Horrible Experience - Do Not Recommend

Staying at Sleep With Me Hotel in Talyant Phuket was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The hotel is completely rundown, with old, deteriorating walls and rooms that feel worn out and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They were far from helpful and showed no interest in customer satisfaction.

On top of that, they didn’t even provide the breakfast that was supposed to be included! It’s clear that their main goal is to squeeze as much money out of you as possible at every opportunity. The pool was filthy and unhygienic. I booked a room based on photos that showed a balcony with a jacuzzi, but instead, I was given a room at the back of the hotel with a jacuzzi tucked away in a dark corner. This was completely misleading.

Don’t expect to get your money’s worth at this hotel. Everything is far from professional. The tourism industry requires expertise and a focus on customer satisfaction, but it seems this hotel is run by people who have no idea how to deliver that.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, stay far away from this place!
Just good thing the bed.

Great value for money. Close to the beach, shopping and nightlife. Rooms are spacious and clean. However, after asking three times at reception about a room change due renovations on my corridor at 2nd floor of building B, nobody try to help. We will send someone to check, I can hear 3 times but no movements. Cutting PVC panels every two minutes from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for the third day in a row has nothing to do with relax at the hotel...no matter how nice the rooms are. At least an answer, a solution, a small discount what ever would appreciate. They just didn't care, due they are not involved.

Location is superb, it's next to JungCeylon and a short distance to Bangla Road and other night market.

The service however is very very appalling. There are only 2 counters to check in and the service staff members are not efficient or adequate to handle more check-ins at one go. Calling for tech service takes ages while my last night stay here was met with a disastrous and disgruntled customer(s) who had problems locking the room door - whole night was opening and slamming the door trying to lock it.

For the room, they are clean and should be what it is supposed to be. There's no soft close door where you'll get to know surrounding who gets in and out and the room sound proof isn't great either. TV works and mini fridge works (if chilled overnight)

The experience at Sleep with me was not that good. The lighting was soo less that you feel you live and get ready in darkness. The shower area of the bathroom used to be filled with water whenever we took shower. The fridge was not working and when we complained about it , they said that that's how their fridge works. There are 2 buildings but we feel there was some discrimination as we were given the first building which was quite near the road and it was quite noisy whereas the group of people that came just after us, were given the other building which was far from the road and bigger as well.

So, in my personal experience, I will not recommend staying in this hotel.
