Everything in this resort was absolutely perfect and very safe environment inside hotel. Specially staffs are very welcoming and always have smile on their face while assisting you. I feel this is the best hotel in Phuket which also provides best budget for their consumers. I am thankful to all hotel management and staffs for making my first Thailand trip memorable. 🙏

Amazing location and hotel stay! Was upgraded to ground floor unit with direct access to pool fr room. Lovely concierge always willing to help. Not forgetting nice cold welcome drink and fresh cookies! Def wil recommend and be back again!

Bed was very uncomfortable as the bed sheets, the King bed was actually two single bed put together, there’s gap in the middle, and the quilt cover was too small and wasn’t soft at all! Bathroom was dirty.

Great location, friendly staff. Tom in the tiki bar was very kind and helpful. The stay was very comfortable. The restaurant food was DELICIOUS. We would stay again.
