A fine place to stay for a few nights. The best bit is that it is down a small side street so you don't get loud noise. + Location is ok (Ignoring the fact that Phuket is a dump). Great place: central, accomodating, easy to reach the beach & Bangla road, clean. Had an issue at checkout where we we stained the sheets with some orange colored vitamin juice and they wanted to withold the deposit we paid for the room. I am sure they are just going to wash them with no need to buy new sheets :) Finally we were given the entire deposit back.

This is a wonderful hotel and service is really good. However, we were not aware of the fact that the hotel was not right at the beach, but you had to cross a busy street. It can get incredibly loud. If you want a resort experience, this might not be the fit. But otherwise, it’s worth the stay. Breakfast also worth it, fantastic and delicious options! Spent 3 days here last week, courtesy of a friend who had a surplus of points and wanted me to have a special birthday treat. What a lovely hotel, superb staff, great amenities, gorgeous room AND, as it turned out, far enough away from the quite sleazy downtown area, yet walkable if a venture in was on the cards. Service was fantastic- service staff were attentive and made family feel really at home! breakfast and dinner buffet spread was commendable ! Variety and quality is real bang for buck! Pools were lovely too. Only gripe is that room walls are thin hence anyone walking through- coming back late at night could be heard loud and clear. Overall still a very lovely resort !

Room is very clean and comfortable, big and pool access, only one thing I think the hotel in hill, in hotel when you can go anywhere you can use shatell car but for out side you can not go out without car and it is bad in reasonable time you can go with shatell. I am happy to choose this hotel and thank you 😊

The hotel is quite near to the beach and walking Street. The staff is prompt and helpful. We reached at 10:30 am and though the check-in time is 3 pm, they got the room ready for us by 1 PM itself. The room was good. The service was quite excellent.

Stayed here for three nights. Got the room with the pool view. Rooms are good big and clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel is present very close by to Bangla road. Might get noisy at night. Overall a good stay.

Lovely place to stay, very clean, close to beach. Just a very busy part of town. Wasn't keen on the rooftop bar and pool but ground level made up for it. The breakfast options were huge and eating in the restaurant was easy

Have stayed in patong many times but chose Amata on this trip and Wow I was amazed our room was spacious and very clean. There staff were extra friendly and sweet and nothing was a problem. Location was great as we are shoppers in the middle of jungcelon and otop markets. Will definitely be back

The Hotel has four Buildings. I chose to stay in a Junior Suite because we stayed more than a week. The problem we faced was that the closets and drawers were so small they couldn't fit two people's clothes. The supervisor upgraded us to two bedrooms, and it was okay. However, they need to do some maintenance, especially in the bathrooms. The beach is within walking distance, and the food is good....

A wonderful stay at the Charm. Very happy with our relaxing pool access room. Rooms clean and spacious although we found the lighting quite dull inside even with all the lights on. Staff super friendly and the location was perfect to explore all the local districts via foot or taxi.

Every thing was perfect but the room need extra light inside and inside the toilet it's dark not full lighting and the towels was not so much clean not all but some but still recommended to stay perfect location in center and everything close to you. Wish they improved

Great hotel with cute Sheep theme. It's right next to a shopping centre and the night markets but still quiet to be able to sleep. The rooftop pool and bar is nice to relax or play some free pool 🎱. Also nice comfortable beds not like some other places where you can feel every spring. We will be back.

It’s in the heart of the buzzing patong and less than 5 minute walk to bangla street. So many restaurants, shops nearby. It’s a very convinient location to explore. When I went into the hotel I was expecting a very small budget place but to my amazement it was a relatively bigger hotel in the heart of the city. Rooftop pool is amazing pls try this. Best at its best, am from india and stayed for 4 days here and highly recommended hotel in Phuket near patong beach area. Indians can must opt it for no other reason simply even other people as well. Stay was awesome and provided best balcony and no noise, smell inside and provided breakfast for at best affordable prices.

Came few years ago with my family members it was so much better than now. Came now with my husband it’s worse so much noise cleaning is not that good Indians all over the hotel they stay shirtless drinking all night and sleep in lobby and chairs in the entrance security not even talking to them. Disturbing and disgusting Rooms are comfortable tho but it’s not suitable for families anymore.
