Basaya Beach Hotel & Resort

It is one of the few hotels in Pattaya that is also pet-friendly. There is a dedicated store in the reception area of the hotel. pet care is also available. The rooms which allow pets are rather simple, also worn out and the laminate flooring is not the best. There are cracks in the floor and the bathroom is also not the newest. However, the staff are all very friendly and make you feel at home. It was cleaned very clean and the facility is also clean, but here too the facility has seen better times. There should perhaps be some investment to bring the facility back up to date and make it a little more modern, the rooms should also be renovated...
The breakfast was also very simple, nothing special, but what was offered was of good quality. I like the fact that older women work in the restaurant, I think it's great that they don't just replace these people. These ladies also make a lot of effort and are very friendly.
Overall, the staff are very friendly and courteous. You all are doing a good job 👍🏻
... by the way, the location is ideal. you are quickly in the city and on the beach and can visit all kinds of restaurants nearby very very quickly

The hotel has a swimming pool, but some days they use it for scuba diving class.

Quite old hotel, but the price, location and staff cover up all the shortcomings. Swimming pool is good size (guess, 25m) and clean. Lots of sunbeds, very cosy, very calm, very demure. 2 minutes away to the main pedestrian line. Which is the most tuning thing. Why to stay inside, while you are in Pattaya?

Don't use any online booking if you want 40-50% cheaper. pools are very clean, but most customers are old, like visiting a retirement home. Villas are good, have separate small pool, can enjoy. I think it is perfect if you travel with a dog.

We booked a three night stay here as it is one of a few pet friendly resorts in Pattaya and I must say we were not disappointed. We took our dog with us and he had a great time using the pet swimming pool and towels and a dryer was available for use.
The beach is only across the road from the resort so very convenient.
Breakfast was included and plenty of choice was available.
If there is a small criticism it is that the resort is quite dated and some areas and facilities could benefit from updating.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

come here if you bring a dog / pet with you as they offer special rooms and facilities for dog owners a even a pet shop and day care place.
