I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent hotel reservation, as it has significantly impacted my honeymoon experience.

1. **Deluxe Beach Room Reservation**: I specifically booked a deluxe beach room after seeing appealing pictures. Upon arrival, I was informed that the pictures depicted a grand room, which was under maintenance. This is misleading and unacceptable. Additionally, I made a special request that was not honored, further adding to my disappointment.

2. **Beach Front Room Issue**: I also reserved a beach front room, but I was instead given a pool front room due to all beach front rooms being occupied. I made this reservation on November 3, 2024, well in advance, and expected my request to be fulfilled.

Given that this is a special occasion for me and my partner, I am very disappointed with the service provided. I would appreciate your immediate attention to these matters and a resolution that reflects the commitment Trip.com represents.

Arrive at 12, upgraded our room check in at 3, come back at 3 room isn’t ready told another two hours due to the room size.. request to down grade back to original rooms told the same thing either way, 5pm check in on New Year’s Eve isn’t really acceptable. Considering the price you pay. By the time we got our room staff had our bed orientation missed up. All we were offered for compensation was a coffee on a hot day.
Got to our room then go to the pool for a swim to be told the bar is shutting early for new years. And missed our show booking due to late check ins .
Can’t win.
Poor management. Not the hotel staff imparticulars fault they were polite. Just the management of the hotel and situation wasn’t good. Should be much better for the price and standard. Probably better service at a hostel I think.
