I love the Lub d. My initial experience here was so good. My servers at the hotel restaurant made me feel comfortable and appreciated. When I returned to the United States I felt I wanted to edit my comments and say more about my awesome experience at Lub d. I plan to return in December to stay another week.

This place has got the best vibe. Had pretty amazing stay experience here. Almost every day there is party atmosphere in the common lobby/restaurant area. They even host events. Entire staff is very supportive and humble. Rooms are little compact but overall the feel is anyway good. Highly recommended.

Keaw is just so lovely! I left my key in the room so she's been there within a minute after I told the receptionist to let me back into my room :) I had another issue and she just cleaned it up in no time! Beautiful service and she's really just so friendly and helpful! She's doing an absolutely great job ♡

the hostel is so great. very modern style. comfy beds, clean hot showers, a rooftop pool and it even has an elevator...a convinence store just outside on the right. maybe the only missing thing is a shared kitchen but they have a small "canteen" on the 5th floor. Overall very great. i would stay there again

Very near to patong beach. Very vibrant and clean The rooftop has a small pool, pantry with a relaxing area which is highlight about the hostel. The only cons is the fine for white towels. It was a great stay.

Nice hotel. Nice view. Actually it's hotel cum Hostel. You need to keep your shoes outside the hotel that is the bad thing about it. They have roof top swimming pool. Very close to Patong beach. View from room and roof is awesome.

Very friendly staff and I was made to feel at home. Comfortable bed, great quiet air conditioner in room. Love the open air feel of the downstairs lounge/reception area and the quiet street location. Close to beach and other attractions.

The employees are so lovely The rooms are perfect super clean (every day)(space, good tv , air conditioning, small refrigerator, balcony etc.) 3 minutes from the beach Pool , food service (delicious) Massage place close (in front of the hotel) for 7/10 dollars!!! For 100 baht it's definitely worth it. Great location just off bangla Road. Obviously very basic as you can expect for the price.

Hotel is located just beside walk street. Facility good, unfortunately we suffered with no water in washroom in early hours. Overall worth staying

Standard room does not look like the pictures advertised in Agoda. A little disappointed. The room I stayed had lizards, cockroach and spider due to the poor netting in the bathroom. Location wise is good, very near to Bangla road and the beach. You get what you paid for. Don't expect much.

I have been travelling for a month in Thailand changing many places and this is the best budget hotel I've found on my way. Super position just in the center of patong.. very close to the market too but not on the main road so it's quiet at night.. They clean your room everyday.. there is a big fridge in the room and the staff is super helpful *****

Awesome! Great design. Very clean and well kept. Super friendly staff. I'd recommend splurging a couple dollars more for the private room just because why not to have your own place. Doors are still really nice too. A 60baht shooter ride to Bangla road and a 20 minute walk to the beach.

I walked up without a reservation. and they kindly rented me a nice room, at a good price. I was pleasantly surprised when the maid came and cleaned my room,changed the linnens and towels

Good looking guesthouse with great and friendly service. We checked a lot of rooms today, but must be said: Baan Ket Keaw is the absolute winner. Starts with the friendly receptionist and lobby. The guesthouse is clean. The rooms a nicely furnished. Absolutely recommendable to stay here!

Great deal! This is very comfortable, clean, and spacious. You can easily walk to most places in Patong. For a western style hotel, the price is unbelieveable. Took off one star, because there are a few amenities they claim to have, like rook service, that the staff will promptly tell you just don't exist. Still totally worth it for the price.

Simple but your money is well spent. The guest house is clean and staffs are friendly. They offer everything like transport, laundry and food. Maybe a KM away from Patong Beach.

good cheap hotel, but quite far from the beach...you have to take some walk to go to convenience store and find food.. I choose this hotel because of its cheap price...but rather to choose another hotel if look at its location...overall the service, cleanliness, is good, but the location is quite far from the crowd

Nice place and very good house keeping staffs. Keep room clean every day. Also new place. Good rooms with enough space for three persons and enough furnitures in the room. The difficulties find there are room balcony opens to the balcony of the other room and WiFi often disconnects while inside the room

Such a great hostel. For under 400 baht (12usd) you get a bed with a curtain and free coffee, purified water, and basic breakfast. I turned over the bed to look for bedbugs and there we NONE. This hostel was cleaner than my bougie expensive hotel in Bangkok. Always bring earplugs because you're right next to the craziest street in the world. Each bed has an outlet, shelf, light, and a lockable...

Small Hostel but located just besides of patong beach and Bangla walking street. Nice and friendly receptionists (Most of them!) . Small dining space but you can enjoy and chit-chat with other people. Nice privacy arrangements and you can find your locker with your bed. I think bathroom should be more clean and the AC of my room was not ok. Its tipping some water from it. Overall recommended.

Great location, friendly staff. Made lots of new friends on the first night. Beds have curtains so it's almost like a private Pod. Private outlets and cubbies you can lock. Washing machines available for use. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!!

By far the nicest hostel I have stayed at in Thailand- clean, modern bathrooms, wide open social space, privacy curtains in the shared dorms, and large lockers able to fit a regular-sized backpack or bag. The staff is friendly and there is even a fridge full of beer for sale in the common areas. It's an excellent place to meet new friends, even in the low season (stayed in early Aug for reference)...

Was here to get picked up for a tour. Upon walking in the lobby did not have AC and the bathrooms were in rough shape

Good service but noise hotel, at the end is a mix between hostel and hotel. Not sure if was on purpose,but I noticed twice my consuption on the restaurant was charged double (tip included by the waiter was equal to the total check).

One of the best hotel hostels I've ever stayed at in my travels. So many activities offered by this hotel, cheap happy hour drinks, and food. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Would recommend, and would come back to stay again.

This was my first time in a hostel and I had a great time. Very nice hostel, lots of fun activities and great pool area. We stayed in a shared room (4 people) and there was lots of space for suitcases and to move about. Had an attached balcony as well. Washrooms were nice but got a little dirty during certain points in the day. It’s also very close to Patong Beach and the area is very lively and happening...

Patong is crazy. Stay here one night and check out the night scene on bangla road. This hotel is a great place to base a short stop in Phuket if you must see why people say don't spend too much time in Phuket. Clean, new hotel with a modern vibe. Don't expect much from the tour desk. Seeing the elephants sanctuary was a must do and by far the highlight at our time in Phuket.

Superb location with a homely feeling in central Patong. Food quality is topnotch which will never disturb your stomach.

Dont forget to rent motorbike if you want to explore more in phuket. they've got motorbike rental service as well. Room was clean rather than hotel bliss deluxe suite. Staffs are extremely helpful. Thanks for Olic.

We booked this place for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 because we were so eager to leave. They are very difficult to find with the entrance through a dodgy looking alley way. The dorms don't have any lockers and they don't allow any guests/friends in the rooms at all, not even for a minute. But it's convenient if you want to stay near Bangla road but not on it.

3 floor hostel with a lobby and chill area. Friendly staff. Great for backpackers or for those who just want to save a bit of money. Make sure you book online to reserve a spot because they will jack up the price in person! The beach is just down the street for convenience. Bangla road is around the corner as well. Only complaint was the creaking doors, and the fact that only one floor had water on...

I have been coming here for many years and have recommended Happy Guest House to many friends in that time. Clean safe and affordable accommodation right in the heart of Patong. Minutes from the famous Bangla Rd entertainment precinct. You will find everything at your fingertips at Happy Guesthouse.

One of the cheapest accommodation in this area. About a 20/30 minute walk from the patong beach road, and the beach. This place was very clean, and had great air-con. Friendly staff, but wasn't too good at English, and next to cheap pad thai restaurant. They only let me book online for a second/third night instead of booking through reception which I guess is how they run it
