It's worth every penny! The owner speaks very good English to guide you through in case of any issue. Spacious rooms and comfy amenities. Close to the beach yet peaceful. Highly recommended for the price.

Nice hotel, spacious room with nice view, very clean, helpful staff and the hotel owner is a very respectful person. If I repeat the trip to Phuket, I will stay in this hotel again.

Stayed here for 3 nights as my other hotel in Patong was dirty and very uncomfortable. The guys at the reception made a, in my opinion, good offer for one of their deluxe rooms. In general, the staff is absolutely friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and had everything someone could need. Also the bathroom was clean and equipped with shower and bathtub.

The location is approx. 15 minutes by foot from Bangla but only 8 minutes to the better part of Patong Beach, in my opinion. As the hotel is located at the end of a dead end, there is no noise from the busy 2nd road.

Overall I can highly recommend this hotel. Not sure if it really has only 2 stars but if so it is better than a lot of 3 star hotels in Patong/Phuket.

Such amazing, professional and friendly management - they even left me a beautiful bouquet of flowers as it was my birthday during my stay! You don’t get this kind of service much in Patong!
Location is perfect, only 10 min walk to the beach, close to all the nightlife but far enough from the noise!
For the location and service, price is great!

Great hotel in the heart of Patong. The manager and his wife are super friendly. Amazing location down a side street so very quiet. If you are a light sleeper this place is a gem. The rooms are spacious and clean. Stayed 6 glorious nights and can't wait to go back. M

Nice place. Good cleaning. Wonderfull staff. Water ia complementary. There is no breakfast. The shower is good. The ac isn't very de strong. The internet is ok.

It is quiet because it is slighly set back from the main street yet close enough to everything.
The rooms were large and clean and had ac, mini fridge, tv, safe deposit everything you could really want.
It was about a 15 minute max walk from Bangla road and about 7 minute walk from the beach.
The staff were great!
