Pattaya Discovery Beach Hotel - SHA Extra Plus

I liked this hotel a lot. The room was so nice and the view was great. To tell you the truth, this was my first foreign trip and I liked every single thing. When I saw the jacuzzi, I went crazy 😂 But the most important thing is that the people of Pattaya are very calm and friendly. They talk to everyone with a smile and this hotel is at a prime location. I just did not enjoy the breakfast at this hotel because there was not much for me here because I am a vegetarian, so I managed by eating tea and bread slice. In that too I checked a lot that if it did not contain eggs, then the food system would become a bit complicated for people like me. Overall I loved it❤️❤️

Had a wonderful stay at D Beach Resort . We stayed at the Chic tower Superior room .
It was amazing with a modern interior. Breakfast was good . Easy beach access . Easy to reach Alcazar show , near to Art in paradise and Indian restaurants . Just 1 km away from walking street . Altogether perfect place for a family stay .

The hotel is nice and clean. Very accessible to anything like coffee shops, convenient stores, the beach, massage, money changers. The breakfast spread is good as well.

The only thing that I didn't like was the oral care stuff is not included. I thought that's part of the toilet essentials that must be included for the guest's use.

Pattaya Discovery Beach Hotel is a Domestic 5 star hotel situated in the north of Pattaya. A beautiful beach stretches right in front of the hotel just across the road. The well-known shopping centre, Central Pattaya, is within walking distance from the hotel. Moreover, it only takes visitors 10 minutes to reach the ‘walking street’,and 15 minutes to reach the famous ‘Bali Hai Pier’ by car. Our hotel has two swimming pools. Both pools come with water slides. We also offer our visitor gym access, conference room bookings, and Thai & Western restaurants. The parking lots are provided within the hotel area.

This hotel is amazing!! This is my second time I have stayed with The Discovery Beach Hotel, both times in the Chic Tower. The first time was before the Pandemic and they have all gone above and beyond to make my stay just as memorable as the it was then.
What impressed me the most was at the beginning there was some confusion on my room, I booked very last minute (day before my stay) and the hotel is fully booked as expected so I completely understand. However, what impressed me is how quickly and professionally this was resolved in order to satisfy my needs. This actually ended up with a much better room than expected, without any hesitation they were on it getting me settled into what I would say the most amazing room with the most beautiful sunset sea views. The staff were amazing and so friendly. I am extremely grateful for how you dealt with this, Thank you so much.

In my opinion this hotel is more a Resort. It has absolutely everything a resort has. The Discovery Beach have nailed it. Restaurant surrounding the pool overlooking the beach which is stunning, Live music every evening and absolutely amazing food (I have eaten my meals nearly every day here) love it!
Meals in the restaurant, around the pool and even the cheeky room service dinner 😝
Of course I can't not mention how friendly and welcoming the restaurant staff have been. Every day I look forward to coming downstairs and seeing everyone. The service is just as amazing as the food. Thank you so much to you all for adding to my experience.

If you like Pattaya as a destination this is a good hotel for the standard there. I am not a fan of Pattaya as a whole. However the swimming pools are not comfortable as there is no privacy and a road to 2 sides of the pools, the depth and shape as well as the worn off feeling of the pool area not fit a hotel of 4 stars or above. Breakfast is good and varied, especially the warm dishes are good. The rooms in DBeach tower are renovated and good. Make sure you are not facing Soi 6 if you want to get any sleep. Staff was kind to get us a room on opposite side of Soi 6 so it was much more comfortable. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The staff were very polite and helpful. There are 3 towers in this hotel. The one closest to the beach is closed for renovations.
The beach is not private but public with option to rent sun beds and I do not recommend using the beach as it is not very clean
