Have stayed here so many times over the years. It is my second home, always a warm welcome every time.
Staff are helpful and very friendly, willing to assist you should you need help.
Food is good , the room is always kept to a high standard by housekeeping.

I recently stayed at Orchid Resortel Patong and had a wonderful experience. I booked a street-view room, and despite being close to the bustling Patong area, the soundproofing was excellent—allowing me to enjoy peace and quiet whenever I needed it. The room also came with a balcony, providing a nice spot to relax and take in the lively street scenes below.
One standout feature was the room service, which was consistently prompt and efficient. The staff were friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Overall, if you’re looking for a stay in Patong that offers both the convenience of a central location and a relaxing atmosphere, Orchid Resortel is a fantastic choice!

My room was clean, big enough, reasonably quiet and cool. The bed was changed daily, there was a ref, a water heater and free coffee. Wi-Fi was fast. On site you have a 24h restaurant and a 24h 7-11, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
For general orientation, Soi Sansabai caters to a predominantly levantine clientele and that is reflected in the establishments and the restaurant options throughout the street.

The check-in went very quickly and smoothly. The Rooms are very clean and everything is in good Condition. The Personal is very friendly and accommodating. The Pool isn't that big, but perfectly adequate for relaxation. I will come back for sure. I like it 😁

Breakfast was tasty. Location was perfectly, you have everything at the street; ATM, 7 eleven, a lots of food and even the (Patong) beach at 5min walk..

I had a booking here but they still let two other couples in because they paid on the spot and made me wait.

Excellent cocktails and food items available at 99 THB. Value for money for a restaurant. The normal prices are higher, lookout for the specials on the blackboard sign outside of the restaurant.

Visited this place twice in a week, for both lunch and dinner on different days. Food is awesome here no matter what dish is chosen, it comes out tasting so good and in the right portions too. Staff is friendly here too, especially for those who use Sign Language, there are a couple of staff here who can communicate with you if you use Sign Language.
