The Crib Patong - SHA Certified

I stayed here for 30 days. I have a remaining 28 days to be clear. Don't expect anything from this hotel. The rooms king-size bedroom has no cupboards two people would not fit in this room. They have a non refundable policy. This is not suitable for couples or business travellers, especially if you want a desk for work from. I was so disappointed with this place. What do you expect when a place calls it self a hotel. I would not recommend this because of how basic the rooms are. And I am very disappointed with where you expect guest to hang their clothes. On the floor?

I am so disappointed. Don’t book this hotel. They charged us for something we didn’t do and was lying about it. We didn’t get towel in 2 days and they lied about that we lost them so we got charged for zero reason. The service is really bad. The scammed us and the staff is no Nice at all. She was so rude and angry. Dont book this hotel!

This is why they have a non refundable policy at this so-called hotel, which it is not. Very Very small rooms and very old not modern but dirty old, I can not believe I can not store my clothing since there is no room for cupboards because the room are very small it's the most cheapest looking hotel I every been in Patong. We are very disappointed booking this place. They have a non refundable policy because the room are so bad. Also, this hotel is not secure. Anyone can walk in and use the lifts and fire stairs. It's like a very old, run-down condominium. Also, management is rude. It's not worth the money.

The mentality of the management is to make the profit in every way they can , they are not understanding , and they do not care about the people , i experienced that they take your money in every way they can. I just tried to make reservation early in the morning for the same day 30 Dec - 01 Jan for 2 nights... but as we are booking from internet , calendar in the agoda page somehow changed and my booking was set to 30 Jan - 01 Feb..... i even went to hotel 30 Dec and tried to check in , because i thought that my reservation was set according to it. but it was a computer mistake and they say , date can not be modified and also can not be cancelled !!! if you were listening carefully what happened and if you were giving importance to people, that would not happen , i even will negotiate with my bank about this situation , as both HOTEL management and Agoda does not care about the error... They care about only MONEY !!!
