neon patong is a beautiful hotel located 300 meters from bangla road.
it is very clean, the staff is always very kind, the housekeeper is very kind, they are all friendly.
i felt good talking to them, they are always available to talk and help at any time. the hotel has a beautiful pool that is always clean. very quiet because it is located in a street away from cars. every day they clean the room and put 2 new towels and 2 new clean shower towels. you also have 2 very large pool towels.
it is close to junceylon shop, fish and food market, boxing stadium, 7eleven, pharmacy, massage restaurants, with laundry service 50 thb 1kg. directly inside
the rooms are fresh and clean, it has a nice shower. the bed is very big.
there is always someone at the reception. there is also an excursion service with a kind lady.
the patong beach is very close.
there is also motorbike rental

The rooms were big and the staffs were friendly as well. Walking distance to Patong Beach and Bangla street. Highly recommended to tourists coming with family and friends.
The receptionists’ Alice and Grace were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Staying at this hotel left an experience that I would like to share. Upon check-in, I was given a coupon for a free drink at the bar, which was very nice of them. Despite some minor inconveniences, my stay was quite enjoyable. The staff at this hotel deserves a special mention. Their hospitality and care for every detail created a warm atmosphere. They were always ready to help and resolve any issues that arose. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, with the necessary amenities that make the stay pleasant. I was especially pleased with the cleanliness and order in the room, which created a feeling of coziness and tranquility. You should know that the hotel is noisy, but this is the case almost everywhere in Patong wherever I stayed. Especially when you only have a 3 minute walk to the never sleeping Bangla Road. It didn't affect the quality of my vacation because that's what I was going for!!!! They have a rooftop bar, there's plenty to drink and the atmosphere there in the evening is good. The pool was always clean and I hung out on the rooftop on the sunbeds for a couple days. The view from the roof is awesome)
