The resort have good staff and friendly except for reception area since I come to check in I have to wait to 3:00 PM and when I ask as policy late check out 1 hour by 500 the said no way. And I explained to them that I have appointment in other location it will take about 20 minutes from resort by car and time from 10AM to 12PM the answer I getting i do check out from now 9AM
The restaurant location it was amazing but It smells like sewer if you setting out near sea.

Perfect location. Right opposite the beach. Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in the ‘noisy rooms’ and it was completely fine. It was great to have music from our balcony. Didn’t phase us! Pool bar is awesome - happy hour cocktails perfect and priced well. We loved staying here because we were out and about justly but the room was very comfortable!

We stayed for 3 nights in room 8742 and love the sea facing view. However, the room is too noisy to sleep in. We can hear the aircon water dripping sound throughout the day, 24 hours! The nightly music till late night from the restaurant/bar near us, and the water pump is noisy. Also, fireworks as late 4am really kept us awake from dreams. Breakfast is okay with wide variety of food and nice garden seating. Please fix sound proof room or at least inform us of the noise when we checked in.

Room: Got a free upgrade from pool view room to suite and it’s facing the beach! V good view and spacious, but it can get really hot at noon. 

Service: First brought us up to the room and gave very detailed explanation on the amenities. He is really dedicated and nice enough to explain and check if the hair dryer, remote control are all in place, even helped to setup the TV. 

Food: didn’t get the breakfast buffet and went to Hern for breakfast instead. The Caesar salad was really good and big portion, good for sharing. Nearby there is a Mae Manee restaurant, their food is nice, recommending Basil Pork, stir fry cabbage, paneen curry & mango smoothie.

This is my 4th time here and definately the best location, cleanliness and breakfast here! I have tried several resorts in Phuket, BAAN LAIMAI  still stays at the top.

Stayed at a Hotel down the street but was drawn into this restaurant from the atmosphere and appearance. Had a Strawberry Daiquiri and a Salami Pizza. 10/10 when we visit again, we’ll definitely be coming back. Perfect portions (even the drink was filled beyond the brim). And brilliant music - when they played the YMCA, it was adorable to watch other travellers put their arms up and dance. Also, the staff were so quick to help us out and so friendly. Highly recommend to anyone
