We had a two week holidays at Graceland Resort. And it was a magic time of reflection, relaxation and cultural experiences. Friends came to town and wanted to stay here. This was my first experience with an all-inclusive resort in Phuket. Amazing service during the entire stay and one of the best breakfast buffets I've had in Thailand. Cute private beach with a house reef for snorkeling or diving. Where do I begin... This resort is fantastic. Clean, perfectly located and has it's own private beach with world class corals ready to see with complimentary snorkeling gear. Can't fault this place. Stayed 3 nights here. Rooms were lovely, would highly recommend pool access suite. Bathroom doors need to be changed looks like the wood is very damp. Other than that rooms were very good. One of my best hotel in patong beach area. Upon arrival they upgraded my room for superior room. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was amazingly clean with big balcony. The location of this hotel is one of the best advantage because everything in patong within walking distance. The swimming pool area is crazy nice.

We had a great stay here. Perfect location, directly across from the beach and lots of great eating options around. We upgraded to the family room which was well worth it. However it was quite pricey.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, the entire hotel was super clean, we were given slippers and robes on our first day. The cleaning service was great and we got fresh towels and bottles of water everyday. The staff was amazing and very kind. The drinks were also very good. In the eye of the hurricane. I really enjoyed my 2 weeks in the Kee Spa Hotel recently. The room was superb, the restaurant was top notch & the staff were friendly & helpful on all levels. I will definitely return one day. The hotel is calm in inside compared to the mayhem outside though (Bangla Rd), hence eye of the hurricane analogy.

Very central location right next to Bangla road and the big shopping centres. We had a pool access room which I would recommend if you are staying here so you have your own space to chill. We had a room away from the main area (swim up bar area) so it was more quiet. Didn't have any issues with noise at night and was able to sleep well.
