Ibis Phuket Mini-hotel

My second time staying at this hotel. Reasonable price, clean & tidy, perfect location and wonderful staff especially Jame at the bar counter was very friendly and helpful.

While the location and service are commendable, the property would benefit from regular maintenance. The building exterior and garden areas, in particular, appear somewhat worn and could use some refurbishment to match the quality of the service.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The place is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hospitality was of Mr. Axe is very great, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Every detail was well taken care of, making the experience relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming stay.

We have had a wonderful time at Ibis Phuket! Last time i was here was over 10 years ago and coming back here has brought great memories! Hotel staff have been very helpful and kind! I spent one evening at the Ibis bar and Mr. Yord was attending to me and he was very friendly and welcoming had a great conversation. He is also very good at his job! I highly recommend staying at Ibis Phuket Patong!

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality, especially for the price that was charged. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. Everything was clean and tidy, which made the stay feel relaxing and stress-free. The amenities provided in the room were more than enough for a comfortable experience, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was really good and offered a nice variety of options, which made it easy to find something I enjoyed each morning. For the price of the stay, the breakfast was excellent value and felt much better than what you might expect at this rate.

I also want to highlight the service, as this truly made my experience memorable. In particular, a staff member named SE was extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to assist me whenever I needed anything and always had a welcoming attitude. It really made a difference to feel so well taken care of, and I truly appreciated their effort.

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable place to stay, and I would be happy to return again in the future.

Ready good place for travel

Second time that i have stayed here. Great service , peaceful and quiet . What an amazing time

Great location. Far enough away from the busy beach, but close enough to all the shops amdwadaagdp. The rooms and pool were clean coextensive staff were very friendly. Make sure you get a room big enough for a family because the normal couple room will not accommodate.
