I didn’t personally stay at the hotel, but I booked two separate long stays here for my parents and in-laws — one for about three weeks and another even longer. From the very first check-in to the final moment of check-out, the entire team was incredibly kind, service-minded, and professional.

The staff went out of their way to help with anything we needed — always with a smile. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns and genuinely made an effort to ensure everything went smoothly. From early check-ins and late check-outs to multiple extensions, everything was handled with ease and flexibility. A special thanks to the manager Pann, who ensured we could keep the same room through all the extensions.

The rooms were clean and comfortable — spacious enough, with a proper king-size bed, balcony, in-room safe, and regular housekeeping. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast, but they had great local recommendations nearby, and there’s a convenient laundry service on-site.

The location is excellent — walking distance to the main road, Patong Beach, Jungceylon Mall, local markets with great street food, and Bangla Boxing Stadium. That said, the area can be a bit lively at night (as expected in Patong), so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

One or two nights had some noise from other guests, but the staff did their best to resolve it quickly.

The rooftop pool and bar are a great bonus — with panoramic views of Patong Beach and amazing sunsets. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a busy day.

Overall, this is a solid, reliable 3-star hotel with exceptional service and kind people who genuinely care about your experience. It’s not luxury, but it offers real value, and the warmth of the staff made all the difference.

Exceptional service from the minute we walked in, to the minute we left. The staff are warm and welcoming and will help you with any enquiries.

Front of house staff were always professional and friendly no matter the time of day. Not a single fault for any of them

Breakfast (Halal) was always spot on and they offer you an omelette or scrambled eggs with whatever additional ingredient they have available. It’s enough to start your day.

The hotel is in a prime location, Junceylon mall is literally 2 min away by walk and Patong Beach is roughly 10 mins if you walk down the road ahead where the restaurant “Oggi” is. (Which I highly recommend)

I stayed at NEON Patong for a few nights and was very satisfied. The location is great — close to the beach and restaurants, but not too noisy. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. Staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a good place to stay if you’re visiting Patong.

Pros:

Good location it’s a couple of minutes walk to bangla and the beach.
Very clean: cleaned everyday unless you ask them not to.
Staff: friendly and helpful
Room: spacious rooms, I had some specific requests and they were all fulfilled.
Check in: I had an early flight and they let me check in early.

Cons:
At night you can hear everything from the rooms next to you
The door: when someone’s knocks on the door next to your room it sounds as if they knocking at your door which can be very annoying at night when you sleeping especially if you’re a light sleeper like me.
The don’t have room service for anything: so you have to go downstairs everytime of you need an iron or want to borrow a beach towel. Not so bad just a little bit inconvenient.


That’s all , overall good hotel. I would recommend and I’ll definitely stay here again. I loved it.

I've stayed at Grace Patong maybe five or six times now, and every visit has been nothing short of perfect. The consistency in service and hospitality is what keeps me coming back. All the staff members are incredibly nice, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They always treat me with such kindness and care, making me feel at home each time. The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and ideally located for enjoying everything Patong has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay in Phuket!

I love who close enough to the main road Bangla but its close to the boxing arena so you expect a noise

The hotel is rather new, the ambience gives a good feeling and the atmosphere at the reception is friendly welcoming. It is a place with unique qualities and decor. Breakfast is good, fewer guests opted for it, it's value exceeded those outside the hotel. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, tourist's needs. A nice rooftop swimming pool and a gymnasium with treadmills etc.

The location of the hotel is quite central from Jungceylon mall ,Food streets to and from Bangla road.

Also not far from Patong beach ( approx 10 mins walk). They have the swimming pool which is definitely a highlight. From there such an amazing view of Phuket can be enjoyed. Some rooms were noisy due to other guests but here hotel was quite flexible as well in offering other rooms.

We travelled as three friends and were quite happy here. Special thanks to Pann, Apple and the rest of reception team. It was really nice meeting you all. Till next time :)
