Patong Mansion - SHA Certified

An Affordable, Clean and Strategically Located Hotel, perfect if you want to stay close to Patong on a budget. Highly recommended.

Pros
- The hotel is extremely affordable.
- The location of the hotel is perfect if you plan to head to Patong often. It's around a 12 minute walk to Patong beach. There's a 7-11 right next to the hotel as well.
- The rooms are very clean
- The staff are all friendly and accomodating
- Bed was comfortable, as were the pillows

Cons
- Perhaps the only thing that wasn't great is the fact that the entrance of the hotel is located midway down a narrow street, which sometimes had rubbish from opposing shops along the way, emitting a foul odour. Note that this was restricted to the walk to the hotel only. The hotel itself and rooms were clean and smelt good.

Rooms were clean but some of the pool towels we used were dirty. They were quick at responding and bringing anything you needed up. Our ac was leaking one day unfortunately but it was easily fixed by using towels for it to drip on. Pool was nice being on the roof. Laundry service was nice and cheap. You are close by to a market and about 15 min walk to Bangla road

Great place to stay, the location is within walking distance of Patong Beach amd Bangla Road. There is a 7-11 right beside the hotel.

For the price this place is excellent, very friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Ok so the pool is a little small, but still great to be able to cool off in on the roof top. For the price I was a little apprehensive to what I would find. But from the warm greeting on arrival to the offer to call me a taxi on departure it exceeded all my expectations.

I had a problem with my visa and had to rebook my stay on very short notice.
We arrived the day after the visa was approved and they were very kind, responsive, and professional in helping me out with the new dates and finding the best possibilities for my stay in the hotel.

Some nice facts:
- 7 eleven is on the first corner
- rooms are clean and the staff is kind and wants to help and answer all the questions you have
- breakfast is good
- in the hotel facilities there is a massage salon which is very clean, cheap and professional and a very good start point for trying Thai massage
- the hotel is in a very calm place and not far from the beach and other activities

Patong mansion is the best hotel in the area, the rooms are clean and spacious and the location is perfect ( 10mins walk from the center and the beach which is cool to avoid the crowds)
We enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool after a long day of transit and the massage in front of the hotel ( very clean and cosy ).
A special mention to the staff who have great advice and take care of all for you.

Great hotel, clean and very pleasant. The staff is great, attentive, and helps us throughout our stay, answers all our questions and organizes all our excursions. The best hotel I have seen in Patong, thank you for everything!

Myself & my partner stayed here for a couple of weeks, the staff were lovely and always happy to help (lots of them around too!), really good how there is always a staff member at reception ready to help.
The cat & the iguana are super cute and the cat loved some cuddles!
The room was nice and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.

Pool on the rooftop was small but isn’t very busy at all so you often have it to yourself.
Only 4 sun beds on the roof (small area) and there is no umbrella for them so you cannot escape the sun at all.

Location is reasonable, approx 12 min walk to the beach, pass lots of massage & food places on the way to the beach. Maybe 15 mins from Bangla road. Good thing about the distance is when you want a good nights sleep it’s quiet.

Would stay again, thanks to all of the staff members for your help and hospitality during our stay!

Rooms were pretty clean but the air conditioning could have been better and rooms seemed smaller than the photos. It was a little further away from things to do, but the buffet next door is amazing!

Great experience.
It's a quiet place, where you don't hear the hustle and bustle of the city.
There is a nice swimming pool on the roof. Try it.😊
I met a wonderful staff. They will help you with everything you need 👌
I recommend the massages that can be requested at the hotel reception. I also recommend the excursions
