Very great and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and room service was very delicious. Haven't tried swimming in the pool because of time constraints but it's very big and amazing for children. Patty was very helpful and sweet while checking out from the hotel.

the customer service is so good and I just really satisfied about the receptionist's customer complaint handling. The hotel a clean and tidy. the very unique place to stay and I highly recommend to stay in this hotel when you reach Phuket.

What I enjoyed about this stay.
Staffs were the best of the best. Needles to say this but me and my gf will book this same hotel again.

Nattha at the reception was lovely, very helpful staff. Great place for a family vacation, swimming pool with small water slides was pleasant for the kids.

Breakfast is not to be missed, amazing 5 star food and service, thank you to both the chef and service staff for the our perfect morning with the family.
Last thank you to wave we enjoyed you smile.

Stayed a week at this hotel.
The staff are very friendly people.
The rooms have a view to the pool which makes the veranda not private at all.
Our chief complaint was the smell at the room - very high humidity smells so bad. We were in 5th floor and then asked to move elsewhere they put us in 2nd floor. In the way to the rooms there were very bad sewage smell there is a dirty valley passing nearby behind the hotel.
I lost my room card (we got only 1 not 2) I paid 200 thb!
Bad lighting at rooms very weak.
Paid food at hotel restaurant was 5 stars.
Breakfast was the same every day. I would rate it "good".

Great hotel for family. Rooms are good and well kept with great access to the pool. Breakfast was good, even at 50% occupants rate , hotel still provided with full buffet breakfast. We also have dinner at the hotel, Pizza was great. Our kid love pizza at the Deevana. Spa is good with a very reasonable price. Location is good for the price. Not in the beach but with in walking distance to the beach and to the mall. Staff are friendly.

We will definitely return to the Deevana plaza hotel again.

I had a fantastic stay at Deevana in Phuket. The location is ideal, close to the beach and local attractions. The service and staff were outstanding, always friendly and attentive. The pool area is clean and beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Highly recommended

1. Good Location.
2. Close to Patong Main Market.
3. Close to Patong beach.
4. Good Swimming pool.
5. Variety in the Breakfast buffet.
6. Good AC in room.
7. Good room cleaning service.
8. Good WiFi.

Cons

1. Not very friendly staff.
2. Room quality is average.
3. Poor room Service (Arrogant response on asking for an empty bowl and spoon - Response "We will charge you 50 baht, Do you still want it".)

Amazing hotel, loved the pool area. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

My room was the last one on the 2nd floor so it was a little bit further away from exit but I liked the quietness.

Patong beach was a short 5-10 minute walk away. There is an ATM opposite the hotel and a shop open 24/7 on the left side when you come out.

My family and I visited the hotel in May 2023. The hotel has nice clean rooms and I think the price matches the quality. I have to praise the very rich breakfasts and the very friendly staff. I was a little bothered by the loud music from the pool, but it was survivable. And now the main reason why I'm writing this review. I would like to commend one member of staff from the booking department who was incredibly helpful with a special booking request and was very patient. This was a problem with the invoice for accommodation paid by my employer. If the hotel gives any rewards or awards to the employees, Soraya Upakarnsang definitely deserves it. For me, he is employee number 1. Thanks to Soraya Upakarnsang, I give the hotel 5*. Thanks for a great vacation!
