We enjoyed our stay at Mera Mare hotel. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach. Bed is very comfortable. There is kettle and a fridge in the room. It needs some updating - like the chairs on the balcony or cleaning the stain from the rocking chair in the room, but nothing that would spoil our experience. I would also add some small cupboard or a shelf as there is no storage so we lived from the suitcase.

The best hotel I've had in Thailand, an inexpensive 5 star hotel. Perfect from the first moment, the staff is kind, the rooms are large and luxurious and the breakfast is amazing. Excellent location in front of the beach and near the interesting things. Highly recommend!

Great location and very good service, and also very good breakfast too. The room we were in is very good and clean. Though it was further back we still had a very good view of the ocean. I would stay here again on our next trip. Price is very good too.

Could be better for a 4*

The rooms are spacious clean but not really quit. If you have a connected room with a door you will hear everything. There was a disgusting smell coming from the AC smelled like toilet very bad. The bathroom was well equipped and the staff friendly. The breakfast was very nice plenty of choices and it was delicious.

The hotel location is great, facilities are clean and comfortable, and the service are very friendly.
One morning I forgot a large amount of money in the room. After reporting it to the counter, the manager immediately came forward to help confirm and return the money found by the housekeeping staff. I'm really grateful to all the hotel staff !

The badest hotel I ever stayed in in my hole life, the receptionist are very rude attitude when dealing with visitors, the only good thing I experienced in the hotel is the Mama thai maid, they don’t give you extra water if you are thirsty, I don’t recommend Mera Mare Pattaya hotel to anyone looking to stay in Pattaya city. I review it as a very bad hotel experience in my hole life 👎👎👎

Horrible front desk officer by the name of Aoy. We had booked connecting rooms as had small kids, but she categorically refused. Asked for an extra key for the kids room so i can check on them - Aoy bluntly said go and talk to the manager. The Manager was of course not available at around 5.30 PM.

The manager came up next day - she was undoubtedly helpful and considerate. She arranged for the extra key and also arranged for interconnecting rooms the next day.

My toddler felt sick and threw up - the Hotel charged THB 1800 for deep cleaning fee - this was a medical situation and not a deliberate or negligent act. However, the staff was adamant that this needs to be paid. Again, the manager intervened and reduced this to THB 1200.

Overall, a hotel with heartless service and rude front desk staff. The security staff at the gate was very kind and the manager was a good person indeed. The rooms are good and the location very good.

stayed 6 days. real nice hotel. great view as you walk out the main door. real nice rooms. staff were nice. good security. i will stay again in the future. 2 mins to the beach across the road. never had breakfast so i wouldn't know. cafe amazon is just up the road about 5 mins.. easy access to everything including soi6 if that's your thing.

They hound you for every penny. Order food, there's someone at the door expecting a payment before you eat. Lol you can't even charge it to the room. They make you pay for ice!.. Can you believe that? You're better off bringing your own towels & wash cloths 😁. Because if anything goes wrong with the ones they provide, you will be charged more than they're worth. Be careful
