendly.
Food lovely. Onsite restaurant quite expensive ...especially breakfast. Cheaper and better F&B options at the beach or nearby.

We stayed here as part as a multiple location holiday. This was our longest stop of 5 nights and on first impressions it was great.
Staff are all (the ones we have been in contact with) very friendly and cant do enough for you apart from one male receptionist, who thought it was OK to talk to us like we were children. As he had already told, someone we met on the trip, about the hotels pool towel arrangement we should also know how it works. Felt like I was back as school. The gent who bought our bags to the room tried to sell us a boat trip through his uncle, he would just need our card details.
However, the hotel is rated 4☆, the rooms are pleasant and big enough for the 2 of us. Information about the hotel is well written and left in the room, along with qr codes with menu for room service. The included breakfast which was nicely cooked , with eggs made to order, wide selection of pastries and fruit, along with the usual breakfast items in ample quanities.
There are not enough sun beds for the size of the hotel and even though it states no booking of beds (leaving towels on them), it was done regulary and some folk believed that because their room was facing pool, that the beds outside were for their use only and we saw a heated arguement amongst some guests.
The hotel also provide a free shuttle service to the beach and a shopping/restuarants centre, (boat avenue, well worth a visit ) but you need to book your return journey in advance, which somrtimes isnt ideal, if you over run in time etc but a tuk-tuk from the beach is only 100bhat (abiut £2)
As I stated we stayed 5 nights, the bedding wasn't changed once and the towels were picked up from the floor and placed back on towel rail, floor not swept, toilet roll not replenished, also in the information, as Thailands water not safe to use, they will provide 2 bottles of water per day, this also was hit and miss, we got it once we asked for it.
We wouldn't recommend this hotel is you are looking for a 4☆ experience.
If you do venture here almost opposite the hotel there is a chinese restuarant (sells some western food too) called green leaf, food is lovely, staff are very friendly and prices are great, well worth a visit

The location is ok. You will need taxis to go anywhere.
There aren't any side walks for the beach or boat avenue. There is a shuttle that you need to book in advance however.
The pool was too cold for us to stay long in the water.
We had breakfast once and paid 390 baht. Which was ok.
The 2 bedrooms room is a joke to be honest. This is like a living room with a glass curtain and a bed. Too small for 4 people.
The staff is very friendly and every interaction was a joy

Its clean, staff are helpful and rooms are a decent size. Its just a little out the way for my personal taste. They have a shuttle bus to get you to the beach or shops. It's good value for money but I'd pay more for beachside next time. Room service timings could also be improved

Great hotel in a good location. If you are looking at it from a street view it may not appear as something great, but it is a really nice place to be in. Rooms clean and the pool fantastic. Service and people also top. Here i have to mention Ken whose smile made our stay even better. Always helpful and kind.
